And the vertical separator is adopted for on-line continuous separation and metering, so that the equipment cost and the occupied area can be greatly saved. A key technology for ensuring the continuous separation and metering effects of the vertical separator is to adjust the outlet flow of the separator by a regulating valve to ensure that the liquid level in the separator is in a stable position so as to prevent the liquid level in a container from being too high and causing danger when gas passes through a liquid phase pipeline.

The separator applied to natural gas separation and metering, particularly a gas gathering station, is mainly changed into a horizontal settling tank. The vertical separator is applied to gas-liquid separation of a gas collecting station, and a regulating valve is needed to maintain stable liquid level in the separator and ensure that gas and liquid of the separator do not mix any more and flow into each pipeline of gas and liquid at the downstream independently. The conventional three-way regulating valve cannot solve the problem at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a liquid level control four-way regulating valve. Used for adjusting the liquid level of the vertical separator and ensuring that the gas and liquid after continuous separation and metering independently flow into each pipeline of the gas and liquid at the downstream.
