1. A portable biological safety cabinet for teaching comprises a main body and a supporting device, wherein,

the safety cabinet main body comprises a box body and a front cover plate, and can define a sealed inner space; a positive pressure box is arranged in the inner space, and a positive pressure chamber and a clean area are divided in the inner space;

the supporting device comprises a plurality of supporting parts, and the portable teaching biological safety cabinet can be placed on a mounting plane;

each of the supporting parts comprises a pivoting part connected with the lower surface of the box body and a rod-shaped part used for being in contact with the installation plane; the pivoting part is provided with a pivoting shaft which is basically parallel to the lower surface of the box body; the rod-shaped portion is connected to the pivot portion so as to be rotatable about the pivot axis, and has a first position and a second position in a stable state during rotation.

2. The portable educational biosafety cabinet of claim 1, wherein at least a portion of the front cover plate is made of a transparent material, the positive pressure tank being viewable through the portion of the front cover plate made of a transparent material.

The portable educational biosafety cabinet according to claim 2, wherein at least a portion of at least one surface of the positive pressure tank is made of a transparent material, thereby enabling the working conditions inside the positive pressure tank to be observed through the portion of the front cover plate made of a transparent material.

4. The portable educational biosafety cabinet of claim 3, wherein the safety cabinet body further comprises an upper filter, a lower filter and a wind pillow disposed in the interior space, thereby enabling drawing of colored aerosols into the positive pressure tank.

5. The portable educational biosafety cabinet of claim 1 or 2, wherein the portable educational biosafety cabinet has a first height suitable for educational demonstration when the shaft of the support member is in the first position;

when the rod-shaped part of the supporting part is in the second position, the portable teaching biological safety cabinet has a second height suitable for carrying.

The portable educational biosafety cabinet of claim 5, wherein the pivot axis is substantially parallel to a lower surface of the case; when the rod-shaped part is in the first position, the rod-shaped part is basically vertical to the lower surface of the box body; when the rod-shaped part is in the second position, the rod-shaped part is basically parallel to the lower surface of the box body.

7. The portable educational biosafety cabinet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the case further comprises a top press plate switchable from a fastened state to an unfastened state, thereby switching the portable educational biosafety cabinet from a sealed state to a sealed disabled state.

9. A method of using the portable educational biosafety cabinet according to any of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:

s1.1, adjusting a supporting device of a portable teaching biological safety cabinet to enable a supporting part of the supporting device to be at a first position, so that the portable teaching biological safety cabinet has a first height suitable for teaching demonstration and is placed on an installation plane;

s1.2, opening a front cover plate of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet, and starting a fan to enable air in the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to flow according to a preset air flow model;

and S1.3, enabling the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to suck colored aerosol, and observing the trend of an airflow model of the colored aerosol through a transparent front cover plate.

10. The method of claim 9, further comprising the step of demonstrating a safety cabinet seal failure or demonstrating a filter failure;

the step of demonstrating the sealing failure phenomenon of the safety cabinet comprises the following steps: opening a top pressing plate of a box body of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet, and switching the top pressing plate from a fastening state to a loosening state, so that the portable teaching biological safety cabinet is switched from a sealing state to a sealing failure state;

the step of demonstrating filter failure comprises: the sealing state of a pressure guide pipe sealing device of the positive pressure chamber is switched to the opening state, so that the colored aerosol in the positive pressure chamber can be sprayed out to a clean area through the pressure guide pipe, and the filter effective state of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet is switched to the filter failure state.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a biological safety cabinet for teaching demonstration, in particular to a portable and movable biological safety cabinet for teaching, belonging to the technical field of biological safety cabinets.

Background

Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs) are designed to protect personnel, laboratory environments, and external natural environments, experimental samples, from exposure to aerosols and spilled materials that may be generated during handling, and are designed to be infectious during handling or testing. In the case of operating liquids or semifluids, such as: it is possible to generate infectious aerosols by shaking, stirring, pouring, or dropping a liquid onto a solid surface of a container or another liquid. The reason is that aerosol with the diameter less than 5 μm and tiny liquid drops with the diameter of 5-100 μm cannot be seen by naked eyes, so laboratory workers usually cannot observe the generation of particles with the size, and other materials on a worktable surface can be possibly inhaled in the experiment in a cross contamination mode. The WHO published laboratory biological safety manual specifies that: the biological safety cabinet can effectively reduce laboratory infection and culture cross contamination caused by aerosol exposure, and can protect the working environment at the same time.

