1. An auxiliary appliance for picking teeth, comprising a body, the body comprising:

an abutting part for abutting against teeth or gums;

an elastic part which is connected with the abutting part and has elasticity and can be compressed and deformed;

the handheld part is connected with the elastic part, is positioned between the abutting part and the handheld part and can move relative to the abutting part by virtue of the deformation of the elastic part;

a channel, which is formed through the body and extends to the abutting part and the hand-held part.

2. The dental picking aid of claim 1, wherein the resilient portion is a downwardly projecting arcuate plate that selectively changes curvature to allow the hand-held portion and the abutment portion to approach each other.

3. The auxiliary device for picking teeth as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an elastic member disposed on the elastic portion and abutting against the hand-held portion and the abutting portion.

4. The dental picking aid of claim 2, further comprising a resilient member disposed on the resilient portion; the elastic element comprises two bending parts and a connecting part, wherein the connecting part is connected with the two bending parts, and the two bending parts are arc-shaped rod bodies and have the same radian as the elastic part.

5. The dental picking aid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the channel is concavely formed on a top side of the hand-held portion, the hand-held portion being an elongated body having a U-shaped cross section.

6. The dental picking aid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the body further comprises a covering portion formed to protrude from the abutting portion toward the hand-held portion and located on the top side of the elastic portion and the hand-held portion; the channel is formed between the bottom side of the covering part and the handheld part and between the covering part and the elastic part, and the channel is concavely formed on the bottom side of the covering part.

7. The auxiliary device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a buffer sleeve covering the abutting portion of the body, the buffer sleeve having a through hole formed therethrough and communicating with the passage of the body.

8. An auxiliary device for picking teeth, comprising:

a body including an abutting portion for abutting against a tooth or a gum;

the elastic element is provided with a first end and a second end, the first end is connected with the abutting part, and the elastic element can be compressed and deformed to enable the first end and the second end to approach each other;

the handheld piece is connected to the second end of the elastic element and can move relative to the abutting part through the compression deformation of the elastic element;

a channel, which passes through the abutting part of the body, the elastic element and the hand piece.

9. The dental picking aid of claim 8, wherein the abutment portion has a surface with an abutment ring flange and the hand piece has a surface with a hand ring flange; the elastic element is a compression spring and is sleeved on the abutting part and the hand-held piece, the first end of the elastic element abuts against the abutting ring flange of the abutting part, and the second end abuts against the hand-held ring flange of the hand-held piece.

The dental picking aid of claim 8 or 9, wherein the body further comprises a covering portion formed to protrude from the abutting portion toward the hand piece and located on a top side of the hand piece, the hand piece being movable relative to the covering portion; the end of the covering part is provided with a covering ring flange in a protruding mode, and the second end of the elastic element selectively abuts against the covering ring flange; the channel is concavely formed at the bottom side of the covering part and is formed between the bottom side of the covering part and the hand piece; the elastic element is sleeved on the covering part.

11. The auxiliary device for picking teeth as claimed in claim 8 or 9, further comprising a sleeve, wherein the sleeve is disposed around the abutting portion, the elastic member and the handle, and the channel extends through the sleeve; wherein one end of the hand piece is positioned outside the sleeve, and the hand piece can move relative to the sleeve.

The dental flossing aid of claim 11, wherein said sleeve has a front end and a rear end, said abutment is located at said front end and abuts against teeth and gums via said front end; the rear end is inwards protruded to form a stopping part, and the hand-held piece selectively abuts against the stopping part backwards.

The dental picking aid of claim 11, further comprising a covering portion formed to protrude from the abutting portion toward the hand piece and located on a top side of the hand piece, the hand piece being movable relative to the covering portion; the end of the covering part is provided with a covering ring flange in a protruding mode, and the second end of the elastic element selectively abuts against the covering ring flange; the channel is concavely formed at the bottom side of the covering part and is formed between the bottom side of the covering part and the hand piece; the elastic element is sleeved on the covering part; the rear end of the sleeve is provided with a ring groove, and the covering ring flange of the covering part is arranged in the ring groove.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an oral cavity cleaning article, in particular to a tooth picking tool matched with an interdental brush or a toothpick.

Background

With the progress of times, the oral hygiene is gradually valued by the public society nowadays, people also gradually know the importance of the interdental cleaning on the oral hygiene, some people can use toothpicks to pick teeth after eating, and some people can use interdental brushes to clean interdental spaces regularly.

