7. The paint stripper of claim 3, wherein the surfactant is a fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.

8. A process for the production of a stripper as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7, which comprises the steps of:

(1) adding 4-hydroxyphosphate, high aromatic solvent oil and dichloromethane into a stirring kettle according to the proportioning amount;

(2) then adding a thickening agent and a surfactant, starting stirring and dissolving uniformly;

(3) adding lower alcohol and water, and stirring;

(4) and finally adding formic ether, stirring to form a uniform emulsified viscous state, stopping stirring, discharging and packaging.

The invention relates to a paint remover.

Background

A paint remover for removing the paint and coating from the surface of metal, template, wood board, furniture and other articles is a liquid prepared from aromatic compound and high-dissolubility solvent through mixing, and features that the solvent can be used to remove the paint and coating from the surface of substrate.

According to the corresponding standard, the paint removing operation is carried out in an indoor environment at 23-25 ℃. However, many paint removing operations are performed outdoors, such as maintenance of airplanes, and due to the fact that the environment temperature is high in summer and low in winter, the existing paint remover volatilizes fast in summer, and the paint removing effect is not ideal in winter. Therefore, users have made demands to the applicant for the development of a paint remover suitable for outdoor work.

In view of the above, there is a need to develop a new paint remover.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a paint remover which has a good paint removing effect.

In response to the requirements of users, the inventor has discovered through a large number of experiments that the problem of high volatility at high temperature can be solved by adding 4-hydroxyphosphate into the paint remover, and the paint removing effect can be enhanced. Thus, the present invention was obtained.

The paint remover comprises 4-hydroxyphosphate.

Preferably, the content of the 4-hydroxyphosphate in the paint remover is 5-30% by weight.

In a preferred embodiment, the paint remover comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-30% of 4-hydroxyphosphate, 15-25% of high aromatic hydrocarbon solvent oil, 20-30% of dichloromethane, 5-20% of formate, 5-15% of lower alcohol, 0.5-2% of surfactant, 0.5-2% of thickener and 10-20% of water. The paint remover has simple components and no corrosiveness.

The lower alcohol refers to an alcohol having 4 or less carbon atoms, and in the present invention, methanol and/or ethanol are preferable.

The formic acid ester is preferably one or more of methyl formate, ethyl formate, propyl formate and butyl formate.

The surfactant is an anionic surfactant or a nonionic surfactant, and preferably fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.

The thickener is preferably cellulose, typically methyl cellulose or ethyl cellulose.

The invention also provides a production method of the paint remover, which comprises the following steps:

(1) adding 4-hydroxyphosphate, high aromatic solvent oil and dichloromethane into a stirring kettle according to the proportioning amount;

(2) then adding a thickening agent and a surfactant, starting stirring and dissolving uniformly;

(3) adding lower alcohol and water, and stirring;

(4) and finally adding formic ether, stirring to form a uniform emulsified viscous state, stopping stirring, discharging and packaging.

The paint remover can effectively remove various common paint films and baking paint films, has good paint removing effect, has small molecular weight of 4-hydroxyphosphate and high boiling point and has three-OH groups, so the paint remover is difficult to volatilize and has good permeability, effectively solves the problems of quick volatilization in summer and unsatisfactory paint removing effect in winter, and is particularly suitable for paint removing operation in outdoor environment in south of China.
