Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of resource utilization, and relates to a recycling system for drying sludge and generating power by using a biomass steam boiler.
Background
Sludge is a solid precipitate produced during sewage treatment. The municipal sludge and the industrial sludge are mainly treated by landfill, but the method not only costs a large amount of capital and occupies a large amount of land resources, but also causes serious secondary pollution to the ecological environment.
In response to this, attempts have also been made to utilize sludge as a fertilizer for agriculture or greening; however, various heavy metals contained in the sludge can be enriched in the soil and enter a food chain through the absorption of crops, and the health of human bodies is finally harmed, so that the adaptability of the soil to the sludge utilization is limited; even if some sludge comes from urban domestic sewage and the heavy metal content is low, the odor emitted from the sludge seriously pollutes the environment, and pathogens, persistent organic pollutants and various agents added in the sewage treatment process pollute the ground surface and underground water systems and bring potential harm to the environment and human health. In addition, there is a method of reducing the amount of sludge by incineration, however, the method has a limitation in popularization and use due to problems such as high investment in sludge incineration facilities, large energy consumption, and high running cost.
The main reasons for the above phenomena are that domestic sludge treatment starts late, the basis of sludge utilization is weak, the utilization rate is low, many sewage treatment plants are directly stacked in outsides of the environmental sanitation department after being temporarily stored, and a proper sludge treatment method is not found; and secondary pollution is easily caused by random stacking of the sludge, so that the sludge resource is seriously wasted.
In the face of the fact that the environmental problems caused by sludge are becoming acute and the sludge harm is becoming more serious, domestic industrial sludge and municipal sludge need to be subjected to harmless treatment and resource utilization, and a new circular economy way for comprehensive utilization of sludge is developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a recycling system for drying sludge and generating power by using a biomass steam boiler, which effectively recycles and utilizes wet sludge through harmless treatment, so that resources are recycled, and the recycling system is green and environment-friendly.

According to the technical scheme, the dry sludge obtained through drying treatment and agricultural and forestry waste are used as raw materials, the dry sludge and the agricultural and forestry waste are granulated to be biomass fuel and used for combustion of a biomass steam boiler, the generated steam is used for driving a steam turbine to rotate, mechanical energy generated by the steam turbine is further converted into electric energy through a generator, and harmless treatment of wet sludge and the agricultural and forestry waste is achieved.
Furthermore, a steam exhaust outlet of the steam turbine is connected with a steam inlet of the sludge drying machine, and a steam condensate outlet of the sludge drying machine is connected with a water inlet of the biomass steam boiler. The waste steam generated by the steam turbine is recycled for the drier, and the condensed water of the drier is recycled for the biomass steam boiler, so that the water resource is recycled, and the wastewater discharge is reduced.
Further, the recycling system also comprises a slag bin, an ash bin, a screw conveyor and a brick making machine; a material slag outlet of the biomass steam boiler is connected with a feed inlet of the slag bin, and an ash outlet is connected with a feed inlet of the ash bin;
the discharge ports of the slag bin and the ash bin are respectively connected with the feed port of the brick making machine through a screw conveyer. The slag and ash generated when the biomass steam boiler is used are collected and used for making bricks, so that the waste generated by the biomass steam boiler can be recycled, and the resource waste is reduced.
Furthermore, the recycling system also comprises a cyclone dust collector, a spray washing tower, an active carbon deodorizer, an induced draft fan and a chimney which are connected in sequence; the smoke outlet of the biomass steam boiler is connected with the air inlet of the cyclone dust collector, and the ash outlet of the cyclone dust collector is connected with the feed inlet of the ash bin. Through setting up a set of dust removal deodorization system, make biomass steam boiler produce the flue gas can handle and discharge after reaching standard, the ash content of production can be retrieved and recycled.
Further, the recycling system also comprises a cooler; the wet waste gas outlet of the sludge drier is connected with the gas inlet of the cooler, and the gas outlet of the cooler is connected with the combustion chamber of the biomass steam boiler. By arranging the cooler, the waste gas generated by the drier is effectively recycled and is used for the combustion of the biomass steam boiler in an auxiliary manner.
Further, a condensed water outlet of the cooler is connected with a water inlet of the spray washing tower. Through setting up the relation of being connected between cooler and the spray scrubber, be used for the spray scrubber's of the condensate water that produces among the wet waste gas condensation process to spray the process, further make water resource cyclic utilization, reduce waste water discharge.
Further, the steam turbine is a skid-mounted back pressure steam turbine; further, the sludge drier is a paddle type sludge drier.
The recycling system for drying sludge and generating power by using the biomass steam boiler has the beneficial effects that firstly, biomass fuel is combusted by the biomass steam boiler to generate steam, and the steam enters the sludge drying machine to dry wet sludge; the dried sludge is mixed with agricultural and forestry wastes to prepare biomass granular fuel, so that waste is changed into valuable, and the biomass granular fuel is supplied to a biomass steam boiler for combustion; the generated saturated steam acts on a steam turbine to generate power, and the exhaust steam after power generation is used as a heat source for drying wet sludge; ash slag generated after the biomass boiler is combusted is used for manufacturing road bricks, so that harmful sludge can be recycled and subjected to harmless treatment; the cooler is used for further recycling waste gas generated in the drying process, and meanwhile, smoke generated in the biomass steam boiler is purified and discharged into the atmosphere after reaching the standard, so that no pollution gas is discharged; the system has the advantages of efficient cyclic utilization of resources, environmental protection, low operation cost, obvious economic benefit and social benefit and worth of market popularization.