The negative pressure airflow sucked inwards from the front opening area of the II-level biological safety cabinet is used for protecting the safety of personnel, the vertical airflow passing through the high-efficiency filter is used for protecting the safety of a tested sample, and the exhausted airflow is filtered by the high-efficiency filter to protect the environment from being polluted. The discharged air flow of the A2 type safety cabinet is efficiently filtered and then discharged back to the indoor, and the A2 type safety cabinet is a common biological safety cabinet.

With the emphasis of the country on the work of biological safety, institutions such as biological medicine and hospitals begin to use a large number of biological safety cabinets to ensure the safety of people, environment and samples, but many users do not know the safety cabinets in place and cannot use the safety cabinets. In order to better popularize the related knowledge of the safety cabinet and teach the use method of the safety cabinet, a portable biological safety cabinet specially used for teaching is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a biological safety cabinet which is convenient to carry and suitable for II-grade A2 type safety cabinet airflow model demonstration, safety cabinet sealing failure demonstration, safety cabinet principle demonstration, filter failure demonstration and the like.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows.

The invention provides a portable teaching biology safety cabinet in a first aspect, which comprises a safety cabinet main body and a supporting device, wherein,

the safety cabinet main body comprises a box body and a front cover plate, and can define a sealed inner space; a positive pressure box is arranged in the inner space, and a positive pressure chamber and a clean area are divided in the inner space;

the supporting device comprises a plurality of supporting parts, and the portable teaching biological safety cabinet can be placed on a mounting plane;

each of the supporting parts comprises a pivoting part connected with the lower surface of the box body and a rod-shaped part used for being in contact with the installation plane; the pivoting part is provided with a pivoting shaft which is basically parallel to the lower surface of the box body; the rod-shaped portion is connected to the pivot portion so as to be rotatable about the pivot axis, and has a first position and a second position in a stable state during rotation.

Preferably, at least a portion of the front cover plate is made of a transparent material.

Preferably, the safety cabinet main body further includes a positive pressure tank disposed in the inner space, and the positive pressure tank is observable through the portion made of the transparent material of the front cover plate.

Preferably, at least a portion of at least one surface of the positive pressure tank is made of a transparent material, so that the working condition inside the positive pressure tank can be observed through the portion made of the transparent material of the front cover plate.

Preferably, the safety cabinet main body further includes an upper filter, a lower filter and a wind pillow provided in the inner space, so that the colored aerosol can be sucked into the positive pressure tank.

Preferably, the transparent material comprises acrylic.

Preferably, the portable educational biosafety cabinet has a first height suitable for educational demonstration when the shaft of the support member is in the first position; when the rod-shaped part of the supporting part is in the second position, the portable teaching biological safety cabinet has a second height suitable for carrying.

Preferably, the pivot axis is substantially parallel to a lower surface of the case; when the rod-shaped part is in the first position, the rod-shaped part is basically vertical to the lower surface of the box body; when the rod-shaped part is in the second position, the rod-shaped part is basically parallel to the lower surface of the box body.

Preferably, the box body further comprises a top pressing plate, and the top pressing plate can be switched from a fastening state to a loosening state, so that the portable teaching biological safety cabinet is switched from a sealing state to a sealing failure state.

Preferably, the safety cabinet main body further comprises a pressure guide pipe and a pressure guide pipe sealing device; the pressure guide pipe is embedded in the positive pressure chamber, and an outlet of the pressure guide pipe is arranged in a clean area; the pressure pipe sealing device is operable to seal the pressure pipe such that smoke within the positive pressure chamber can be ejected through the pressure pipe to a clean zone when the pressure pipe sealing device is opened.

