As shown in fig. 1, the winding speed control device suitable for spinning in this embodiment includes a first guide wheel 1, a second guide wheel 2, a winding roller 3, a bracket 4, a swing link 5, a mounting plate 41, a motor 31 and a control unit module 9, wherein the first guide wheel 1 and the second guide wheel 2 can freely rotate around a central shaft and are arranged at intervals; the middle part of the swing rod 5 is rotatably arranged on the bracket 4, one end of the swing rod is provided with a roller 6, the roller 6 is provided with a counterweight 61, and the middle part of the swing rod 5 is provided with an angle displacement sensor 8.
