The shunting reflector comprises a shunting plate, one end of the shunting plate is obliquely connected with the sound beam reflecting plate, the ultrasonic transducer corresponds to the sound beam reflecting plate, and sound beams emitted by the ultrasonic transducer are reflected on the sound beam reflecting plate.

In the above, the two shunt reflectors form a part of the sound beam reflection device for reflecting the ultrasonic sound beam, and during installation, the two shunt reflectors are respectively aligned at two ends and then inserted and fixed to form a reflection loop, but each installation requires that two ends are aligned with the flow tube to be inserted and the sound beam reflection plate and the ultrasonic transducer are well corresponding, and meanwhile, the two sound beam reflection plates are correspondingly arranged, so that the installation is troublesome overall and needs to be improved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the two sound beam reflecting plates are fixed through the flow guide pipe, and the sound beam reflecting device is correspondingly embedded into the flow pipe and then is positioned by screwing the positioning bolt during installation, so that the sound beam reflecting device is more convenient to install;

(2) by arranging the mounting groove, the mounting strip is correspondingly embedded into the mounting groove for positioning, and then the mounting strip is fixed by welding, so that the position positioning is more accurate when the acoustic beam reflecting plate is fixed;

(3) the acoustic beam reflecting plate and the supporting frame are integrally arranged, so that the acoustic beam reflecting plate and the supporting frame are more convenient to process;

(4) through setting up rotating ring and putting forth effort the groove, can pack into the flow tube earlier acoustic beam reflex mount, then finely tune the position of acoustic beam reflecting plate according to the position of the transducing hole of flow tube for the mounted position of acoustic beam reflecting plate is more accurate.
