Background

With the rapid development of modern industries such as chemical industry, nuclear industry and the like, pipelines which are inflammable, explosive, highly toxic and have radioactive media are increasingly increased, valves used on the pipelines and devices have special and strict requirements on leakage sealing of the pipelines and the devices, and the requirements cannot be met by using a common packing sealing device, so that a valve rod sealing structure with a corrugated pipe is required.

The corrugated pipe valve is characterized in that a protective film is additionally arranged in a sealing element and can stretch along with the opening and closing of a valve rod. Not only improves the energy efficiency, increases the safety of production equipment, reduces the maintenance cost and frequent maintenance, but also provides a clean and safe working environment. However, the existing bellows valve has the following problems: the corrugated pipe is sleeved outside the valve rod, two ends of the corrugated pipe are respectively connected with the valve rod and the valve cover through welding, welding can be performed only from the interface of the corrugated pipe in the radial direction during welding, and fluid pressure inside the valve and pressure of the valve on the corrugated pipe during opening of the valve can pass through the welding position, so that the welding position is cracked, and the phenomena of cracking and leakage are caused; secondly, the valve rod and the filler can slide, and the sealing effect is poor.

The multilayer corrugated pipe comprises a first corrugated pipe 20, the upper end of the first corrugated pipe is welded on the fixing ring B19, the lower end of the first corrugated pipe is welded on the fixing ring A17, and the first corrugated pipe 20 is sleeved on the valve rod 8; the outer diameters of the upper end and the lower end of the first corrugated pipe 20 are D5, the outer diameters of the fixing ring A17 and the fixing ring B19 are D6, D5 is more than D6, and a step structure is formed between the upper end and the lower end of the first corrugated pipe 20 and the fixing ring A17 and the fixing ring B19 respectively;

the multilayer corrugated pipe also comprises a second corrugated pipe 21 positioned outside the first corrugated pipe 20, the inner wall of the upper end of the second corrugated pipe 21 is provided with a guide inclined plane A, and the outer wall of the lower end of the second corrugated pipe 21 is provided with a guide inclined plane B; the length of the first corrugated pipe 20 is L1, the length of the second corrugated pipe 21 is L2, and L1 is less than L2;

an upper welding area is formed among the guide inclined plane A, the first corrugated pipe 20, the auxiliary ring B18 and the fixing ring B19, and the upper welding area is filled with solder 22; the guide slope B forms a lower land with the first bellows 20, the auxiliary ring a16, and the fixing ring a17, and the lower land is filled with solder 22.

The included angle between the guide inclined plane A and the X direction is alpha, the included angle between the outer wall of the auxiliary ring B18 and the X direction is beta, and alpha is less than or equal to beta; the included angle between the guide inclined plane B and the X direction is gamma, the included angle between the inner wall of the auxiliary ring A16 and the X direction is theta, and gamma is less than or equal to theta. By setting the inclination angle, a welding space is reserved, the solder 22 is ensured to enter the upper welding area and the lower welding area, and the occurrence of cold joint is avoided.

The bellows assembly 12 further includes a limiting ring 23 mounted on the inner wall of the valve cover 3 and abutted to the top seat 14, and a pressing ring 24 mounted on the top of the auxiliary ring a16 and connected to the second bellows 21.

The auxiliary ring A16, the auxiliary ring B18, the guide inclined plane A and the guide inclined plane B are arranged, so that the area of the corrugated pipe interface is increased, the heat capacity is improved, the welding area is increased, the strength of the corrugated pipe interface is improved, and meanwhile, the first corrugated pipe 20 and the second corrugated pipe 21 are utilized to jointly bear pressure, so that the pressure bearing capacity is greatly improved; the auxiliary protection effect is achieved on the welding points at the corrugated pipe connector through the limiting ring 23 and the pressing ring 24, the effect of dispersing pressure is achieved, the pressure of the fluid acting on the welding points at the corrugated pipe connector is reduced, and therefore the problem that the connector welding position of the existing corrugated pipe is prone to cracking is solved.