However, when the interdental brush is used, the interdental brush must be arranged in the interdental space to brush back and forth to clean the interdental space, but if the back and forth brushing speed is not fast enough, the friction force may not be enough to pick out the foreign matters; if the speed is too fast, the gum may be impacted and injured, so that the interdental brush needs to be fast in speed when in use, the distance is constant when the interdental brush is pulled back and forth, and the gum is prevented from being injured.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides a shaving aid that assists a user in returning a brush quickly when using an interdental brush, has a constant distance without injuring the gums, and stabilizes the angle of the return brush to prevent the front end of the interdental brush from being deformed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a tooth-picking aid, comprising:

an abutting part for abutting against teeth or gums;

an elastic part which is connected with the abutting part and has elasticity and can be compressed and deformed;

the handheld part is connected with the elastic part, is positioned between the abutting part and the handheld part and can move relative to the abutting part by virtue of the deformation of the elastic part;

a channel, which is formed through the body and extends to the abutting part and the hand-held part.

Preferably, the elastic part is an arc plate protruding downwards, and the arc of the elastic part can be selectively changed to enable the hand-holding part and the abutting part to approach each other.

Preferably, the auxiliary device for picking teeth further comprises an elastic element disposed on the elastic portion and abutted between the handle portion and the abutting portion.

Preferably, the auxiliary appliance for picking teeth further comprises an elastic element arranged on the elastic part; the elastic element comprises two bending parts and a connecting part, wherein the connecting part is connected with the two bending parts, and the two bending parts are arc-shaped rod bodies and have the same radian as the elastic part.

Preferably, the tooth-picking auxiliary tool is characterized in that the channel is concavely formed on the top side of the hand-held part, and the hand-held part is a long strip-shaped object with a U-shaped section.

Preferably, the tooth-picking aid further comprises a covering part, which is formed on the abutting part and protrudes towards the hand-held part, and is located on the top sides of the elastic part and the hand-held part; the channel is formed between the bottom side of the covering part and the handheld part and between the covering part and the elastic part, and the channel is concavely formed on the bottom side of the covering part.

Preferably, the auxiliary device for picking teeth is provided with a tube.

Preferably, the auxiliary device for picking teeth further comprises a buffer sleeve sleeved on the abutting portion of the body, and a through hole formed through the buffer sleeve is communicated with the channel of the body.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a tooth-picking aid, comprising:

a body including an abutting portion for abutting against a tooth or a gum;

the elastic element is provided with a first end and a second end, the first end is connected with the abutting part, and the elastic element can be compressed and deformed to enable the first end and the second end to approach each other;

the handheld piece is connected to the second end of the elastic element and can move relative to the abutting part through the compression deformation of the elastic element;

a channel, which passes through the abutting part of the body, the elastic element and the hand piece.

Preferably, the tooth-picking auxiliary tool is characterized in that an abutting ring flange is formed on the surface of the abutting part in a protruding mode, and a hand-held ring flange is formed on the surface of the hand-held piece in a protruding mode; the elastic element is a compression spring and is sleeved on the abutting part and the hand-held piece, the first end of the elastic element abuts against the abutting ring flange of the abutting part, and the second end abuts against the hand-held ring flange of the hand-held piece.

Preferably, the tooth-picking aid comprises a covering part, which is formed on the abutting part and protrudes towards the hand piece, and is located on the top side of the hand piece, and the hand piece can move relative to the covering part; the end of the covering part is provided with a covering ring flange in a protruding mode, and the second end of the elastic element selectively abuts against the covering ring flange; the channel is concavely formed at the bottom side of the covering part and is formed between the bottom side of the covering part and the hand piece; the elastic element is sleeved on the covering part.

Preferably, the auxiliary appliance for picking teeth further comprises a sleeve, which is sleeved on the abutting part, the elastic element and the hand-held piece, and the channel penetrates through the sleeve; wherein one end of the hand piece is positioned outside the sleeve, and the hand piece can move relative to the sleeve.

Preferably, the auxiliary device for picking teeth, wherein the sleeve has a front end and a rear end, the abutting portion is located at the front end and abuts against the teeth and the gums through the front end; the rear end is inwards protruded to form a stopping part, and the hand-held piece selectively abuts against the stopping part backwards.

