Lubricating oil can be conveniently poured into the third frame body 43 through the liquid inlet hole 431 and preliminarily stored in the third frame body 43 through the third frame body 43, so that the storage is convenient and the operation is simple; and the lubricating oil in the third frame body 43 can be conveniently flowed into the second frame body 42 through the communication between the fourth through hole 432 and the second through hole 421, so that the lubricating oil in the second frame body 42 can be supplemented to enter the second frame body 42 when the lubricating oil is less, the smooth lubricating oil spraying to the threaded rod 3 is realized, the discontinuity of lubricating oil spraying is prevented, and the uniformity of the lubricating oil spraying to the threaded rod 3 is ensured.

The number of the nozzles 5 is the same as that of the first through holes 411, the nozzles 5 are arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the first frame body 41, and further, one end of each nozzle 5 is aligned with the corresponding first through hole 411 and is fixedly connected with the inner circumferential surface of the first frame body 41, so that the inside of each nozzle 5 is communicated with the corresponding first through hole 411, lubricating oil flowing through the corresponding first through hole 411 can be sprayed onto the outer surface of the threaded rod 3 through the corresponding nozzle 5, the purpose of spraying the lubricating oil onto the threaded rod 3 is achieved, and the other end of each nozzle 5 is aligned with the corresponding threaded rod 3.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6 and 8, the lubricating structure 4 further includes a floating choke ring 44 movably disposed in the second frame body 42, the floating clogging ring 44 is a hollow cylinder and has upper and lower axial surfaces communicating with each other, the floating clogging ring 44 is housed in the second frame body 42 and the outer circumferential surface of the floating clogging ring 44 is slidably connected to the inner circumferential surface of the second frame body 42, so that the floating clogging ring 44 can move up and down in the second frame body 42, and further, the floating clogging ring 44 has a density smaller than the purpose of the lubricating oil, so that the floating clogging ring 44 can float on the lubricating oil in the second frame body 42, and the floating clogging ring 44 has the same height as the second through hole 421 to block the second through hole 421, so as to prevent the lubricating oil in the third frame 43 from flowing into the second frame 42 through the fourth through hole 432 and the second through hole 421.

The floating blocking ring 44 can float on the lubricating oil in the second frame body 42 through the arrangement of the floating blocking ring 44, and can rise along with the rise of the lubricating oil liquid level, and the floating blocking ring 44 blocks the second through hole 421 until the rising height of the floating blocking ring 44 is the same as that of the second through hole 421, so that the lubricating oil in the third frame body 43 cannot continuously flow into the second frame body 42 through the fourth through hole 432 and the second through hole 421, the flowing of the lubricating oil is automatically cut off, the lubricating oil in the second frame body 42 is prevented from being too much, the lubricating oil in the second frame body 42 is automatically controlled, and the lubricating oil spraying treatment on the threaded rod 3 is facilitated subsequently.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6 and 8, the lubricating structure 4 further includes a pressing structure, and the pressing structure includes a first elastic member 45 accommodated in the second frame 42, a pressing plate 46 disposed below the first elastic member 45, a sealing positioning rod 47 disposed below the pressing plate 46, a positioning frame 40, a second elastic member 48 disposed below the sealing positioning rod 47, and a connecting rope 49 fixed below the second elastic member 48. One or more first elastic members 45 may be provided, in this embodiment, four first elastic members 45 are provided, and the upper end of each first elastic member 45 is fixedly connected to the top surface of the inner cavity of the second frame 42. The pressing plate 46 is annular, the pressing plate 46 is movably disposed in the second frame 42, that is, the outer circumferential surface of the pressing plate 46 is slidably connected to the inner circumferential surface of the radial outer side of the second frame 42, and the inner circumferential surface of the pressing plate 46 is slidably connected to the inner circumferential surface of the radial inner side of the second frame 42, so that the pressing plate 46 can horizontally move up and down in the second frame 42, and the pressing plate 46 is in sealing contact with the inner surface of the second frame 42, so as to achieve a sealing effect, thereby pressing the lubricant below the pressing plate 46, so that the lubricant in the second frame 42 can rapidly flow into the nozzle 5 through the third through hole 422 and the first through hole 411, further, the pressing plate 46 is located above the second through hole 421, and the distance from the second through hole 421 to the lower surface of the pressing plate 46 is greater than the maximum stretching length of the first elastic member 45, so that the pressing plate 46 can be prevented from moving down to the height of the second through hole 421, and the pressing plate 46 is always above the second through hole 421, preferably, the pressing plate 46 is made of hard rubber material, and the first elastic member 45 is a spring.

