Background

The specific technical scheme of the invention is described by combining the embodiment.

The intelligent tooth brushing system based on voice interaction comprises a circuit in the toothbrush and an interaction device circuit;

Design description of each circuit module:

(1) master control chip

The number of the main control chips is two, namely a main control chip I in the toothbrush and a main control chip II in the interaction device. Wherein:

The actions performed are: the LED of the tooth and the LED of the trolley are lightened, the enabling coil is electrified, and a motor of the trolley and a motor of a cleaning guard are controlled to rotate.

(2) Triaxial acceleration module

The three-axis acceleration module is used for detecting posture change of a child when the child holds the toothbrush, and finishing judgment on whether the toothbrush is put into an oral cavity or not with the light sensing module. The MPU6050 is selected for the triaxial acceleration module, can accurately track fast and slow motion, and is an integrated six-axis motion processing assembly, so that compared with a multi-assembly scheme, the problem of time axis difference between a combined gyroscope and an accelerator is solved, and the size is reduced. The MPU6050 uses SPI communication with the processor, so support of the underlying SPI library driver is required, and the communication process mainly includes: the MPU6050 initializes the gyroscope and the accelerometer, reads a gyroscope value, reads an acceleration count value, reads a data process, and the like. The MPU6050 needs to initialize, and first configures a corresponding SPI interface, and sets a proper communication rate; then, device detection is carried out by reading the ID of the device, if the ID of the reading device is 0x68, the communication of the device is normal, and if not, the communication is failed or the device is not available; resetting the device after detecting the device ID, and preparing for configuring the working mode of the MPU 6050; the configuration of the MPU6050 operation mode includes the configuration of the gyroscope, the accelerometer output range, and the enabling data interrupt output.

(3) Bluetooth module

The Bluetooth module is used for receiving data, and a PW-01 Bluetooth module is selected, is an integrated master-slave machine, and is a Bluetooth transparent transmission module with serial port data transparent transmission and ultra-low power consumption. The module is based on the Bluetooth 4.0 protocol standard and adopts a Texas instruments TI CC2541 chip in the United states as a core processor. PW-01 has a powerful and comprehensive AT command set, covering almost all scenarios in bluetooth applications. The output end is directly connected with the main control chip, and the high and low levels are detected through the main control chip, so that the change of the light brightness of the environment is detected.

(5) Coil

The coil is responsible for interacting with the magnet to open or close the wicket under the teeth in the device. The coil is electrified to form a magnetic field, the small door is sucked upwards, and the small door is opened. When the brushing coil is powered off, the small door is closed because of no magnetic force.

(6) Motor and driving chip thereof

The motors are divided into two groups:

the trolley motor is used for sending out a cleaning guard to the side of the teeth. And the cleaning guard is sent to the toothpaste car when the tooth brushing is finished;

the cleaning guard motor is used for driving a cleaning tool in a cleaning guard hand to swing, and cleaning indication on the outer side, the inner side and the occlusal surface of teeth is realized through back-and-forth swinging in three directions.

The motor driving chip is required for driving the motor to work. The driving chip selects L298N, which can realize smooth speed regulation through PWM pulse width, positive and negative rotation, and has overvoltage and overcurrent protection. It is a high-voltage and large-current motor driving chip.

(7) Clock chip

The clock chip mainly provides accurate time for the main control chip. The reason for choosing a dedicated clock chip without a master chip's own timer: when a user wants to set a longer interval period, the main control chip cannot be realized. The DS1302 of the DALLAS company is selected, is a high-performance and low-power-consumption real-time clock circuit with a RAM, can time the year, month, day, week, hour, minute and second, and has multiple functions of leap year compensation and the like. And a three-wire interface is adopted to carry out synchronous communication with a main control chip, namely SCLK, I/O and RST.

(8) Lithium battery

The lithium cell has contained charging circuit, and the input is the MiniUSB mouth, chooses for use the 3.7V lithium cell. The input end is a MiniUSB port.
