Background

The mosaic is a mosaic art which is firstly expressed by colored embedded sheets such as small stones, shells, ceramic tiles, glass and the like applied on wall surfaces or floors and by drawing patterns, and then becomes a decorative material.

Besides the widely used pure stone mosaics, there are also mosaics which are made by mixing glass, ceramic and metal with stone as the main material. The mosaic is made by combining and splicing small block materials such as stone, glass, ceramics, metal and the like, and is adhered to a building, and the whole pattern of the mosaic is in a disordered and natural state through the selection of the color and the texture of the materials and the design of a combination mode, so that the artistic effect of an ornament is achieved. In general, a material is provided with zigzag or step-like grooves on its back surface and a mesh fabric between its bottom and a building contact surface for firm adhesion, but since most of the material has a certain texture, color, natural pattern, etc., the bottom mesh fabric and the back adhesive are not visually recognized in appearance.

When the pure stone mosaic or the mixed material mosaic is manufactured, a proper adhesive needs to be selected. For example, the chinese patent application with application number 201611116271.9 discloses a special epoxy resin adhesive for stone, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of epoxy resin, 20-35 parts of amino-terminated liquid nitrile rubber, 20-50 parts of dicyandiamide, 2-5 parts of curing accelerator, 3-10 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 2-10 parts of kaolin, 1-5 parts of fly ash and 5-12 parts of nano silicon dioxide. For example, chinese patent application No. 201410698726.7 discloses an epoxy resin curing agent applied to marble material and a method for preparing the same. The method comprises the following steps: the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 22% -42% of certain alicyclic diamine; 21% -34% of diethylenetriamine; 21% -34% of triethylene tetramine; 5 to 10 percent of light-stable multifunctional additive. Mixing and stirring the raw materials at normal temperature for 10-20min to obtain the curing agent.

The mosaic in the prior art cannot see the traces of bottom gridding cloth and back adhesive from the appearance. Therefore, the above patent technology does not make any intensive study on whether the adhesive is applied to the mosaic without any trace.

With the expansion of the application range of mosaic products, metal mosaics appear in the prior art, and strip-shaped metal is generally inlaid in a whole large stone. For example, the chinese patent application with application number 201210589380.8 discloses a surface inlaying process for marble pillar, the plane inlaying process is: slotting on the surface of the stone by a bridge cutting machine or slotting on the surface of the stone by a machining center or a water jet cutter, then machining a stainless steel plate into a required pattern by a water jet cutter, and finally embedding a stainless steel strip. The curved surface embedding process comprises the following steps: (1) processing a needed marble plate by using a numerical control line cutting machine, wherein one side surface of the marble plate is a curved surface; (2) designing the shape of the embedding grooves, then processing the embedding grooves of the corresponding parts on each marble plate by using a multi-shaft linkage processing center, and splicing the plates with the processed embedding grooves; (3) cutting the decorative strip to a shape matched with the embedding groove and embedding the decorative strip on the elliptic arc plate. Under the general condition the marble plate cross section is semi-circular or semi-ellipse, ornamental strip is made by stainless steel or metal strip, only need to consolidate, polish the product after step (3) is accomplished, can make marble cylinder or marble cylindroid and be used for architectural decoration. The technology is applied to large buildings such as marble plates, marble cylinders, marble elliptic cylinders and the like, the large buildings generally have solemn and striking deep colors, and most of the large buildings are provided with large decorative patterns, so that whether metal strips are traceless after being inlaid is not required.

The application number 200610072278.5 of the invention discloses a metal decorative stone, which comprises stone, metal decorative strips or metal decorative pieces, and glue, wherein grooves or holes are processed on a stone plate, the grooves or holes are filled with glue, the metal strips are embedded into the grooves on the stone plate and fixed by glue, or connecting columns on the metal decorative pieces are inserted into the holes of the stone and fixed by glue. The technology only fixes the metal strips on the stone, and the appearance of the inlaid metal strips cannot be traceless.

With the application of metal mosaic products in interior decoration, the development of traceless decorative stone is urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a traceless decorative stone material which can meet the application of metal mosaic products in indoor decoration; the invention also aims to provide a manufacturing method of the traceless decorative stone.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a traceless decorative stone comprises a stone main body part, a metal decorative part and a connecting part; the stone main body part is provided with a groove-shaped structure; the metal decorative part is arranged in the groove-shaped structure, the shape of the metal decorative part is the same as that of the groove-shaped structure, the thickness of the metal decorative part is smaller than the depth of the groove-shaped structure, the width of the metal decorative part is the same as that of the groove-shaped structure, and the upper surface of the metal decorative part and the upper surface of the stone main body part are positioned in the same plane; the connecting part adopts an adhesive and is arranged between the bottom of the groove-shaped structure and the metal decorative part.

Preferably, the main body part of the stone is made of transparent materials, the metal decoration part is brass or silver, and the adhesive is colorless, transparent or white.
