An embroidering apparatus for manual embroidering, comprising a support body (1); the support body (1) comprises two groups of vertical frames (11), two groups of transverse frames (12) and pedals (13) lapped between the two groups of vertical frames (11); characterized in that the embroidery device further comprises:

An embroidering apparatus for manual embroidery according to claim 1, wherein said magnetic sheet (44) and said magnetic layer (42) are magnetically attracted to each other; the clamping column (43) is movably connected with the corresponding load-bearing seat (3) through the slot (41), the magnet layer (42) and the magnetic sheet (44);

the bracket (45) is arranged back to the corresponding transverse frame (12), and the bracket (45) is positioned in front of the load-bearing seat (3); the two groups of brackets (45) are combined into a frame-shaped structure.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to an embroidering apparatus, and more particularly, to an embroidering apparatus for manual embroidering, and an embroidering process applied to the embroidering apparatus.

Background

The hand embroidery is based on the technique of silk brocade embroidery, and is combined with the brocade to carry out embroidery on the basis of the traditional needle laying, trocar, needle application and needle prop-up. The grid brocade technique integrates the advantages of the traditional techniques such as knitting, brocade and net embroidery, abandons the roughness of knitting needles, the rigid board of brocade and the formatting limitation of net embroidery, ensures that the embroidery face is lively and even and has clear mechanism, and has the need of development and research on the progress and development of the traditional technique. When the embroidery is performed manually, the embroidery processing of the embroidery is completed by an embroidery device.

However, when the current embroidery device cannot meet the requirements of different users for manual embroidery, the applicability of the device is poor, the disassembly of the embroidery frame is complex, so that the adjustment of the embroidery frame is inconvenient, the adaptation adjustment between the embroidery frame and the embroidery is not changed in the manual embroidery process, and the blindness of back embroidery of the embroidery exists during the manual embroidery, so that the accuracy of the manual embroidery is influenced.

An embroidery process, the operation of the embroidery process is as follows:

s2, selecting embroidery threads, and building basic lattices on the embroidery cloth by using threads in three different directions, namely horizontal, straight and oblique;

s3, adopting a buckling method to build patterns among the small unit cells on the basic cells;

and S4, manually embroidering the embroidery with patterns by adopting an embroidering method of grid, weave and embroidery.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the height adjusting structure formed by the vertical plate, the sleeve cavity and the piston block is adopted to change the embroidery operation height, so that the manual embroidery requirements of different users are met, and the applicability of the device is improved. The thread releasing structure formed by the T-shaped rod, the sliding sleeve and the blocking piece is adopted to provide the assembly and the positioning of the embroidery thread, so that the device integrates manual embroidery and embroidery thread traction, and the embroidery thread is conveniently used. The sliding sleeve is assembled on the T-shaped rod, one side of the sliding sleeve is limited by combining the separation blade, at the moment, the sliding sleeve can be paid off through rotation of the sliding sleeve on the T-shaped rod, and the sliding sleeve can be detached through detaching the separation blade, so that embroidery threads can be replaced or supplemented.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the present embodiment provides an embroidering apparatus for hand embroidering, which is used for support in hand embroidering. The embroidery device comprises a support body 1, a height adjusting structure 2 arranged on the corresponding support body 1, two groups of load-bearing seats 3, two groups of tabouret positioning components 4 movably arranged in the support body 1, a visual structure 5 and six groups of thread laying structures 6 fixedly arranged on the support body 1.

The support body 1 comprises two groups of vertical frames 11, two groups of transverse frames 12 and pedals 13 lapped between the two groups of vertical frames 11. The crossbearers 12 are H-shaped, and the two groups of crossbearers 12 are horizontally distributed. The lower surface of the pedal 13 is covered with a rubber pad, and the pedal 13 is located below the load seat 3. The included angle between the pedal 13 and the stand 11 is sixty degrees. The support body 1 combined by the vertical frame 11, the transverse frame 12 and the pedal 13 is used as a bearing structure of the device and provides operation support for hand embroidery. The two groups of load seats 3 are respectively welded at the positions of the two groups of cross frames 12 close to each other, and the two groups of load seats 3 are combined into a frame structure. The height adjusting structure 2 changes the embroidery operation height, meets the manual embroidery requirements of different users, and improves the applicability of the device. The cross frame 12 is positioned in the sleeve cavities 22 at different positions to be assembled with the vertical plate 21, and the piston block 23 is combined to reinforce the cross frame 12 and the vertical plate 21, so that the cross frame 12 can be vertically adjusted, and the manual embroidery requirements of different users are met by changing the embroidery operation height. The piston block 23 is filled between the cross frame 12 and the vertical plate 21, and the cross frame 12 is fixedly connected with the vertical frame 11 through the piston block 23 and the sleeve cavity 22.

