The invention provides an automatic labeling machine with a manipulator, which comprises a labeling device, a control device and a detection device, wherein the control device is connected with the labeling device; the labeling device comprises a spider-shaped manipulator, a fixed support, a rotating support, a swinging mechanism and a label taking mechanism, wherein the fixed support is mounted at the lower end of a rotating shaft of the spider-shaped manipulator, the rotating support is rotatably mounted at the lower end of the fixed support, the swinging mechanism is connected with the rotating support, and the label taking mechanism is mounted on the rotating support;