The invention has the advantages that when in use, the interdental brush (or the toothpick) is arranged in the channel of the body in a penetrating way, and the two fingers of a user simultaneously clamp the interdental brush and the handheld part of the body, and the abutting part at the other end of the body abuts against teeth or gum and is aligned to the teeth gap to be cleaned; then, the interdental brush and the hand-held part are pushed towards the interdental space, so that the elastic part is compressed and deformed, the interdental brush can further extend out of the abutting part and extend into the interdental space, then the hand-held part is pushed back by the elasticity of the elastic part, so that the two fingers of the user and the interdental brush return to the original position backwards, and then the actions are repeated repeatedly, and the interdental brush can clean the interdental space in the reciprocating movement process; in the process, the distance for compressing the elastic part to the bottom is approximately fixed, so that the distance for moving the interdental brush every time is the same, and the impact and the injury to the gum caused by different distances are avoided; the hand-held part and the interdental brush are pushed back by the elastic recovery of the elastic part, so that a user does not need to manually pull back the interdental brush but only needs to push the interdental brush in a unidirectional and forceful way, thereby increasing the speed of the back-and-forth movement of the interdental brush and facilitating the operation. Finally, when the toothbrush is used, the user leans against teeth or gum through the leaning part to enable the interdental brush to do back-and-forth linear motion along the channel, and the toothbrush is not only in a hand-held mode to return a certain angle error during brushing, so that the interdental brush can be ensured to move linearly without deflection, and further the front end of the interdental brush is prevented from deforming.

Detailed Description

The technical means adopted by the invention to achieve the predetermined object of the invention are further described below with reference to the drawings and the preferred embodiments of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the auxiliary device for picking teeth of the present invention comprises a main body 10, an elastic element 20 and a cushion cover 30.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the main body 10 includes an abutting portion 11, an elastic portion 12, a hand-held portion 13, a covering portion 14 and a channel 15.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the first embodiment, the abutting portion 11 is a tube and is used for abutting against the teeth or the gums, but the shape of the abutting portion 11 is not limited to the tube and only needs to be used for abutting against the teeth or the gums.

Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 7, the elastic portion 12 is connected to the abutting portion 11 and the elastic portion 12 is elastic and can be compressed and deformed, that is, the elastic portion 12 can be made of a material having elasticity and can be compressed and deformed, such as rubber; or the elastic portion 12 may be formed to be compressed and deformed and have a resettable elasticity, for example, in the first embodiment, the elastic portion 12 is an arc-shaped plate protruding downward, and the arc shape can be selectively changed to enable the two ends to approach each other to achieve the effect of compression deformation, but the shape and material of the elastic portion 12 are not limited to the above, and only the elastic portion is required to be compressed and deformed to enable the two ends to approach each other and have an elasticity to reset.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the handle 13 is connected to the elastic portion 12, and the elastic portion 12 is located between the abutting portion 11 and the handle 13, that is, the abutting portion 11, the elastic portion 12 and the handle 13 are arranged in a straight line, and the handle 13 can move relative to the abutting portion 11 by the deformation of the elastic portion 12, specifically, in the first embodiment, the elastic portion 12 changes the radian to make the handle 13 and the abutting portion 11 approach each other. In addition, in the first embodiment, the handheld portion 13 is a long object with a U-shaped cross section and one end of the long object is connected to the elastic portion 12, and the cross section is perpendicular to the extending direction of the long object, that is, the handheld portion 13 is a long object, and a concave groove parallel to the extending direction of the long object is formed on the top side of the handheld portion 13, that is, the top side of the handheld portion 13 is an open space rather than a closed space, but the shape of the handheld portion 13 is not limited to the above, and may be a tube.

