The quick connecting assembly between the table board and the table frame beam as claimed in claim 1, wherein the quick clamping seat is provided with a clamping seat mounting through hole at each of two sides of the semicircular limiting groove; during installation, two screws are adopted to respectively penetrate through the two clamping seat installation through holes of the quick clamping seat and then screwed into the screw holes which are formed in the table frame cross beam in advance, so that the quick clamping seat is installed on the table frame cross beam.

The invention relates to the technical field of quick connection assemblies, in particular to a quick connection assembly between a table board and a table frame beam.

Background

Fasteners such as bolts are mostly adopted for fixed connection between the existing desk plate and the desk frame cross beam, but the fixed connection mode needs to be completed under the assistance of tools such as a spanner, and the operation is very inconvenient. the rotating part is provided with a rotating disc part and a handle part, a rotating convex column is formed on the lower side surface of the rotating disc part and can be rotatably installed in the rotating through hole of the quick clamping seat, so that the rotating part rotates along the rotating convex column, and a limiting inclined plane which is matched with the circular truncated cone-shaped limiting inclined plane for limiting is formed on the outer side surface of the rotating disc part;

during assembly, the circular clamping sheet enters the semicircular limiting groove of the quick clamping seat, the turntable part is rotated through the handle part, so that the limiting inclined surface on the turntable part compresses the circular truncated cone-shaped limiting inclined surface on the circular clamping sheet, and the circular clamping sheet is limited in the semicircular limiting groove of the quick clamping seat.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a positioning blind hole is formed on the upper end surface of the quick clamping seat between the rotating through hole and the semicircular limiting groove, a positioning small cylinder is installed in the positioning blind hole, a small spring is installed in the positioning blind hole and below the positioning small cylinder, and an arc-shaped positioning groove is formed on the outer side surface of the rotating disc part of the rotating member; when the rotating piece is positioned at the initial position, the small positioning cylinder is jacked up by the small spring, one part of the small positioning cylinder is embedded into the arc-shaped positioning groove on the rotating piece, and the rest part of the small positioning cylinder is positioned outside the arc-shaped positioning groove, so that the rotating piece cannot rotate; when the circular clamping sheet enters the semicircular limiting groove of the quick clamping seat, the outer side edge of the circular clamping sheet is pressed on the top surface of the small positioning cylinder exposed out of the circular arc-shaped positioning groove, the small positioning cylinder is pressed into the positioning blind hole, and the rotating piece can rotate at the moment.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a torsion spring is sleeved on a rotating convex column formed on the rotating disc part of the rotating member; when the rotating piece does not have external force application, the torsion spring enables the rotating piece to rotate towards the direction of the initial position.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a clip mounting through hole is formed at a central position of the circular clip; during installation, a screw penetrates through the clamping piece installation through hole of the circular clamping piece and then is screwed into the screw hole which is formed in advance in the lower board surface of the desk board, so that the circular clamping piece is installed on the lower board surface of the desk board.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a circular elastic gasket is arranged between the upper end surface of the circular clamping sheet and the lower plate surface of the table plate.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an arc groove matched with the table frame cross beam is formed on the lower end surface of the quick clamping seat.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the quick clamping seat is provided with a clamping seat mounting through hole at each of two sides of the semicircular limiting groove; during installation, two screws are adopted to respectively penetrate through the two clamping seat installation through holes of the quick clamping seat and then screwed into the screw holes which are formed in the table frame cross beam in advance, so that the quick clamping seat is installed on the table frame cross beam.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the rapid clamping seat and the rotating piece are matched with each other to limit the circular clamping sheet in the semicircular limiting groove formed by the rapid clamping seat, so that the circular clamping sheet can be completed without the assistance of tools, and the operation is very convenient.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further explained below by combining the specific drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a quick-connect assembly between a table top and a table frame beam is shown, which includes a quick-connect seat 100, a circular connecting tab 200 and a rotating member 300.

The quick clamping seat 100 is detachably mounted on a table frame beam (not shown in the figure), a semicircular step 110 is formed on the upper end face 101 of the quick clamping seat 100, a semicircular limiting groove 120 is formed between the semicircular step 110 and the upper end face 101 of the quick clamping seat 100, and a rotating through hole 130 is formed on the outer side of the semicircular limiting groove 120 on the upper end face of the quick clamping seat 100. In addition, an arc groove 140 matched with the table frame beam is formed on the lower end surface of the quick clamping seat 100, and clamping seat mounting through holes 150 are respectively formed on two sides of the quick clamping seat 100, which are positioned on the semicircular limiting groove 120; during installation, the quick clamping seat 100 is screwed into a screw hole pre-formed in the table frame beam after passing through the two clamping seat installation through holes 150 of the quick clamping seat 100 by using two screws through an arc-shaped groove formed on the lower end surface of the quick clamping seat 100, so that the quick clamping seat 100 is installed on the table frame beam.

During assembly, the circular clamping sheet 200 is aligned with the semicircular limiting groove 120 of the quick clamping seat 100, the circular clamping sheet 200 is pushed into the semicircular limiting groove 120 of the quick clamping seat 100, and then the handle part 320 rotates the turntable part 310 anticlockwise, so that the limiting inclined surface 312 on the turntable part 310 presses the truncated cone-shaped limiting inclined surface 210 on the circular clamping sheet 200, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, and the circular clamping sheet 200 is limited in the semicircular limiting groove 120 of the quick clamping seat 100.

In order to further position the rotating member 300, a positioning blind hole 160 is formed between the rotating through hole 130 and the semicircular limiting groove 120 on the upper end surface 101 of the quick clamping seat 100, a positioning small cylinder 400 is installed in the positioning blind hole 160, a small spring 410 is installed below the positioning small cylinder 400 in the positioning blind hole 160, the upper end of the small spring 410 abuts against the lower end surface of the positioning small cylinder 400, and the lower end of the small spring abuts against the bottom surface of the positioning blind hole 160 and is used for jacking up the positioning small cylinder 400. An arc-shaped positioning groove 313 is formed on the outer side surface of the turntable 310 of the rotary member 300.

When the rotating member 300 is at the initial position, i.e., the position shown in fig. 1 and 2, the positioning small cylinder 400 is pushed up by the small spring 410, and a part of the positioning small cylinder is inserted into the circular arc positioning groove 313 of the rotating member 300, and the rest is located outside the circular arc positioning groove 313, since the rotating member 300 is pushed up by the positioning small cylinder 400, the rotating member 300 cannot rotate. When the circular engagement piece 200 enters the semicircular spacing groove 120 of the quick engagement seat 100, the outer edge of the circular engagement piece 200 presses on the top surface of the positioning small cylinder 400 exposed out of the circular arc positioning groove 313, and presses the positioning small cylinder 400 into the positioning blind hole 160, at this time, the rotation member 300 can rotate.

In addition, a torsion spring 330 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating boss 311 formed on the rotating disk portion 310 of the rotating member 300. When no external force is applied to the rotating member 300, the torsion spring 330 causes the rotating member 300 to rotate toward the initial position, and when the positioning small cylinder 400 is pushed into the circular arc-shaped positioning groove 313 of the rotating member 300, the rotating member 300 stops rotating.
