The invention relates to a metal box, in particular to a direct-insertion type easy-to-use metal box for conveying easy-to-creep materials.

Background

In shipping creep-prone materials, such as synthetic rubber, it is often desirable to load the creep-prone material into a metal box. To facilitate the handling of goods and the transport of empty containers in a stacked manner, the first and second side panels of the metal box are usually provided in a detachable or foldable form. Existing metal boxes typically include a base, and two opposing first side panels and two opposing second side panels hinged to the base. However, the existing metal box needs to open the first side panel or the second side panel and keep the second side panel or the first side panel vertical when the interior needs to be cleaned. In order to keep the second side panel or the first side panel vertical, the existing metal box needs to additionally adopt a coupling element to realize the fixed connection between the second side panel or the first side panel and the base, and when the second side panel or the first side panel needs to be folded, the coupling element needs to be disassembled again, the operation and the disassembly are complex, the use is inconvenient, and the efficiency of stacking and transporting goods and empty boxes is seriously influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a direct-insertion type easy-to-use metal box which is simple, convenient and quick to use and operate.

The purpose of the invention can be achieved by adopting the following technical scheme:

a direct-insert type easy-to-use metal box comprises a substrate, and two opposite first side panels and second side panels hinged on the substrate; the first side panel can swing towards the inside or the outside of the base to be folded on the surface of the base or open the metal box, and the second side panel can swing towards the inside of the base to be folded on the surface of the base; the corner vertical part of the substrate is provided with a notch, the wall of the notch at the lower part of the notch is provided with an elongated slot, the lower part of the first side panel is provided with a first pin shaft, and the first pin shaft is slidably and rotatably sleeved in the elongated slot; the inner wall of the first notch is provided with a long through hole and a first groove corresponding to the long through hole, the bottom of the first groove is provided with a second groove, the lower part of the second side panel is provided with a slot hole corresponding to the long through hole, and the lower part of the second side panel is provided with a bulge corresponding to the first notch; the lower part of the second side panel is sleeved in the notch, and the connecting piece is sequentially inserted into the long through hole and the slotted hole from outside to inside so as to hinge the second side panel on the substrate; when the second side panel swings inwards towards the base, the lower part of the second side panel swings into the notch; when the second side panel is swung outward toward the base, the second side panel is slid upward to engage the raised card in the first recess, and the second side panel is engaged in the second recess under the force of gravity to lock the second side panel in the upright position.

Preferably, the slot hole is provided with an internal thread, the connecting piece is a bolt, and the bolt is sequentially inserted into the long through hole from outside to inside and is in threaded connection with the slot hole so as to hinge the second side panel on the substrate.

Preferably, the first pin is located below the connecting member when the first side panel and the second side panel are folded onto the surface of the base.

1. after the lower part of the second side panel is inserted into the notch, the invention only needs to clamp the bulge into the first groove, the second side panel is clamped into the second groove under the action of gravity force, the second side panel can be locked at the vertical position, namely, the second side panel is vertically kept on the substrate without swinging, the second side panel is connected and fixed on the substrate without adopting a connecting piece, and when the second side panel is required to be folded on the upper surface of the substrate, only an upward pulling force needs to be exerted on the second side panel to lead the bulge to be separated from the second groove, then the second side panel swings towards the substrate, and the bulge can be separated from the first groove, thereby unlocking the vertical state of the second side panel, the invention has simple structure, convenient and quick use, and solves the problem that the fixed connection of the second side panel and the substrate needs to be realized by adopting a connecting element additionally in the existing metal box for keeping the second side panel vertical, and when the second side panel or the first side panel needs to be folded, the connecting element needs to be disassembled again, the operation and the disassembly are complex, the use is inconvenient, and the efficiency of loading and unloading goods and stacking and transporting empty boxes is seriously influenced.

2. The invention only needs to insert the lower part of the second side panel into the slot and sequentially insert the connecting piece into the long through hole and the slot hole from outside to inside, thereby realizing the purpose of quickly hinging and mounting the second side panel on the substrate; then, the first pin shaft is sleeved in the long groove, so that the first side panel can be hinged to the substrate, and the installation is simple, convenient and rapid.

3. 4. According to the invention, the first side panel and the second side panel of the metal box can be unlocked and separated only by manually holding the handle to push one end of the lock rod to slide towards the direction of withdrawing from the through hole and enabling the hook part of the swinging hook to be separated from the top of the inner wall of the clamping groove on the second side panel corresponding to the first side panel under the action of self gravity, so that the unlocking is simple, convenient and quick. The first side panel and the second side panel of metal box unblock and separation can be accomplished fast to whole unblock process only need control the horizontal slip direction of locking lever, and the labour saving and operation, low in labor strength.

5. When the unlocking is carried out, one end of the lock rod is pushed to slide towards the direction of withdrawing from the through hole only by manually holding the handle, the hook part of the swing hook can quickly swing towards the direction of the through hole under the dual functions of the elasticity of the first elastic piece and the self gravity, so that the hook part is separated from the top of the inner wall of the clamping groove on the second side panel corresponding to the first side panel, the first side panel and the second side panel of the metal box can be unlocked and separated, the unlocking is quicker and more convenient, and the situation that the first side panel and the second side panel of the metal box cannot be unlocked and separated due to the fact that the hook part cannot be separated from the clamping groove due to the self gravity of the swing hook is prevented.

6. When the locking rod needs to be pushed to slide, the elastic action of the second elastic piece needs to be overcome to reversely apply acting force on the limiting block, so that the limiting block swings reversely to disengage the protrusion from the first limiting clamping groove, and then the locking rod is unlocked and can slide under the action of the pushing force. The lock rod can be safely locked under the elastic action of the limiting block and the second elastic piece, and the lock rod can be pushed to slide after the lock rod is unlocked by swinging the limiting block during unlocking, so that the stability, the safety and the reliability of the lock rod for jacking and pressing the swing hook are ensured.