The channel 15 is formed through the body 10 and extends to the abutting portion 11, the handheld portion 13 and the covering portion 14. Specifically, the abutting portion 11, the elastic portion 12 and the handle portion 13 of the body 10 are arranged in a straight line, and the channel 15 is through the three, and since the covering portion 14 is located on the top side of the elastic portion 12 and the handle portion 13, the channel 15 is also formed between the bottom side of the covering portion 14 and the handle portion 13, and between the covering portion 14 and the elastic portion 12; however, due to the shape and structure of the elastic portion 12, the handle portion 13 and the covering portion 14 in the first embodiment, the channel 15 does not substantially penetrate through the elastic portion 12, the handle portion 13 and the covering portion 14, for example, in the first embodiment, the channel 15 is concavely formed on the top side of the handle portion 13, that is, the channel 15 is the groove that makes the cross section of the handle portion 13 to be U-shaped, and the channel 15 is concavely formed on the bottom side of the covering portion 14, so that the bottom side of the covering portion 14 appears to be formed with a groove; whereas the resilient portion 12 is in the first embodiment a downwardly projecting arc-shaped plate, the passage 15 only passes above the resilient portion 12. Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the hand-held portion 13 and the elastic portion 12 are located on the same side of the passage 15, so the passage 15 passes through the top side of the hand-held portion 13 and above the elastic portion 12; the elastic portion 12, which is an arc-shaped plate in the first embodiment, protrudes in a direction toward the other side of the channel 15, that is, downward, so as to avoid interference with the channel 15; however, the relationship between the channel 15 and the abutting portion 11, the elastic portion 12, the handle portion 13 and the covering portion 14 is not limited to the above, and only needs to be formed through the body 10 and extend to the abutting portion 11 and the handle portion 13.

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, the elastic element 20 is disposed on the elastic portion 12 and abuts against between the handle portion 13 and the abutting portion 11. Specifically, in the first embodiment, the bottom sides of the abutting portion 11 and the handheld portion 13 respectively protrude an abutting block 111, 131, the abutting blocks 111, 131 are adjacent to the elastic portion 12, the bottom surface of the elastic portion 12 is concavely provided with two long grooves 121, the elastic element 20 includes two curved portions 21 and a connecting portion 22, the connecting portion 22 connects the two curved portions 21, and the two curved portions 21 are arc-shaped rods and have the same radian as the elastic portion 12, and in the first embodiment, the connecting portion 22 abuts against the abutting block 111 of the abutting portion 11, and the other ends of the two curved portions 21 bend and extend toward each other and abut against the abutting block 131 of the handheld portion 13, but not limited thereto, the connecting portion 22 may abut against the handheld portion 13, and the other end of the curved portion 21 may abut against the abutting portion 11; however, the structure of the elastic element 20 is not limited to this, and two connecting portions 22 may connect two ends of the two bending portions 21 at the same time, or in other embodiments of the elastic portion 12, the elastic element 20 may change its shape or position according to the shape of the elastic portion 12, and the elastic element 20 only needs to be disposed on the elastic portion 12 and abut against the holding portion 13 and the abutting portion 11, and elastically apply a pushing force to both of them at the same time; in addition, in other embodiments, the elastic element 20 may be omitted, and the elastic force may be provided only through the elastic portion 12.

The cushion sheath 30 is sleeved on the abutting portion 11 of the body 10, and a through hole 31 is formed through the cushion sheath 30 and is communicated with the channel 15 of the body 10, so that the abutting portion 11 abuts against the tooth or the gum indirectly via the cushion sheath 30, but not limited thereto, the abutting portion 11 may abut against the tooth or the gum directly without the cushion sheath 30.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the first embodiment of the present invention is used, the toothpick device 40 is installed in the channel 15, which is an example of an interdental brush, but not limited thereto, and can also be a toothpick device; then the user's fingers hold the pick device 40 and the hand-held portion 13 of the body 10 at the same time, and make the cushion sheath 30 abut against the gum or teeth and aim at the teeth gap to be cleaned, then push the hand-held portion 13 towards the teeth gap to make the elastic portion 12 and the elastic element 20 compress and deform and further make the pick device 40 protrude out of the abutting portion 11 and extend into the teeth gap, then reset by the elasticity of the elastic portion 12 and the elastic element 20, then repeatedly push the hand-held portion 13 to achieve the efficacy of cleaning the teeth gap.

In the above process, since the distance for compressing the elastic portion 12 to the bottom is substantially constant, the distance for each movement of the pick 40 is the same, thereby avoiding the gum from being hit and damaged due to the different distances; the elastic recovery of the elastic part 12 and the elastic element 20 pushes the hand-held part 13 and the tooth-picking tool 40 back, so that the user does not need to manually pull back the tooth-picking tool 40 and only needs to push the tooth-picking tool with one-way force, thereby increasing the back-and-forth movement speed of the tooth-picking tool 40 and facilitating the operation; moreover, the buffering effect can be achieved by further arranging the buffering sleeve 30 so as to further avoid injuring the gum; finally, the pick tool 40 moves back and forth along the channel 15 of the body 10, so that the channel 15 can ensure that the pick tool 40 moves linearly without deflection, thereby preventing the front end of the pick tool 40 from deforming.