The invention provides a method for using the portable teaching biological safety cabinet according to any one of the above technical schemes, which comprises the following steps:

step S1.1, adjusting a supporting device of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to enable a supporting part of the supporting device to be located at a first position, so that the portable teaching biological safety cabinet has a first height suitable for teaching demonstration and is placed on an installation plane.

And S1.2, opening a front cover plate of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet, and starting a fan to enable air in the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to flow according to a preset air flow model.

And S1.3, enabling the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to suck colored aerosol, and observing the trend of an airflow model of the colored aerosol through a transparent front cover plate.

Preferably, the method further comprises the step of demonstrating the failure phenomenon of the seal of the safety cabinet or the failure phenomenon of the filter;

the step of demonstrating the sealing failure phenomenon of the safety cabinet comprises the following steps: opening a top pressing plate of a box body of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet, and switching the top pressing plate from a fastening state to a loosening state, so that the portable teaching biological safety cabinet is switched from a sealing state to a sealing failure state;

the step of demonstrating filter failure comprises: the sealing state of a pressure guide pipe sealing device of the positive pressure chamber is switched to the opening state, so that the colored aerosol in the positive pressure chamber can be sprayed out to a clean area through the pressure guide pipe, and the filter effective state of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet is switched to the filter failure state.

The present invention has several advantages over conventional, normally available safety cabinets.

1. The invention has small overall dimension (W X D H:440X360X500), and is convenient and quick to carry through the flight box. The biological safety experts and the professors can carry the equipment to carry out teaching all over the country conveniently.

2. The positive pressure box and the front cover plate are made of transparent acrylic materials, colored aerosol such as colored smoke and the like is sucked into the positive pressure box and the front cover plate, and the trend of an airflow model of the colored aerosol can be conveniently observed through the transparent front cover plate.

3. The invention can display the safety cabinet airflow model, the safety cabinet sealing failure demonstration, the safety cabinet principle demonstration, the filter failure demonstration and the like.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a portable biological safety cabinet for teaching comprises a main body and a supporting device.

The safety cabinet main body comprises a box body and a front cover plate, and can define a sealed inner space; the supporting device comprises a plurality of supporting parts, and the portable biological safety teaching cabinet can be placed on a mounting plane.

Each of the supporting parts comprises a pivoting part connected with the lower surface of the box body and a rod-shaped part used for being in contact with the installation plane; the pivoting part is provided with a pivoting shaft which is basically parallel to the lower surface of the box body; the rod-shaped portion is connected to the pivot portion so as to be rotatable about the pivot axis, and has a first position and a second position in a stable state during rotation.

In a preferred embodiment, at least a portion of the front cover is made of a transparent material.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that most other components of the portable educational biosafety cabinet of the present invention can be made of the same materials as existing biosafety cabinets. In an optional implementation mode, the inner container, the workbench and the hand placing frame of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet are made of stainless steel materials.

In a preferred embodiment, the safety cabinet main body further includes a positive pressure tank disposed in the inner space, and the positive pressure tank is viewable through the portion made of the transparent material of the front cover plate.

In a preferred embodiment, at least a portion of at least one surface of the positive pressure tank is made of a transparent material, so that the working condition inside the positive pressure tank can be observed through the portion made of the transparent material of the front cover plate.

In a preferred embodiment, the safety cabinet main body further comprises an upper filter, a lower filter and a wind pillow which are arranged in the inner space, so that the colored aerosol can be sucked into the positive pressure tank. By sucking colored aerosol such as colored smoke and the like into the invention, the trend of the airflow model of the colored aerosol can be conveniently observed through the transparent front cover plate.

In a more preferred embodiment, the upper filter and/or the lower filter is/are a high efficiency PTFE filter. In another more preferred embodiment, the upper filter and/or the lower filter are detachably mounted to the safety cabinet main body

In a preferred embodiment, the transparent material may be acrylic, or any other suitable material known in the art.

In a preferred embodiment, the portable educational biosafety cabinet has a first height suitable for educational demonstrations when the shaft of the support member is in the first position. When the rod-shaped part of the supporting part is in the second position, the portable teaching biological safety cabinet has a second height suitable for carrying.

