uniformly mixing the emulsifier and the water to prepare an aqueous phase solution;

uniformly mixing the essence, the monomer and the phase-change material, adding the alkaline regulator, and performing prepolymerization to prepare an oil phase solution;

adding the oil phase solution into the water phase solution, and adding the acid regulator to prepare a mixed solution;

and under an inert atmosphere, adding the initiator into the mixed solution, and carrying out polymerization reaction to obtain the temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing microcapsule.

The heated non-combustible rolling paper capable of adjusting the smell of environmental flue gas as claimed in claim 2, wherein the monomer is one of styrene, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone; the initiator is one of tert-butyl hydroperoxide, cumene hydroperoxide, ammonium persulfate and potassium persulfate; the emulsifier is an ionic emulsifier; the alkaline regulator is at least one of diethanolamine, triethanolamine and butyl ethanolamine; the acidity regulator is at least one of citric acid, acetic acid and phosphoric acid.

The heated non-combustible cigarette paper with adjustable environmental smoke odor of claim 4, wherein the oil phase solution is prepared under reaction conditions of: stirring at a rotating speed of 600r/min under the condition of a water bath at a temperature of 70-80 ℃, adjusting the pH to 8-9, and carrying out prepolymerization for 50-70 min.

7. The heated non-burning cigarette paper capable of adjusting the smell of environmental flue gas as claimed in claim 4, wherein the pH of the mixed solution is adjusted to 4-5.

8. A heated non-burning cigarette paper with adjustable environmental smoke breath as in claim 4, wherein said polymerization reaction is carried out under reaction conditions of: stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours at 35 ℃, and then continuing to react for 2.5-4 hours at 70-80 ℃.

A heated non-combustible cigarette paper with adjustable environmental smoke odour in accordance with claim 1, wherein said temperature sensitive aroma release layer is coatably applied to the back of said paper substrate; or the temperature-sensitive aroma release layer is mixed in the adhesive and then is adhered with the paper base layer and the aluminum foil layer into a whole.

10. A cigarette comprising a filter and a tobacco rod integrally formed by joining the filter and the tobacco rod by tipping paper, wherein the tobacco rod is composed of a heated non-burning cigarette paper wrapped tobacco sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 9 capable of adjusting the smell of environmental smoke.

Background

The cigarette is a new type of tobacco product, and has the characteristic of heating tobacco shred or tobacco extract instead of burning tobacco shred, and needs a heater and a cigarette bullet when being smoked. The special heating source of the appliance heats the cut tobacco in the cigarette cartridge, volatilizes nicotine and flavor substances in the cut tobacco and generates smoke to meet the requirements of smokers. Because the 'cigarette bullet' is heated but can not be combusted, and the heating temperature is far lower than the temperature of the traditional cigarette during combustion, the thermal cracking product is obviously less than that of the traditional cigarette, and the thermal cracking product has more advantages in the aspect of smoke release. At present, a plurality of methods for adjusting the smoking feeling of smokers through the change of filter tips, tipping paper, cigarette paper and combination forms thereof exist, but the method for adjusting the environmental breath in the smoking area and improving the feeling of passive smokers is blank.

Preferably, the temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing microcapsule contains the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of phase-change material, 10-20 parts of essence, 50-120 parts of monomer, 0.8-1.5 parts of initiator, 8-12 parts of emulsifier, 0.1-0.3 part of alkaline regulator, 0.1-0.3 part of acidic regulator and 400-700 parts of water.

Preferably, the phase change material is at least one of liquid paraffin or stearic acid.

Preferably, the temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing microcapsule is prepared by the following steps:

uniformly mixing the emulsifier and the water to prepare an aqueous phase solution;

Preferably, the reaction conditions for preparing the oil phase solution are as follows: stirring at a rotating speed of 600r/min under the condition of a water bath at a temperature of 70-80 ℃, adjusting the pH to 8-9, and carrying out prepolymerization for 50-70 min.

Preferably, the pH of the mixed solution is adjusted to 4-5.

Preferably, the reaction conditions of the polymerization reaction are: stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours at 35 ℃, and then continuing to react for 2.5-4 hours at 70-80 ℃.

Preferably, the temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing layer may be applied to the back surface of the paper base layer in a coating manner; or the temperature-sensitive aroma release layer is mixed in the adhesive and then is adhered with the paper base layer and the aluminum foil layer into a whole.

The invention also provides a cigarette, which comprises a filter tip and a cigarette, wherein the filter tip and the cigarette are combined into a whole through tipping paper, and the cigarette consists of the heating non-combustion cigarette paper capable of adjusting the smoke smell of the environment and wrapping tobacco sheets.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical effects that:

when a user smokes the cigarette, the microcapsules of the temperature-sensing aroma release layer gradually release aroma substances wrapped in the microcapsules, the aroma substances are penetrated out of the outer layer of the paper base, the cigarette can emit specific aroma, and bad smell of the smoke is covered to a certain extent, so that the environmental smell in a smoking area is adjusted, the feeling of a passive smoker is improved to a certain extent, and the environmental smell in the smoking area is adjusted; on the other hand, the part of the fragrant substances cannot penetrate through the aluminum foil, so that the feeling of a smoker is not influenced too much.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

The embodiment of the invention provides heating non-combustible cigarette paper capable of adjusting the smell of environmental smoke, which comprises a paper base layer, an aluminum foil layer and a temperature-sensitive aroma release layer arranged in the middle; the temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing layer contains temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing microcapsules, and the temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing microcapsules contain phase-change materials. Preferably, the temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing layer may be applied to the back surface of the paper base layer in a coating manner; or the temperature-sensitive aroma release layer is mixed in the adhesive and then is adhered with the paper base layer and the aluminum foil layer into a whole.

The shell layer of the prepared temperature-sensitive fragrance-releasing microcapsule contains a phase-change material. Preferably, the emulsifier in step (1) is an ionic emulsifier; in the step (2), the monomer is one of styrene, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone; the alkaline regulator is at least one of diethanolamine, triethanolamine and butyl ethanolamine. Preferably, the phase change material may be at least one selected from liquid paraffin or stearic acid. Therefore, when the heating temperature of the cigarette paper is about 100 ℃, the phase change material can generate phase change, and then the shell layer of the temperature-sensing fragrance-releasing microcapsule can be locally softened and collapsed, so that the essence component coated by the shell layer of the temperature-sensing fragrance-releasing microcapsule can release fragrance, and the effect of adjusting the environmental smell in a smoking area is achieved. Preferably, the reaction conditions for preparing the oil phase solution in the step (2) are as follows: stirring at a rotating speed of 600r/min under the condition of a water bath at a temperature of 70-80 ℃, adjusting the pH to 8-9, and carrying out prepolymerization for 50-70 min.

Preferably, the acidity regulator in step (3) is at least one of citric acid, acetic acid and phosphoric acid. And adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution to 4-5.

Preferably, the initiator in the step (4) is one of tert-butyl hydroperoxide, cumene hydroperoxide, ammonium persulfate and potassium persulfate; the reaction conditions of the polymerization reaction in the step (4) are as follows: stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours at 35 ℃, and then continuing to react for 2.5-4 hours at 70-80 ℃.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a cigarette, which comprises a filter tip and a cigarette, wherein the filter tip and the cigarette are combined into a whole through tipping paper, and the cigarette consists of the heating non-combustion cigarette paper capable of adjusting the smoke smell of the environment and wrapping tobacco sheets.