Furthermore, the lower surface of the second frame 42 is provided with a fifth through hole 423, the fifth through hole 423 penetrates through the inner and outer surfaces of the second frame 42, one or more fifth through holes 423 may be provided, and in this embodiment, two of the fifth through holes 423 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. Further, the number of the positioning frame 40 is the same as that of the fifth through holes 423, and the positioning frame 40 corresponds to the fifth through holes 423 in a one-to-one manner, the upper surface and the lower surface of the positioning frame 42 are communicated, and the lower end of the positioning frame 40 is aligned to the fifth through holes 423 and is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the second frame body 42, so that the inside of the positioning frame 40 is communicated with the fifth through holes 423.

Further, the shape of the sealing positioning rod 47 is matched with the shape of the inner cavity of the positioning frame 40, further, the upper end of the sealing positioning rod 47 is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the extrusion plate 46, the lower end of the sealing positioning rod 47 extends into the positioning frame 40 and is in sliding connection with the inner surface of the positioning frame 40, so that the sealing positioning rod 47 can stably move up and down, the sealing positioning rod 47 is in sealing contact with the inner wall of the positioning frame 40, and lubricating oil can be prevented from flowing into the outside through the positioning frame 40. The second elastic member 48 is accommodated in the positioning frame 40, an upper end of the second elastic member 48 is fixedly connected with a lower end of the sealing positioning rod 47, and preferably, the second elastic member 48 is a spring. The upper end of the connecting rope 49 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the second elastic piece 48, the lower end of the connecting rope 49 is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the brake frame 1, so that the purpose of downwards pulling the second elastic piece 48, the sealing positioning rod 47 and the extrusion plate 46 is achieved when the second frame body 42 rotates, the purpose of pressing lubricating oil in the second frame body 42 is achieved, and preferably, the connecting rope 49 is a nylon rope, so that the strength of the connecting rope can be guaranteed, and the purpose of smoothly pulling the extrusion plate 46 downwards is achieved.

As shown in fig. 9, when the second frame 42 is rotatably disposed on the first frame 41, in order to keep the axial positions of the second frame 42 and the first frame 41 unchanged, various technical solutions may be adopted, and fig. 9 is a specific embodiment, specifically, the lubricating structure 4 further includes limiting blocks 6 disposed on the upper and lower sides of the second frame 42 in the axial direction, one end of the limiting block 6 is fixedly connected with the outer circumferential surface of the first frame 41, and the limiting block 6 abuts against the second frame 42 and is slidably connected therewith, so that the second frame 42 can stably rotate between the two limiting blocks 6, so as to limit the axial position of the second frame 42, and conveniently achieve the purpose that the connecting rope 49 and the second elastic member 48 pull the sealing positioning rod 47 and the pressing plate 46 downward.

Further, when the connection rope 49 is in the initial state, that is, the vertical state, the first through hole 411 is not communicated with the third through hole 422, so that it is possible to prevent the lubricating oil in the second frame body 42 from flowing into the spray head 5 through the third through hole 422 and the first through hole 411 to spray the lubricating oil on the threaded rod 3 in the initial state.

