5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the microwave absorbing support block is made of a low loss material and the microwave absorbing base is made of a high loss material.

6. The apparatus for improving highly attenuated good frequency response of claim 1, wherein said channel further comprises reed supports mounted therein, said reed supports being spaced apart for supporting microwave transmission reeds.

7. A programmable step attenuator comprising an arrangement for improving the good frequency response of large attenuations according to any of claims 1 to 6.

The programmable step attenuator of claim 7, further comprising a plurality of serially connected attenuation plates, wherein means for improving the good frequency response of large attenuation are provided between two attenuation plates connected in series and connected through a transmission reed.

Technical Field

The application relates to a device for improving large attenuation good frequency response and a program-controlled step attenuator.

Background

The main function of the program-controlled step attenuator is to control the signal level amplitude and realize the step attenuation of the input signal level amplitude from 0dB to the maximum attenuation of the attenuator. The method is mainly applied to controlling the signal level amplitude entering a system, controlling the output signal power of the system, adjusting the matching between a signal source and a load, and can also be used for simulating the loss of a signal transmission path in a communication system.

The inventor finds that besides the accuracy of the single attenuation sheet, the attenuation frequency response generated by the series combination of the attenuation sheets also needs to be controlled. Theoretically, the attenuation generated by the series connection of any two attenuation sheets should be equal to the sum of the attenuation of the two attenuation sheets. However, in actual products, besides the microwave signals are transmitted along the reed and the attenuation sheet, due to the discontinuity of the transmission line, the microwave signals generate higher-order modes at the discontinuity, and these higher-order mode signals will cause the attenuation frequency response of the attenuator in a high-frequency range and a large attenuation amount state to be poor, so that the conventional program-controlled step attenuator is difficult to realize good frequency response of a large attenuation amount in a high-frequency range, and is difficult to meet the existing good frequency response requirement.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of this application is to the defect that prior art exists, provides a device and programme-controlled step attenuator who improves good frequency response of big decay, adopts the strutting arrangement who has the absorption function and through arranging microwave absorption material on a certain position, can realize controlling programme-controlled step attenuator and attenuate frequency response under big attenuation volume state, has guaranteed programme-controlled step attenuator's test accuracy.

The first purpose of this application is to provide a device for improving the good frequency response of large attenuation, adopt the following technical scheme:

the microwave signal transmission device comprises a microwave absorption upper cover and a microwave absorption base, wherein a channel with two open ends is formed between the microwave absorption upper cover and the microwave absorption base, a microwave absorption supporting block is arranged in the channel, a microwave transmission reed is matched on the microwave absorption supporting block, two ends of the microwave transmission reed are respectively led out from two ends of the channel and connected into an external element, and the microwave absorption base is used for absorbing microwave signals transmitted by the microwave transmission reed from the microwave absorption supporting block.

Furthermore, microwave absorption blocks are arranged on two sides of the microwave absorption supporting block and are matched with the microwave absorption upper cover to control the attenuation frequency response of the high-frequency band.

Furthermore, a protruding part is arranged on one surface of the microwave absorption upper cover corresponding to the channel, faces the microwave absorption supporting block and is arranged corresponding to the microwave absorption block.

Furthermore, a plurality of microwave absorption blocks are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the microwave absorption supporting block; each microwave absorption block is correspondingly provided with a convex part arranged on the microwave absorption upper cover.

Compared with the prior art, the application has the advantages and positive effects that:

(1) the supporting device with the absorption function is arranged outside the microwave transmission reed, and the microwave absorption material is arranged in a matched manner to absorb the high-order mode generated in the discontinuous transmission process, so that the interference of the high-order mode signal to the attenuation frequency response is avoided, the problem that the attenuation frequency response of the attenuator is poor in a high-frequency band and large attenuation amount state is solved, and the good frequency response of the attenuator in the high-frequency band and large attenuation amount state is improved;

(2) the microwave absorption base is made of high-loss materials, and the microwave absorption supporting block is made of low-loss materials, so that microwave signals conducted from the microwave transmission reed can be absorbed, and the increase of the direct loss of the microwave transmission signals of the program control step attenuator can be avoided;

(3) the microwave absorption block and the microwave absorption upper cover are arranged on the left side, the right side and the upper surface of the microwave absorption supporting block according to a certain rule, so that the attenuation frequency response of large attenuation at a high frequency band can be effectively controlled, and the test precision of the program-controlled step attenuator is ensured.
