Disclosure of Invention

A safety helmet comprises a lining, a helmet shell, a mask, an opening and closing mechanism and a power supply mechanism, wherein the whole helmet shell is streamline, two first ventilation openings which are symmetrically arranged are formed in the upper end of the helmet shell, a first arc-shaped baffle is hinged to the upper end of the first ventilation opening, a breathing hole is formed in the lower end of the helmet shell, a filter is arranged at a position, corresponding to the breathing hole, on the helmet shell, a plurality of ventilation holes which are circumferentially arranged are formed in the upper end of the lining, the lining is fixed in the helmet shell and used for being worn on the head of a human body, the mask is arranged at the front of the helmet shell, the mask can cover the face of the human body and form a breathing area with the face of the human body, two symmetrical second ventilation openings are formed between the side end of the mask and the helmet shell, a second arc-shaped baffle is hinged to the upper end of the second ventilation opening and closing mechanism, and is used for opening and closing the two symmetrical first ventilation openings and the second ventilation openings.
Preferably, the opening and closing mechanism comprises a dust cover, a hand wheel with a protruding structure, a first gear and a threaded stop lever, the dust cover is detachably mounted at the rear part of the helmet shell, the hand wheel is rotatably mounted at the side end of the dust cover through a first connecting rod, the threaded stop lever is also in threaded connection with the side end of the dust cover, the other end of the first connecting rod is rotatably connected to the upper end of the helmet shell, the first gear is fixed on the first connecting rod and is meshed with a second gear, the side end of the second gear is fixedly provided with a second connecting rod, the other end of the second connecting rod is rotatably connected to the upper end of the helmet shell, the first gear and the second gear are hinged with gear sets, the two gear sets are fixedly arranged between the helmet shell and the lining, the other end of each gear set is fixedly connected to a hinge rod at the hinge position of the helmet shell and the first baffle, a first chain wheel is further fixed on the hinge rod, and, the first chain wheel is connected with the second chain wheel through a transmission chain.
Preferably, power supply mechanism includes battery, light and hair dryer, battery demountable installation is in the upper end of helmet shell to be used for supplying power to battery and hair dryer, the hair dryer is installed in the upper end of filter, and the output and the face guard of hair dryer cooperate, light and hair dryer all link to each other with the battery through the electric wire.
Preferably, the first arc-shaped baffle and the second arc-shaped baffle are respectively matched with the first vent and the second vent, when the helmet shell is in an open state, the arc-shaped tail ends of the first baffle and the second baffle are both concave inwards and face the first vent and the second vent, and when the helmet shell is in a closed state, no obvious concave-convex part can be formed on the surface of the helmet shell.
Preferably, a locking nut is arranged between the rod head and the dust cover on the threaded stop lever, the other end of the threaded stop lever can be inserted into teeth of the second gear, and after the first baffle and the second baffle are unfolded, the end part of the threaded stop lever is abutted against the teeth of the second gear, so that the unfolding angle of the first baffle and the second baffle is limited.

(3) Through setting up vent one, vent two, opening and shutting mechanism and power supply mechanism, and the parallelly connected electric heater, when the season change that cold and hot environment differs greatly, for example change to under the low temperature condition by high temperature, only need the adjusting handle, control baffle one and baffle two will be used for vent one and vent two of ventilation to close, and open the electric heater simultaneously and heat up the heating to helmet inside, just can realize the purpose that the same helmet also can be shared in the season that the difference in temperature is great in summer and winter.
