Background

A refrigerator is a home appliance capable of storing food at a low temperature in an internal storage space, and a temperature varying box, which is capable of freezing or refrigerating the food stored therein, is generally provided therein and generally includes an outer tub constituting an outer surface of the temperature varying box, and other members covered by the outer tub.

The outer tub generally includes a main body generally including a bottom plate, a back plate, a left side plate and a right side plate, and an upper cover plate that is formed separately from the main body and assembled to be coupled thereto. Usually, a large number of elastic buckles or screw holes are arranged on the left edge, the right edge and the rear edge of the upper cover plate, and correspondingly, a large number of clamping grooves or screw holes are arranged on the upper edge of the main body, so that the upper cover plate and the main body are clamped or connected in a threaded mode in the vertical direction. Therefore, the assembly process of the outer barrel body is complicated, the disassembly and the maintenance are extremely inconvenient, and the assembly and disassembly time of the temperature changing box is greatly prolonged.

Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description

The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples shown in the drawings. These examples are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 11, an embodiment of the present invention provides a storage case having a substantially rectangular box shape, which is preferably configured as a temperature-variable box, and which mainly includes an outer tub body 20, an inner tub body 10, a heat insulating member 30, and electric devices 70. The detailed structure of the storage case of the present invention will be described below.

First, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the outer tub body 20 generally configures at least a part of an outer surface of the storage box, and includes an integrally formed body member 22, an integrally formed cover 21 assembled with the body member 22, and a receiving cavity 200 having an opening, and an inner surface of the body member 22 and an inner surface of the cover 21 enclose the receiving cavity 200.

For the sake of clarity of the orientation of the present application, the orientation of the opening with respect to the receiving chamber 200 is defined as "front", or the direction of movement out of the receiving chamber 200 through the opening is defined as "front", whereas the direction of movement into the receiving chamber 200 through the opening is defined as "rear".

The body member 22 includes a bottom plate 222, a side plate 224 and a side plate 223, the side plate 224 and the side plate 223 being disposed opposite to each other in a first direction, which is defined as a left-right direction for the sake of clarity of the orientation of the present application. The side plate 224 is connected to a left edge of the bottom plate 222 and extends in the second direction from the left edge of the bottom plate 222, and the side plate 223 is connected to a right edge of the bottom plate 222 and extends in the second direction from the right edge of the bottom plate 222, which is perpendicular to the left-right direction and the front-rear direction. To facilitate clear orientation of the present application, the second direction is further defined as from bottom to top.

The cover 21 and the bottom plate 222 are disposed opposite to each other in the vertical direction, and the cover 21 is respectively coupled to the side plates 223 and 224. Specifically, the storage box further comprises a hanging and buckling mechanism 40, and the hanging and buckling mechanisms 40 are arranged between the cover 21 and the side plate 223 and between the cover 21 and the side plate 224, the structure of the hanging and buckling mechanism 40 is described below by taking the hanging and buckling mechanism 40 between the cover 21 and the side plate 224 as a representative, and the description about the side plate 224 can be implemented by replacing the side plate 223.

The hanging buckle mechanism 40 includes a hanging slot and a hanging buckle 42. The hanging slot is arranged on one of the cover 21 and the side plate 224 and is provided with a mouth part 412 and a blocking wall 411, and the mouth part 412 and the blocking wall 411 are arranged in parallel front and back; the hanging buckle 42 is arranged on the other one of the cover 21 and the side plate 224. In the assembled state of the cover 21 and the main body 22, the hanging buckle 42 is accommodated in the hanging groove, the hanging buckle 42 is pressed against the blocking wall 411 up and down to limit the cover 21 to be separated from the side plate 224 upwards, and at this time, the hanging buckle 42 can move to the opening part 412 in the hanging groove along the front-back direction to allow the cover 21 to be separated from the side plate 224 upwards, so that the cover 21 and the main body 22 are disassembled; on the contrary, in the disassembled state of the cover 21 and the main body 22, the cover 21 moves downward toward the main body 22, so that the hanging buckle 42 enters the hanging groove through the mouth 412, and then the hanging buckle 42 can move in the hanging groove along the front-back direction until the hanging buckle 42 is abutted against the blocking wall 411 up and down, so that the cover 21 can be limited from being separated from the side plate 224 upward, and the assembly of the cover 21 and the main body 22 can be realized. Therefore, the assembling and disassembling operations of the cover 21 and the main body member 22 are simple and quick, and the problem of inconvenient assembling and disassembling in the prior art is solved.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the hanging slot is disposed on the cover 21, and the mouth 412 is located behind the blocking wall 411; correspondingly, the hanging buckle 42 is arranged on the upper edge of the side plate 224. In the assembled state of the cover 21 and the main body 22, the hanging buckle 42 is received in the hanging slot and abuts against the blocking wall 411 to limit the cover 21 from being separated from the side plate 224 upwards, and at this time, the hanging buckle 42 can move backwards in the hanging slot to the opening 412 to allow the cover 21 to be separated from the side plate 224 upwards. That is, during the disassembly process, the cover 21 is moved forward and then lifted upward, and the assembled state with the main body 22 is changed to the separated state with the main body 22. Of course, the positions of the hanging slot and the hanging buckle 42 are exchanged, and the positions of the mouth 4122 and the blocking wall 411 are exchanged, and these alternative embodiments are conventional replacements of this embodiment, without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention.

Preferably, at least two hooking mechanisms 40 are arranged between the cover 21 and the side plate 224 at intervals in the front-rear direction, and similarly, at least two hooking mechanisms 40 are arranged between the cover 21 and the side plate 223 at intervals in the front-rear direction. In this embodiment, there are 3 latching mechanisms between the cover 21 and the side plate 224, and 3 latching mechanisms between the cover 21 and the side plate 223.

Further, referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the main body member 22 further includes a back plate 225 disposed in front and rear opposition to the opening, the back plate 225 being attached to at least one of the side plate 223, the side plate 224 and the bottom plate 222. In the present embodiment, a back plate 225 is connected to the rear edge of the bottom plate 222 and extends upward from the rear edge of the bottom plate 222, the left edge of the back plate 225 is connected to the rear edge of the side plate 224, and the right edge of the back plate 225 is connected to the rear edge of the side plate 223.

The cover 21 is also coupled to the back plate 225. Specifically, the storage box further comprises an insertion mechanism 50 arranged between the cover 21 and the back plate 225, the insertion mechanism 50 comprises a protrusion 52 and an insertion groove 51, the protrusion 52 is arranged on one of the cover 21 and the back plate 225, and the insertion groove 51 is arranged on the other of the cover 21 and the back plate 225. In the assembled state of the cover 21 and the main body 22, the protrusion 52 is inserted into the insertion groove 51 along the front-back direction to limit the upward detachment of the cover 21 from the back plate 225, at this time, the hanging buckle 42 abuts against the blocking wall 411 up and down, and if the cover 21 and the main body 22 need to be detached, the protrusion 52 and the insertion groove 51 can be detached from each other along the front-back direction to complete the detachment of the cover 21 and the main body 22.

The first catch mechanism comprises a catch 611 and a catch 612 having a catch 613.
