In this embodiment, preferably, the rotating member includes a transmission gear 5.1, the transmission gear 5.1 is connected to the mounting cavity in the fixing seat 1.5 through a rotating shaft 5.2, a rack 4.3 is arranged on one side of the reference rod body 4, and the rack 4.3 is meshed with the transmission gear 5.1; the driving part comprises a driving shaft 5.5 and a driving unit 5.4, the driving unit 5.4 is positioned at the outer side of the fixed seat 1.5, the driving unit 5.4 can be a driving motor or a manual driving disk, the driving shaft 5.5 is connected in a sliding channel of the fixed seat 1.5 in a sliding manner, one end of the driving shaft 5.5, which is far away from the driving disk, is provided with a connecting sleeve 5.6, one end of a rotating shaft 5.2 is provided with a connecting ring 5.3, and the driving shaft 5.5 reciprocates along the sliding channel so that the connecting sleeve 5.6 and the connecting ring 5.3 can be mutually sleeved and connected or mutually separated; after the sliding adjustment stroke of the reference rod body 4 is finished, the driving shaft 5.5 can be manually pressed, so that the driving shaft 5.5 moves along the sliding channel to realize the mutual connection between the connecting sleeve 5.6 and the connecting ring 5.3, and after the use is finished, the driving shaft 5.5 can be manually pulled to separate the connecting sleeve 5.6 and the connecting ring 5.3 from each other.

In this embodiment, preferably, the outer side wall of the connection ring 5.3 is provided with an axial serration portion, the inside of the connection sleeve 5.6 is provided with an axial serration groove corresponding to the axial serration portion, and the axial serration portion and the axial serration groove enable the connection sleeve 5.6 and the connection ring 5.3 to be locked with each other, thereby effectively preventing the connection sleeve 5.6 and the connection ring 5.3 from rotating with each other.