In order to make the portable educational biosafety cabinet of the present invention more portable, in a preferred embodiment, the portable educational biosafety cabinet of the present invention is sized smaller than standard laboratory equipment. In a more preferred embodiment, the portable educational biosafety cabinet of the present invention has a body sized to be 440mm long by 360mm wide by 500mm high.

In a preferred embodiment, the pivot axis is substantially parallel to the lower surface of the box; when the rod-shaped part is in the first position, the rod-shaped part is basically vertical to the lower surface of the box body; when the rod-shaped part is in the second position, the rod-shaped part is basically parallel to the lower surface of the box body.

In a preferred embodiment, the box body further comprises a top pressing plate, and the top pressing plate can be switched from a fastening state to a loosening state, so that the portable teaching biological safety cabinet is switched from a sealing state to a sealing failure state.

In a preferred embodiment, the box body further comprises a pressure guide pipe and a pressure guide pipe sealing device; the pressure guide pipe is embedded in the positive pressure chamber, and an outlet of the pressure guide pipe is arranged in a clean area; the pressure guide pipe sealing device can be switched to an open state from a sealing state, so that when the pressure guide pipe sealing device is opened, aerosol with colors in the positive pressure chamber can be sprayed out to a clean area through the pressure guide pipe, and the portable biological teaching safety cabinet is switched to a filter failure state from a filter effective state.

The method for demonstrating the principle of the safety cabinet by using the portable teaching biological safety cabinet is as follows.

Step S1.1, adjusting a supporting device of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to enable a supporting part of the supporting device to be located at a first position, so that the portable teaching biological safety cabinet has a first height suitable for teaching demonstration and is placed on an installation plane.

And S1.2, opening a front cover plate of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet, and starting a fan to enable air in the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to flow according to a preset air flow model.

And S1.3, enabling the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to suck colored aerosol, and observing the trend of an airflow model of the colored aerosol through a transparent front cover plate.

The method for demonstrating the sealing failure phenomenon of the safety cabinet by using the portable teaching biological safety cabinet is as follows.

And S2.1, adjusting a supporting device of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to enable a supporting part of the supporting device to be at a first position, so that the portable teaching biological safety cabinet has a first height suitable for teaching demonstration and is placed on an installation plane.

And S2.2, opening a front cover plate of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet, and starting a fan to enable air in the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to flow according to a preset air flow model.

And S2.3, enabling the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to suck colored aerosol, and observing the trend of an airflow model of the colored aerosol through a transparent front cover plate.

And S2.4, opening a top pressing plate of the box body of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet, and switching the top pressing plate from a fastening state to a loosening state, so that the portable teaching biological safety cabinet is switched from a sealing state to a sealing failure state.

The method for demonstrating the failure phenomenon of the filter by using the portable teaching biological safety cabinet is as follows.

And S3.1, adjusting a supporting device of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to enable a supporting part of the supporting device to be at a first position, so that the portable teaching biological safety cabinet has a first height suitable for teaching demonstration and is placed on the installation plane.

And S3.2, opening a front cover plate of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet, and starting a fan to enable air in the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to flow according to a preset air flow model.

And S3.3, enabling the portable teaching biological safety cabinet to suck colored aerosol, and observing the trend of an airflow model of the colored aerosol through a transparent front cover plate.

And S3.4, switching a pressure pipe sealing device of the positive pressure chamber from a sealing state to an opening state, so that the colored aerosol in the positive pressure chamber can be sprayed out to a clean area through the pressure pipe, and switching the filter effective state of the portable biological teaching safety cabinet to a filter failure state.

The method for demonstrating the replacement of the filter by using the portable teaching biological safety cabinet is as follows.

And S4.1, detaching the compression bolts at the top of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet.

And S4.2, detaching the front cover plate of the portable teaching biological safety cabinet.

And S4.3, detaching and replacing the upper filter and the lower filter arranged in the safety cabinet main body.

The invention can conveniently demonstrate the airflow model of the II-level A2 type safety cabinet, can demonstrate the principle of the safety cabinet, and can conveniently demonstrate how to change the filter. The invention can conveniently demonstrate the sealing failure phenomenon of the safety cabinet by loosening the top pressing plate. The supporting legs are foldable, and the supporting legs can be folded when not in use.