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, when the irrigation ditch valve for modern agricultural production in environment protection according to the present invention is used, firstly, the lubricating oil is poured into the third frame 43 through the liquid inlet hole 431, and then flows into the second frame 42 through the fourth through hole 432 and the second through hole 421, and in an initial state, the third through hole 422 is not communicated with the first through hole 411, so that the lubricating oil is stored in the second frame 42, and the floating blocking ring 44 rises along with the rise of the lubricating oil level in the second frame 42 until the floating blocking ring 44 rises to the height of the second through hole 421, so as to block the second through hole 421, so that the rest of the lubricating oil is stored in the third frame 43. When lubricating oil needs to be sprayed on the threaded rod 3, the third frame 43 or the second frame 42 can be manually rotated, then the connecting rope 49 is inclined, the second elastic member 48 is stretched, the second elastic member 48 pulls the sealing positioning rod 47 downwards so as to indirectly pull the extrusion plate 46 downwards, so that the extrusion plate 46 moves downwards, the first elastic member 45 is stretched, further, the elastic coefficient of the second elastic member 48 is greater than that of the first elastic member 45, then the second elastic member 48 is stretched, and the extrusion plate 46 moves downwards, so that the lubricating oil in the second frame 42 can be extruded, because the third through hole 422 is arranged opposite to the first through hole 411, in the process that the second frame 42 rotates relative to the first frame 41, the third through hole 422 is periodically communicated with the first through hole 411, and when the third through hole 422 is communicated with the first through hole 411, the pressing plate 46 moving downwards enables the air pressure below the pressing plate to be increased remarkably, then lubricating oil can flow out rapidly through the third through hole 422 and the first through hole 411 and is sprayed onto the outer wall of the threaded rod 3 rapidly through the spray head 5, so that the purpose of spraying lubricating oil onto the threaded rod 3 is achieved, in the embodiment, four third through holes 422, four first through holes 411 and four spray heads 5 are arranged, so that lubricating oil can be sprayed onto the threaded rod 3 from four directions, the lubricating oil can be sprayed onto the threaded rod 3 more uniformly and efficiently, meanwhile, the second frame body 42 can be sprayed onto the threaded rod 3 comprehensively only by rotating a small angle (such as 45 degrees and not more than 90 degrees at most), the operation is simple, the use is convenient, and the above manner has many advantages that firstly, in the rotating process of the second frame body 42, the sealing positioning rod 47 and the pressing plate 46 are driven to move downwards by the connecting rope 49 and the second elastic member 48, the lubricating oil in the second frame body 42 is automatically pressurized, so that the lubricating oil can be rapidly sprayed when the third through hole 422 and the first through hole 411 are communicated, the spraying efficiency is high, and the operation is simple; secondly, the lubricating oil is sprayed to the threaded rod 3 through the spray head 5, so that oil is saved, the waste of the lubricating oil is reduced, the lubricating area of the threaded rod 3 by the same amount of lubricating oil is increased, and the cost is reduced; thirdly, the floating plug ring 44 can automatically cut off the flow of the lubricating oil when the lubricating oil in the second frame 42 is too much, and when the lubricating oil in the second frame 42 is too little (at this time, the floating plug ring 44 moves downwards to the lower part of the second through hole 421 along with the liquid level), the lubricating oil in the third frame 43 can be automatically supplemented into the second frame 42, so that the automatic degree of automation is high, the structure is simple, the cost is low, and the device is suitable for popularization and application. After spraying, the first elastic member 45 is stretched to pull the pressing plate 46 upwards, so that the pressing plate 46 is reset upwards, then the second elastic member 48 is pulled upwards through the sealing positioning rod 47 to gradually reset, and the second frame body 42 is automatically rotated and reset on the first frame body 41 until the initial state is recovered. In the process of spraying lubricating oil, the threaded rod 3 can also be driven to rotate, so that the threaded rod 3 can be sprayed more comprehensively, and the effect is more ideal. The use process of the first embodiment of the irrigation ditch valve for the modern agricultural production in the environment protection mode is described.

Example two:

as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the structure of the irrigation canal valve for modern agricultural production in environmental protection according to the present invention in the second embodiment is substantially the same as that in the first embodiment, except that the nozzle 5 is not fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the first frame 41 in the first embodiment, but one end of the nozzle 5 is received in the first through hole 411 and is slidably connected to the inner surface thereof, such that one end of the nozzle 5 can move back and forth in the first through hole 411 in the radial direction, and the other end of the nozzle 5 faces the threaded rod 3.

Furthermore, the irrigation canal valve for modern agricultural production in environment protection of the invention further comprises a third elastic member 51, one end of the third elastic member 51 is fixedly connected with the nozzle 5, and the other end of the third elastic member 51 is fixedly connected with the inner circumferential surface of the first frame 41, so that the function of buffering and limiting the nozzle 5 can be achieved, and the nozzle can be reset. The third elastic member 51 is preferably a spring.

Further, the maximum length of the third elastic member 51 is less than the length of the spray head 5 extending into the first through hole 411, so that the spray head 5 can be prevented from being separated from the first through hole 411 when moving inwards in the radial direction, and the effective limiting effect is achieved.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, one end of the nozzle 5 is movably disposed in the first through hole 411 and is matched with the third elastic member 51, so that when the lubricant is sprayed and the third through hole 422 is communicated with the first through hole 411, the pressure is relatively large due to the downward movement of the pressing plate 46, then the lubricant flows through the first through hole 411 to drive the nozzle 5 to move radially inward so as to play a role of buffering, and the nozzle 5 can be closer to the threaded rod 3, so that the sprayed lubricant can be more completely sprayed on the threaded rod 3, thereby reducing the waste of the lubricant, meanwhile, when the third through hole 422 is not communicated with the first through hole 411, the stretched third elastic member 51 is reset, so that the nozzle 5 moves radially outward to reset, and further the lubricant not sprayed from the first through hole 411 can enter the nozzle 5 during the resetting of the nozzle 5, then spout on the outer wall of threaded rod 3 to can reduce the waste of lubricating oil, make spraying more comprehensive and even, the rotation of cooperation threaded rod 3 makes its area of spraying bigger simultaneously, and the utilization ratio of lubricating oil is higher. So far, the use process of the second embodiment of the irrigation ditch valve for the modern agricultural production of environmental protection is described.