In the embodiment, the height adjusting structure 2 composed of the vertical plate 21, the sleeve cavity 22 and the piston block 23 is adopted to change the embroidery operation height, so that the manual embroidery requirements of different users are met, and the applicability of the device is improved. The cross frame 12 is positioned in the sleeve cavities 22 at different positions to be assembled with the vertical plate 21, and the piston block 23 is combined to reinforce the cross frame 12 and the vertical plate 21, so that the cross frame 12 can be vertically adjusted, and the manual embroidery requirements of different users are met by changing the embroidery operation height.

The tabouret positioning assembly 4 comprises a slot 41 formed on the corresponding load-bearing seat 3, a magnet layer 42 fixedly mounted in the slot 41, a clamping column 43 arranged in the slot 41, a magnetic sheet 44 fixedly mounted at the position of the clamping column 43 facing the magnet layer 42, and a bracket 45 welded on the clamping column 43. Magnetic sheet 44 and magnet layer 42 are magnetically attracted to each other. The slot 41 positions the mounting position of the bracket 45 mounted by the clamping column 43 on the device, and is matched with the magnetic attraction between the magnet layer 42 and the magnetic sheet 44 for connection and fixation, so that the tabouret can be flexibly detached and is convenient and fast to adjust. The shaping hose 52 installed by the fixed block 51 realizes the installation of the sight glass 53 in the manual embroidery area, and the shape of the shaping hose 52 is adjusted by bending to change the placing height and angle of the sight glass 53, so that the condition of the back of the embroidery is better radiated on the mirror surface of the sight glass 53 for the observation of a user. The shaping hose 52 comprises a tube core and a plastic sleeve coated on the outer surface of the tube core; the tube core is made of carbon steel, iron wire or copper wire. The sight glass 53 is made of plate glass, and the sight glass 53 is positioned behind the load-bearing seat 3.

In the embodiment, the visual structure 5 consisting of the fixed block 51, the shaping hose 52 and the sight glass 53 is adopted to display the situation of the back of the embroidery in the process of manual embroidery, so that the blindness of embroidery on the back of the embroidery is reduced, and the accuracy of the manual embroidery is improved. The shaping hose 52 installed by the fixed block 51 realizes the installation of the sight glass 53 in the manual embroidery area, and the shape of the shaping hose 52 is adjusted by bending to change the placing height and angle of the sight glass 53, so that the condition of the back of the embroidery is better radiated on the mirror surface of the sight glass 53 for the observation of a user.

The paying-off structure 6 comprises a T-shaped rod 61 fixedly installed on the stand 11, a sliding sleeve 62 sleeved on the T-shaped rod 61 in a sliding mode, and a blocking piece 63 sleeved on one end of the T-shaped rod 61, which faces away from the stand 11, in a threaded mode. The sliding sleeve 62 is assembled on the T-shaped rod 61, and one side of the sliding sleeve 62 is limited by the baffle 63, at the moment, the thread can be paid out through the rotation of the sliding sleeve 62 on the T-shaped rod 61, and the sliding sleeve 62 can be detached by detaching the baffle 63, so that the embroidery thread can be replaced or supplemented. In summary, the embroidery device of the present embodiment has the following advantages compared to the current embroidery device: the embroidery device of this embodiment, the embroidery operating height is adjustable, satisfies different users' manual embroidery demands, improves the suitability of device, and the flexibility ratio of tabouret use is high, and is convenient to the adjustment of tabouret, can show the condition at the embroidery back in order to reduce the blindness nature of embroidering the embroidery back, improves the accuracy of manual embroidery.

Example 2

Referring to fig. 6, the present embodiment provides an embroidery process. The embroidery process is operated as follows:

s1, assembling the embroidery cloth on an embroidery device, wherein the embroidery device is the embroidery device for manual embroidery in the embodiment 1;

s2, selecting embroidery threads, and building basic lattices on the embroidery cloth by using threads in three different directions, namely horizontal, straight and oblique;

s3, adopting a buckling method to build patterns among the small unit cells on the basic cells;

and S4, manually embroidering the embroidery with patterns by adopting an embroidering method of grid, weave and embroidery.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
