Background

In the process of minimally invasive surgery (such as lumbar surgery), nerves in tissues of affected parts are required to be stripped off to be clear and distinguished sometimes so as to avoid injuring the nerves during surgery, and the stripping process has bleeding phenomenon so as to obscure the visual field, so that the stripping process needs to be washed. During actual operation, an operator uses the stripper and the draw hook to cooperate to strip nerves, the washing head can wash simultaneously during the stripping process, and the physiological saline, blood, tissue dust and the like are sucked out by the suction apparatus after the washing is finished. Therefore, at least four instruments are arranged in the minimally invasive surgery channel, the instruments affect the surgery visual field during stripping, and meanwhile the minimally invasive surgery channel is crowded in space and affects the stripping progress, so that the efficiency of the whole surgery is reduced.

An adjusting hole 21 communicated with the pipeline is formed on the adjusting block 2, and the adjusting hole 21 is pressed by hands to adjust the suction force. The edge of the suction port 11 is formed with an exfoliation substructure 5 for exfoliating the nerve from the tissue.

In the operation process, the stripping substructure 5 is used for stripping the affected part and the nearby thin blood vessels or nerves, after stripping and flushing are finished, the negative pressure connector 3 is directly connected with a negative pressure machine to suck physiological saline, blood, tissue fragments and the like, the adjusting hole 21 is pressed by hand during suction to adjust the suction force, the size of the area of the pressing adjusting hole 21 is changed through the feeling of the hand on the suction force to adjust the suction force, so that the suction force is controlled more flexibly, and the negative pressure machine is not required to be adjusted in a troublesome way.

The stripper aspirator of the embodiment has the dual functions of stripping and suction, and after the stripping operation is completed, the negative pressure joint 3 is connected with the negative pressure machine, so that the physiological saline, blood, tissue scraps and the like washed during the stripping operation can be sucked, the number of surgical instruments in an operation channel is reduced, the visual field during the stripping is increased, the convenience of operation in a limited operation channel space is improved, the stripping progress is accelerated, and the efficiency of the whole operation is improved.

In this embodiment, the inner diameter of the suction tube 1 tends to gradually increase from one end to the other end of the suction port 11, that is, the entire suction tube 1 has an elongated tapered shape. Tissue debris, blood foam and the like can not cause blockage in the suction tube only by entering the suction tube from the small opening, and the anti-blocking structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is low.

In this embodiment, the cross section of the adjusting hole 21 has a tendency of gradually increasing from one end to the other end, and specifically may be in a shape of a water drop, a triangle or a trapezoid, for example: the big one end of water droplet shape itself is little, and it is faster to press back from one end to the other end suction change, can adjust the suction more rapidly.