The third embodiment:

referring to fig. 12 and 13, a third embodiment of the irrigation ditch valve for modern environmental protection agricultural production according to the present invention is basically the same as the second embodiment, except that in this embodiment, the irrigation ditch valve for modern environmental protection agricultural production according to the present invention further includes a supporting plate 7 fixed in the first frame 41 and a sponge block 8 fixed on the supporting plate 7.

Further, the shape of the supporting plate 7 is matched with the shape of the inner cavity of the first frame body 41, the supporting plate 7 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the first frame body 41, the supporting plate 7 is located below the spray head 5, a connecting hole 71 penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the supporting plate 7 is formed in the supporting plate 7, and the threaded rod 3 penetrates through the connecting hole 71.

Further, the sponge block 8 is contained in the connecting hole 71, the side face of the sponge block 8 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the connecting hole 71, and the threaded rod 3 penetrates through the upper surface and the lower surface of the sponge block 8 and is in sliding connection with the sponge block 8, so that the threaded rod 3 can ascend and descend on the sponge block 8 and can be in full contact with the threaded rod 3.

The fourth embodiment:

as shown in fig. 14, a fourth embodiment of the irrigation canal valve for modern agricultural production in environment protection of the present invention has a structure substantially the same as that of the third embodiment, except that in this embodiment, the sponge block 8 is provided with a plurality of connecting holes 71 arranged in sequence.

Further, the sponge block 8 is provided with at least two sponge blocks which are arranged in the connecting hole 71 at intervals from top to bottom, the side face of each sponge block 8 is fixedly connected with the inner side face of the connecting hole 71, and the threaded rod 3 penetrates through the upper surface and the lower surface of each sponge block 8 and is in sliding connection with the corresponding sponge block, so that the sponge blocks 8 can absorb lubricating oil to coat the threaded rods 3. In this embodiment, the sponge blocks 8 are four and arranged in the connecting holes 71 in sequence.

The sponge blocks 8 are arranged in the connecting holes 71 at intervals up and down, so that lubricating oil above the supporting plate 7 can firstly wet the uppermost sponge block 8, the sponge blocks 8 are provided with a plurality of layers, the size of a single-layer sponge block 8 can be reduced, and the uppermost sponge block 8 can be fully wetted only by less lubricating oil, so that the uppermost sponge block 8 can preferentially coat the lubricating oil on the side surface of the threaded rod 3, and when only one sponge block 8 with larger size is arranged in the connecting hole 71, the reduced lubricating oil cannot fully wet the sponge block 8 and the lubricating oil is unevenly distributed on the sponge block 8, so that the effect of coating the lubricating oil on the side surface of the threaded rod 3 is influenced, therefore, the sponge block 8 is provided with a plurality of layers in the connecting holes 71, the effect of coating the lubricating oil on the side surface of the threaded rod 3 can be improved, and the cost of the sponge block 8 can be reduced, simultaneously just can wet sponge piece 8 of below after sponge piece 8 at the top is moistened, and then can effectually prevent that lubricating oil from dripping to pollute the water source in the ditch to sponge piece 8 of below can supply to threaded rod 3 side coating lubricating oil after being moistened, makes the effect of coating lubricating oil to threaded rod 3 more ideal and more even.

Fifth embodiment:

referring to fig. 15 and 16, a fifth embodiment of the irrigation canal valve for environment-friendly modern agricultural production according to the present invention has substantially the same structure as the fourth embodiment, except that in this embodiment, the irrigation canal valve for environment-friendly modern agricultural production according to the present invention is not provided with the third elastic member 51, but is provided with the coating buffer structure 9.

Further, the coating buffer structure 9 includes a coating layer 92, an elastic plate 93 disposed on a side of the coating layer 92 close to the nozzle 5, and an elastic rod 91 disposed on an end of the elastic plate 93 close to the nozzle 5. Through the arrangement of the coating buffer structure 9 and the sponge block 8, on one hand, lubricating oil sprayed by the spray head 5 can be limited, so that the lubricating oil can be smoothly sprayed onto the side surface of the threaded rod 3, and the dropped lubricating oil can drop on the coating layer 92, so that the movement of the spray head 5 can be limited, supported and buffered, and the sprayed lubricating oil can be comprehensively coated on the threaded rod 3, so that the coating is more uniform, the effect is more ideal, meanwhile, the waste of the lubricating oil can be reduced, and energy and resources are saved; on the other hand, after long-time oil spout, partial lubricating oil can drip and concentrate on backup pad 7, then moist sponge piece 8, and then can carry out the purpose of reuse to it for sponge piece 8 is moist by lubricating oil after, can carry out even lubricating oil of paining to threaded rod 3, can prevent simultaneously that lubricating oil from dripping in the ditch, and economic environmental protection is pollution-free, and simple structure is with low costs, is fit for popularizing and applying.
