1. A method for implementing an intelligent manufacturing system using sensors, comprising the steps of:

step one, in the process flow of mechanical processing, arranging a plurality of sensors for acquiring the temperature, quantity, material, ID code, manufacturing information and the like of a workpiece;

converting data acquired by a sensor to obtain a corresponding characteristic value, and establishing a dynamic mapping relation between the characteristic value and an intelligent manufacturing system database;

step three, storing each characteristic value, realizing intelligent management of all workpieces, and stripping the workpieces from physical entities;

and step four, detecting the state of the workpiece by using the stored related characteristic values through an operation system, and realizing dynamic diagnosis and management.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent manufacturing, in particular to a method for realizing an intelligent manufacturing system by utilizing a sensor.

Background

The proposal of China manufacturing 2025 accelerates the pace of China intelligent manufacturing.

In machining, the whole machining system is composed of four major parts, namely a machine tool, a workpiece material, a machining tool and technological parameters. Small variations in each of these parts can have an effect on the final product quality and production efficiency. The machine tool executes each action according to a preset program, and the execution process of the actions is equivalent to open-loop control and whether the moving part is executed in place or not is not regulated. Any abnormity of workpiece materials, processing tools and process parameters cannot be found in time in the processing process, and can be found only in quality inspection after the processing is finished.

The prior art also discloses an intelligent manufacturing system and a processing machine tool based on sensor monitoring, and the intelligent manufacturing method and the system and the processing machine tool based on sensor monitoring collect real-time physical quantities in the processing process of the processing machine tool in the processing process of the machine tool, and then diagnose, manage and/or control the processing process according to the real-time physical quantities. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can dynamically adjust the processing task according to the real-time processing state of the workpiece; the processing route of the intelligent workpiece in the intelligent manufacturing system can be dynamically changed.

The method for realizing the intelligent manufacturing system by using the sensor comprises the following steps:

step one, in the process flow of mechanical processing, arranging a plurality of sensors for acquiring the temperature, quantity, material, ID code, manufacturing information and the like of a workpiece;

converting data acquired by a sensor to obtain a corresponding characteristic value, and establishing a dynamic mapping relation between the characteristic value and an intelligent manufacturing system database; in order to reduce the amount of communication data of the system, a shift from centralized control to decentralized enhanced production of the manufacturing system is realized. The collected characteristic values can ensure that the manufacturing system can reliably acquire some key process information of the workpiece under the condition of not networking or not communicating with a manufacturing system database, so that the production can be smoothly carried out.

Step three, storing each characteristic value, realizing intelligent management of all workpieces, and stripping the workpieces from physical entities;

directly providing the storage positions of all the manufacturing data generated in the production process in a background database by utilizing the dynamic mapping relation;

and step four, detecting the state of the workpiece by using the stored related characteristic values through an operation system, and realizing dynamic diagnosis and management.

The intelligent agent of the intelligent workpiece exists in a platform mode, and the intelligent agent is stripped from the physical entity of the workpiece. The characteristic value obtained by the sensor needs to be subjected to denoising processing, key characteristic information is extracted, and the characteristic value is evaluated, analyzed, monitored and diagnosed, so that intelligent manufacturing is realized.
