The bottom welding of filtering base 1 has two symmetrical slide rails 18 that set up, and the inboard of slide rail 18 is equipped with spout 19, and slide rail 18 threaded connection has third bolt 30. The slide rail 18 is used for sliding the filter base 1, so that the operation space of the filter base 1 during manufacturing is conveniently controlled. The bottom of the filter base 1 is provided with two mounting reference areas 20, and the slide rails 18 are welded at the bottom of the filter base 1 along the edges of the mounting reference areas 20. The mounting reference area 20 serves as a reference so that the two slide rails 18 are symmetrically arranged.

As shown in fig. 8 to 13, a method for manufacturing a filter device for a dishwasher according to the present invention includes the steps of:

a. welding a slide rail 18 at the bottom of the filtering base 1:

(1) the bottom of the filter base 1 is measured and two mounting reference areas 20 are drawn on the bottom of the filter base 1.

(2) The slide rails 18 are welded at the bottom of the filter base 1 along the edges of the mounting reference area 20.

b. Adjusting the centering welding device to the initial position:

(1) the welding table 22 is rotated on the central shaft of the vertical plate 23 of the machine tool 21, when the welding table 22 is kept in a horizontal state, the nut is screwed on the central shaft and is locked on the surface of the upper half part of the welding table 22, so that the welding table 22 is prevented from being in an inclined state due to the fact that the machine tool 21 is in the inclined state, and the welding table 22 can be kept in the horizontal state all the time.

(2) The threaded column 25 at the top of the circle center matching guide column 24 is screwed upwards on the adjusting plate 26 of the welding table 22, so that the circle center matching guide column 24 abuts against the bottom surface of the adjusting plate 26, the circle center matching guide column 24 and the matching hole 27 of the welding table 22 are arranged up and down correspondingly, and the sleeve 6 and the second limiting plate 8 are convenient to weld and fix in the later period.

c. Fix sleeve 6 and 8 welded fastening of second limiting plate on centering welding set:

(1) the sleeve 6 and the first limit plate 7 are manufactured in an integrated manner.

(2) The second limit plate 8 is placed on the welding table 22, the threaded hole of the second limit plate 8 is arranged on the positioning shaft 28 of the welding table 22, the mounting plate 4 is installed in the sleeve 6, then the sleeve 6 is placed on the second limit plate 8, the threaded column 25 at the top of the circle center matching guide column 24 is screwed downwards on the adjusting plate 26 of the welding table 22, the circle center matching guide column 24 is successively led into the first limit plate 7, the sleeve 6, the second limit plate 8 and the matching hole 27 of the welding table 22, so that the circle center of the first limiting plate 7, the circle center of the sleeve 6, the circle center of the second limiting plate 8 and the circle center of the matching hole 27 of the welding table 22 are positioned on the same vertical line, then with the ascending application of force of mounting panel 4, support mounting panel 4 on first limiting plate 7, weld the contact site of sleeve pipe 6 and second limiting plate 8 again, improve the welding quality of sleeve pipe 6 and second limiting plate 8.

(3) The threaded post 25 at the top of the circle center matching guide post 24 is screwed up on the adjustment plate 26 of the welding table 22 so that the circle center matching guide post 24 abuts against the bottom surface of the adjustment plate 26.

(4) The first limit plate 7, the sleeve 6 and the second limit plate 8 which are integrated into a whole structure are taken out from the welding table 22.

d. Vertical setting filters base 1: slide rail 18 that will filter base 1 bottom slides in to the bracing piece 29 of lathe 21 on, adjusts the distance between filtering base 1 and the welding bench 22 again, then twists third bolt 30 on slide rail 18, will filter base 1 and fix on bracing piece 29 for filter base 1 keeps vertical state, and the waste material that the welding produced is difficult for piling up on filtering base 1, the waste material of in time discharging production.

e. Install first limiting plate 7, sleeve pipe 6 and second limiting plate 8 of body structure: the mounting plate 4 on the sleeve 6 is arranged in the first through hole 3 of the filtering base 1, and then the contact part between the top surface of the mounting plate 4 and the top surface of the filtering base 1 is welded, so that the sleeve 6 is mounted on the filtering base 1.

f. Installing a limiting component 9:

(1) the fixed seat 12 is fixed on the filtering base 1 through a fixing screw 15.

(2) The end of the pressing plate 13 is clamped into the gap formed between the second limit plate 8 and the filtering base 1, the other end of the pressing plate 13 is clamped into the gap formed between the outer convex plate 16 and the filtering base 1, the second limit plate 8 is screwed with the first bolt 14, the end of the first bolt 14 is tightly pressed on the pressing plate 13, the outer convex plate 16 is screwed with the second bolt 17, and the second bolt 17 is tightly pressed on the pressing plate 13.

(3) Pack into the foam in first limiting plate 7, sleeve pipe 6 and the second limiting plate 8 of structure as an organic whole, play the effect of shutoff, avoid impurity to get into in the sleeve pipe 6 in the later stage transportation.

g. Conveying the installed filter base 1: the third bolt 30 on the slide rail 18 is unscrewed, and the installed filter base 1 is removed from the support bar 29 and placed on the conveyor belt 31.

h. And (3) filling a filter screen 2: the other end of the conveying belt 31 is used for collecting the installed filter base 1 in a centralized manner, then the foam is taken out, and then the filter screen 2 is arranged in the first limiting plate 7, the sleeve 6 and the second limiting plate 8 which are of an integrated structure. The operation space for loading the filter net 2 can be in an independent state without being influenced by the operation space of the machine tool 21, and the phenomenon that the filter net 2 is damaged in the loading process can be reduced.

The above is only a specific embodiment of the present invention, but the technical features of the present invention are not limited thereto. Any simple changes, equivalent substitutions or modifications made based on the present invention to solve the same technical problems and achieve the same technical effects are within the scope of the present invention.
