Technical Field

Background

Corrugated paper is common paper in people's life, and it is used for making corrugated paper carton more, especially at the present of express delivery trade rapid development, and the demand of whole trade to corrugated paper carton is more and more big. However, the existing corrugated paper is mostly made of recycled waste paper, and the compression resistance and strength of the existing corrugated paper are much lower than those of the corrugated paper made of wood pulp.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of this application is to improve corrugated container board's structural strength.

s300, coating a connecting glue layer 33 on both the first corrugated cardboard core layer 31 and the second corrugated cardboard core layer 32, and pressing the first corrugated cardboard core layer 31 and the second corrugated cardboard core layer 32 with equipment;

s400, bonding and fixing the first corrugated paperboard outer layer 1 and the first corrugated paperboard core layer 31, and bonding and fixing the second corrugated paperboard outer layer 2 and the second corrugated paperboard core layer 32;

and S500, respectively bonding a waterproof layer 4 on the outer sides of the first corrugated paperboard outer layer 1 and the first corrugated paperboard core layer 31.

Example eight: a manufacturing process of a high-strength corrugated board comprises the following steps:

s100, preparing a first corrugated paperboard outer layer 1 and a second corrugated paperboard outer layer 2;

s200, respectively bending the first corrugated board core layer 31 and the second corrugated board core layer 32 by using equipment to form a wavy shape;

s300, coating a connecting glue layer 33 on both the first corrugated cardboard core layer 31 and the second corrugated cardboard core layer 32, and pressing the first corrugated cardboard core layer 31 and the second corrugated cardboard core layer 32 with equipment; the first reinforcing rib 34 is adhesively fixed between the first corrugated cardboard outer layer 1 and the first corrugated cardboard core 31, and the second reinforcing rib 35 is adhesively fixed between the second corrugated cardboard outer layer 2 and the second corrugated cardboard core 32.

S400, bonding and fixing the first corrugated paperboard outer layer 1 and the first corrugated paperboard core layer 31, and bonding and fixing the second corrugated paperboard outer layer 2 and the second corrugated paperboard core layer 32;

and S500, respectively bonding a waterproof layer 4 on the outer sides of the first corrugated paperboard outer layer 1 and the first corrugated paperboard core layer 31.

a manufacturing process of a high-strength corrugated board comprises the following steps:

s100, preparing a first corrugated paperboard outer layer 1 and a second corrugated paperboard outer layer 2;

s200, respectively bending the first corrugated board core layer 31 and the second corrugated board core layer 32 by using equipment to form a wavy shape;

s300, coating a connecting glue layer 33 on both the first corrugated cardboard core layer 31 and the second corrugated cardboard core layer 32, and pressing the first corrugated cardboard core layer 31 and the second corrugated cardboard core layer 32 with equipment; a first reinforcing rib 34 is fixedly bonded between the first corrugated paperboard outer layer 1 and the first corrugated paperboard core layer 31, and a second reinforcing rib 35 is fixedly bonded between the second corrugated paperboard outer layer 2 and the second corrugated paperboard core layer 32; a drying agent 5 is fixed between the first corrugated cardboard outer layer 1 and the first corrugated cardboard core 31.

S400, bonding and fixing the first corrugated paperboard outer layer 1 and the first corrugated paperboard core layer 31, and bonding and fixing the second corrugated paperboard outer layer 2 and the second corrugated paperboard core layer 32;

and S500, respectively bonding a waterproof layer 4 on the outer sides of the first corrugated paperboard outer layer 1 and the first corrugated paperboard core layer 31.

Example ten:

a manufacturing process of a high-strength corrugated board comprises the following steps:

s100, preparing a first corrugated paperboard outer layer 1 and a second corrugated paperboard outer layer 2;

s400, bonding and fixing the first corrugated paperboard outer layer 1 and the first corrugated paperboard core layer 31, and bonding and fixing the second corrugated paperboard outer layer 2 and the second corrugated paperboard core layer 32;

and S500, respectively bonding a waterproof layer 4 on the outer sides of the first corrugated paperboard outer layer 1 and the first corrugated paperboard core layer 31.
