The invention has the following beneficial effects:

the invention uses the bottom lifting component, the protective frame and the punching point component in a combined way to punch points on the peripheral surface of the dumbbell, the air hammer impacts the hammering connecting component to drive the first punching needle and the second punching needle which are arranged downwards of the whole punching needle component to punch points on the two ends and the middle connecting rod of the dumbbell respectively, the dumbbell is driven to automatically rotate in the punching point process, the punching needle component returns to the original position under the action of the spring group after the air hammer rises so as to punch holes continuously, the integral structure is reasonable and simple, the use is convenient and reliable, and the punched holes are convenient for the subsequent adhesive bonding to be stable.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

The punching needle assembly 6 comprises a plurality of first punching needles 9 arranged at two ends for punching two ends of a dumbbell 11 and a second punching needle 10 arranged in the middle for punching a rod of the dumbbell 11; the first punching pin 9 has the same structural characteristics as the second punching pin 10.

One specific application of this embodiment is: when the dumbbell punching machine is used, the bottom lifting assembly 1 and the protective frame 2 are opened as shown in fig. 2, a dumbbell 11 is placed in the dumbbell punching machine, then rapid connection is carried out through the rapid hasps 4 as shown in fig. 1, the dumbbell is placed on a reciprocating air hammer workbench to be fixed, the air hammer impacts the hammering connecting assembly 8 to drive the whole punching needle assembly 6 to downwards punch a first punching needle 9 and a second punching needle 10 respectively to punch two ends and a middle connecting rod of the dumbbell 11, the non-axial punching point is driven to automatically rotate in the punching process, the punching needle assembly 6 is restored to the original position under the action of the spring group 7 after the air hammer is lifted, the spring group 7 is compressed when the punching needle assembly 6 is pressed, the spring group 7 rebounds to rebound rapidly restore the punching needle assembly 6 to the original position after the pressure is separated from the upper end of the punching needle assembly 6, continuous punching is carried out, the next dumbbell 11 can be removed and replaced after the bottom lifting assembly 1 and the protective frame 2 are opened as shown in fig. 2 after punching is finished, the whole structure is reasonable and simple, and the use is convenient and reliable.
