Background

In department of stomatology, a needle is a common medical consumable, and the needle is used for repairing teeth and drilling holes. In order to avoid cross infection, the used needles should be cleaned and sterilized, and one person should be ensured for one needle when in use. When the needles are stored and taken out, the needles are not contacted with each other. In the prior art, when the needle is stored, the needle is placed in the needle box, and when the needle is taken, the box cover is directly opened to take the needle. In this way, the cross infection of the needle is easily caused in the taking process of the needle.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a device for storing and taking needles in department of stomatology, which is used for facilitating taking and storing of the needles and avoiding cross infection among the needles.

As shown in fig. 1 to 17, the present invention mainly includes a box body 1, a box cover 11, a partition plate 2, a taking mechanism and a wall hanging box 6, and the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the box body 1 is a cylindrical hollow structure, the top of the box body is open, and the box body is a plastic part, an aluminum part or a stainless steel part. A bearing 15 is fixed in the mounting groove, the lower part of the upright post is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the bearing, so that the upright post is rotatably connected with the box body, and a gear ring 31 is fixed at the lower part of the upright post. A motor 17 is fixed in the mounting groove, a gear 16 is fixed at the output end of the motor, and the gear is meshed with the gear ring. The stand column can be driven to rotate in the horizontal plane under the driving of the motor, and the motor, the gear and the gear ring form a rotating unit.

The bottom of the second end of the picking rod is provided with a blind hole 44, a clamping unit is arranged in the blind hole, as shown in fig. 10 and 14, the clamping mechanism comprises a plurality of picking needles 45 arranged in the blind hole and a second spring 46 arranged between the picking needles and the bottom of the blind hole, the picking needles surround into a column shape, the picking needles are circular, and the picking needles are located on a plurality of concentrically arranged circumferences. The pick-up needle has magnetism after being electrified and can adsorb the sewing needle. As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the working end of the needle may extend between the pickers, as shown in fig. 14, where the pickers in contact with the needle are compressed and further compress the second spring. The picking needle can also be a rubber part, the first end of the picking needle is fixedly bonded with the bottom of the blind hole, the picking needle moves to one side of the machine needle during use until the machine needle is inserted between the picking needles, and the machine needle is clamped by the aid of the extrusion force of the picking needle. No matter what kind of shape's car needle, owing to the structure of picking up the needle and the setting of mounting means can both realize dodging and the contact to the car needle, and then can hold the car needle through magnetism after the pick up needle circular telegram.

A belt conveyor is provided below the strip-shaped hole, and as shown in fig. 11, the belt conveyor includes a pair of conveying wheels 5 and a conveying belt 51 disposed between the two conveying wheels, and the two conveying wheels are disposed one above the other so that the conveying belt is in an inclined state. A controller is arranged in the box body and used for controlling the action of the motor and the winding machine, the electromagnet and the pick-up needle are both positioned in a current loop, and the on-off of the current loop is controlled by the controller.

The method of use of the invention is described below:
