1. A pressure cooking appliance, comprising:

a pan (10) having a cooking cavity (1);

Pressure cooking appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that said second magnetic structure (41) is a plurality, the magnitude of the repulsion force generated when each second magnetic structure (41) is opposite to the first magnetic structure (31) being different so as to make the operating pressure of said pressure limiting valve (30) different.

Pressure cooking appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that said pressure regulating mechanism (40) further comprises a third magnetic structure (42), if said first magnetic structure (31) is opposite to said third magnetic structure (42), a magnetic attraction force is generated between said first magnetic structure (31) and said third magnetic structure (42), said pressure limiting valve (30) being able to move away from said exhaust channel (2) under the action of said magnetic attraction force.

4. Pressure cooking appliance according to claim 3, characterised in that said first magnetic structure (31) is a first magnetic block, said second magnetic structure (41) is a second magnetic block and said third magnetic structure (42) is a third magnetic block.

5. Pressure cooking appliance according to claim 4, characterised in that the pressure regulating mechanism (40) further comprises a bracket (43) pivotably arranged on the pot cover (20), the second and third magnetic blocks being arranged on the bracket (43).

6. Pressure cooking appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that the pressure limiting valve (30) can cooperate with the exhaust channel (2) under the effect of its own weight if the pressure regulating mechanism (40) is remote from the pressure limiting valve (30).

7. The pressure cooking appliance of claim 1, further comprising:

and the driving mechanism (50) drives the pressure regulating mechanism (40) to translate or rotate relative to the pot cover (20).

The pressure cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker, the pot cover (20) comprises a surface cover, an inner liner (21) and an inner cover (22) which are arranged in sequence from outside to inside, and the pressure regulating mechanism (40) is pivotally arranged on the inner liner (21).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of small household appliances, in particular to a pressure cooking appliance.

Background

The electric pressure cooker is a common household appliance. Wherein, in order to realize the function of multi-section pressure regulation, the balancing weight with adjustable position is arranged at the pressure limiting valve of some electric pressure cooker products. All adopt mechanical structure to the position control of balancing weight among the prior art to drive, for example utilize structures such as solenoid valve, lever, electric push rod to drive. The pressure of the electric pressure cooker is controlled by the scheme of the balancing weight, so that the pressure limiting valve is complex in structure and high in production cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a pressure cooking appliance, which aims to solve the problem that a pressure limiting valve of the pressure cooking appliance capable of adjusting pressure in the prior art is high in production cost.

In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pressure cooking appliance including: a pot body having a cooking cavity; the pot cover is covered on the pot body and is provided with an exhaust channel; the pressure limiting valve is matched with the exhaust channel and comprises a first magnetic structure; the pressure regulating mechanism can translate or rotate relative to the cooker cover and comprises a second magnetic structure, and if the first magnetic structure is opposite to the second magnetic structure, repulsion force is generated between the first magnetic structure and the second magnetic structure, so that the pressure limiting valve can be matched with the exhaust channel under the action of self gravity and the repulsion force; and the heating device is used for heating the food in the cooking cavity.

Furthermore, the number of the second magnetic structures is multiple, and the magnitude of the repulsive force generated when each second magnetic structure is opposite to the first magnetic structure is different, so that the working pressure of the pressure limiting valve is different.

Detailed Description

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

As shown in fig. 6, when the bracket 43 rotates to a position where the third magnetic block is opposite to the first magnetic block (the second position of the bracket), the third magnetic block is attracted to the first magnetic block, and the pressure limiting valve 30 is attracted upward and away from the exhaust passage, thereby realizing non-pressure cooking.

As shown in fig. 7, when the bracket 43 rotates to a position where the second magnetic block a is opposite to the first magnetic block (the third position of the bracket), a weaker second repulsive force is formed between the second magnetic block a and the first magnetic block. The second repulsive force and the force which can be borne by the self weight of the pressure limiting valve 30 realize medium pressure cooking (for example, the pressure limiting valve 30 can bear the pressure of 70KPA due to the weak repulsive force and the self weight of the pressure limiting valve 30). When the pressure in the cooking cavity 1 is less than 70KPA, the pressure limiting valve 30 is sealed with the exhaust channel, and no air leakage occurs at the sealing position of the pressure limiting valve 30 and the exhaust channel. When the pressure in the cooking cavity 1 is higher than 70KPA, the pressure limiting valve 30 will be pushed upwards to separate the pressure limiting valve 30 from the sealing part of the exhaust channel, and the exhaust will not be sealed, so that the exhaust can be continued to realize medium pressure cooking and effectively discharge chlorine, peculiar smell and the like in the pot.

As shown in fig. 8, when the bracket 43 rotates to a position where the second magnetic block b is opposite to the first magnetic block (the fourth position of the bracket), a strong first repulsive force is formed between the second magnetic block b and the first magnetic block. The first repulsive force and the force that the pressure limiting valve 30 can bear by the self weight of the pressure limiting valve 30 realize high-pressure cooking (for example, the pressure limiting valve 30 can bear the pressure of 100KPA due to the strong repulsive force and the self weight of the pressure limiting valve 30). When the pressure in the cooking cavity 1 is less than 100KPA, the pressure limiting valve 30 seals the exhaust channel, and no air leakage occurs at the sealing part of the pressure limiting valve 30 and the exhaust channel. It should be noted that the above-mentioned pressure limiting valve 30 can bear 30KPA by its own weight and realize 70KPA and 100PA by the action of the repulsive force of the magnet, which is only an example and not limited to these parameters, and different parameter values can be set according to the needs.

As shown in fig. 3 to 8, in the present embodiment, the driving mechanism 50 is a motor, the transmission member 60 is a gear, the gear is engaged with an output shaft of the motor, and the pressure regulating mechanism 40 is provided with engaging teeth 431 engaged with the gear. The structure is simple, the precision is high, and the pressure regulation is easier to control.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker, the lid 20 includes a surface cover, an inner liner 21 and an inner cover 22, which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, and the pressure regulating mechanism 40 is pivotally arranged on the inner liner 21. An exhaust pipe is provided through the inner lid 22, and the exhaust passage 2 is formed by a passage in the exhaust pipe.

In this embodiment, the cooking appliance further comprises a safety valve, and the pressure limiting valve only plays a role of limiting pressure and does not play a role of the safety valve, so that the pressure limiting valve can be made lighter to achieve the purpose of continuously exhausting air.