The adjusting device 11 comprises a vertical plate 25 arranged at the top of the sealing cover 5, a through groove 26 is arranged in the middle of the vertical plate 25, a driving plate 27 movably arranged in the through groove 26, a translation frame 28 which is arranged on the driving plate 27 and has a rectangular frame structure, the translation frame 28 can move along the Y direction, a translation block A29 which is movably arranged on the vertical plate 25 and is positioned above the translation frame 28, a translation block A29 can move along the Z direction, a transmission inclined plane A30 is arranged at the bottom of the translation block A29, a translation block B31 which is movably arranged on the vertical plate 25 and is positioned below the translation frame 28, a translation block B31 can move along the Z direction, a transmission inclined plane B32 is arranged at the top of the translation block B31, a rotating wheel 33 which is rotatably arranged in the translation frame 28 and is abutted against the transmission inclined plane A30 and the transmission inclined plane B32, an adjusting rod 34 with one end passing through the vertical plate 25 and rotatably arranged on the driving plate 27 through a rolling bearing, and the adjusting rod 34 is in threaded connection with the vertical plate 25, install the depression bar 35 in translation piece B31 bottom and be located the riser 25 outside, install in the depression bar 35 bottom and with the clamp plate 36 of filler 10 butt, the cover is established on depression bar 35 and one end is installed at sealed lid 5, the first spring 37 on translation piece B31 is installed to the other end, install the roof 38 at translation piece A29 top, one end is installed on roof 38 and the other end is installed on riser 25, be located the second spring 39 of a pair of both sides around translation piece A29 respectively.

A pair of sliding plates A40 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the vertical plate 25, and the sliding plates A40 are positioned above the through grooves 26; the opposite surfaces of the two sliding plates A40 are provided with sliding grooves A41, the front side and the rear side of the translation block A29 are respectively provided with sliding columns A which are matched with the sliding grooves A41, and the sliding columns A are inserted into the sliding grooves A41; a pair of sliding plates B42 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the vertical plate 25, and the sliding plates B42 are positioned below the through grooves 26; the opposite surfaces of the two sliding plates B42 are provided with sliding grooves B43, the front side and the rear side of the translation block B31 are respectively provided with sliding columns B which are matched with the sliding grooves B43, and the sliding columns B are inserted into the sliding grooves B43; the vertical plate 25 is provided with a guide rod 46, the guide rod 46 is positioned above the bucket groove, a guide hole 47 for the guide rod 46 to pass through is arranged on the translation block A29, and the guide rod 46 is matched with the guide hole 47 in shape.

The translation block A29 is positioned in the translation frame 28, and a sliding groove C48 is arranged on the transmission inclined plane A30; the translation block B31 is positioned in the translation frame 28, and a sliding groove D49 is arranged on the transmission inclined plane B32; the roller is externally provided with an annular inserting column 50, and the annular inserting column 50 is inserted into the sliding groove C48 and the sliding groove D49; a sliding groove E51 is arranged in the through groove 26, a sliding column E matched with the sliding groove E51 in shape is arranged on the driving block, and the sliding column E is inserted into the sliding groove E51.

The problems that the existing filler 10 is easy to slide and the sealing effect of the valve rod 8 is poor are solved through the adjusting device 11; through forming the voussoir structure between just translation frame 28, the gyro wheel, translation piece A29, translation piece B31, utilize rotation regulation pole 34, drive translation frame 28 and remove along the Y direction, drive translation piece A29, translation piece B31 and move and the direction of motion is the same along the Z direction, make translation piece A29, translation piece B31 downstream, depression bar 35, clamp plate 36 move along with translation piece B31, compress tightly filler 10 downwards, avoid influencing sealed effect because of filler 10 slides.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

s1: when the valve is used, the multilayer corrugated pipe is sleeved on the valve rod 8, the upper end of the first corrugated pipe 20 is welded on the fixing ring B19, the lower end of the first corrugated pipe is welded on the fixing ring A17, an upper welding area and a lower welding area are welded, the valve rod 8 penetrates through the valve cover 3, the valve cover 3 and the valve body 1 are connected through bolts, and the valve cover 3 and the sealing cover 5 are connected through bolts; the central hole C7 is internally provided with a packing 10, and the packing 10 is tightly propped against the valve rod 8;

s2: the adjusting rod 34 is rotated to drive the translation frame 28 to move along the Y direction, the translation block a29 and the translation block B31 are driven to move along the Z direction, and the moving directions are the same, so that the translation block a29 and the translation block B31 move downwards, the first spring 37 and the second spring 39 are compressed, and the pressing rod 35 and the pressing plate 36 move along with the translation block B31 to press the filler 10 downwards.

Many other changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the specific embodiments, but only by the scope of the appended claims.