In addition, in other embodiments, the body may have other structures, for example, the abutting portion, the elastic portion and the hand-held portion are all in a circular tube shape, that is, the whole body is a tube body, and the channel directly penetrates through the abutting portion, the elastic portion and the hand-held portion, wherein the elastic portion may be an elastic material that can be squeezed to deform, or an outwardly protruding arc-shaped plate body that surrounds a whole circle (the outer diameter of the whole elastic portion will become larger after being squeezed), and so on, so as to achieve the aforementioned effects of stabilizing the moving distance, increasing the moving speed, avoiding damage to the gum and avoiding deformation of the tooth picking tool.

For example, referring to fig. 8 to 11, the auxiliary device for picking teeth in the second embodiment of the present invention comprises a main body 10A, an elastic element 20A, a hand-held piece 30A, a channel 40A and a sleeve 50A.

The body 10A comprises a supporting portion 11A for supporting teeth or gums and a covering portion 12A; an abutting ring flange 111A is formed on the surface of the abutting part 11A in a protruding mode; the covering portion 12A protrudes toward the hand piece 30A and is formed on the abutting portion 11A, and the end of the covering portion 12A protrudes and is formed with a covering ring flange 121A, but not limited thereto, and the covering portion 12A may be omitted.

The elastic element 20A has a first end 21A and a second end 22A, the first end 21A is connected to the abutting portion 11A and the second end 22A is connected to the hand piece 30A, and the elastic element 20A can be compressed and deformed to make the first end 21A and the second end 22A approach each other; specifically, in the second embodiment, the elastic element 20A is a compression spring and is sleeved on the abutting portion 11A, the covering portion 12A and the hand piece 30A, the first end 21A abuts against the abutting ring flange 111A of the abutting portion 11A, and the second end 22A selectively abuts against the covering ring flange 121A, but not limited thereto, the elastic element 20A may not be a compression spring, and is not necessarily sleeved on the abutting portion 11A and the hand piece 30A, and is not necessarily abutted against the abutting ring flange 111A and the covering ring flange 121A but may abut against other portions.

The hand piece 30A is connected to the second end 22A of the elastic element 20A and can move relative to the abutting part 11A by the compression deformation of the elastic element 20A; specifically, in the second embodiment, the elastic element 20A is sleeved on the hand piece 30A, and a hand ring flange 31A is formed on the surface of the hand piece 30A in a protruding manner; the second end 22A of the elastic element 20A abuts against the hand-held ring flange 31A of the hand-held piece 30A, but not limited thereto, the elastic element 20A does not necessarily need to be sleeved on the hand-held piece 30A, and the hand-held piece 30A may not have the hand-held ring flange 31A but may have an end abutting against the second end 22A of the elastic element 20A. In addition, the covering part 12A is located on the top side of the hand piece 30A in the second embodiment, and the hand piece 30A is movable relative to the covering part 12A.

The passage 40A penetrates the abutting portion 11A of the body 10A, the elastic element 20A and the hand piece 30A. Specifically, the channel 40A is formed recessed in the bottom side of the cover 12A and formed between the bottom side of the cover 12A and the hand piece 30A; the channel 40A is also formed on the top side of the hand piece 30A in a recessed manner, so that the hand piece 30A forms a long-strip-shaped object with a U-shaped cross section, but not limited thereto, the channel 40A may be only located on the top side of the hand piece 30A, so that the channel 40A only penetrates through the abutting portion 11A of the body 10A and the elastic element 20A.

The sleeve 50A is sleeved on the abutting part 11A, the elastic element 20A and the hand piece 30A, and the channel 40A penetrates through the sleeve 50A; wherein one end of the hand piece 30A is located outside the sleeve 50A and the hand piece 30A is movable relative to the sleeve 50A. Further, the sleeve 50A has a front end 51A and a rear end 52A, the abutting portion 11A is located at the front end 51A and abuts against the teeth and gums through the front end 51A; the rear end 52A protrudes inward to form a stop 521A, and the hand piece 30A selectively abuts backward against the stop 521A to prevent the hand piece 30A from directly separating backward from the sleeve 50A, but not limited thereto, the sleeve 50A may have no stop 521A.

Although the second embodiment of the present invention does not have the elastic portion of the first embodiment, the second embodiment can achieve the same effects as the first embodiment by using the independent elastic element 20A.
