Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of venue light control, and particularly relates to a venue light appointment control system and method.

Background

With the development of domestic sports industry, more and more commercial sports fields are available. People generally reserve a sports field by means of telephone reservation and the like and arrive at the venue at the reserved time to perform sports activities. However, conventional stadiums require workers to turn on the lights before guests arrive at the stadium for the guests to move about. Therefore, a plurality of workers are needed to operate the light in the venue, and the labor cost is high.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a system and a method for controlling light reservation of a stadium, and aims to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, a stadium needs workers to operate light.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a venue light reservation control system, which includes a user side reservation system, a platform server, a database server, a merchant management system, and an operation end control device, where the user side reservation system is mounted on a user side device, the merchant management system is mounted on a merchant side device, the user side device, the merchant side device, the database server, and the operation end control device are all in communication connection with the platform server, and the user side reservation system includes a predetermined venue module; the predetermined venue module comprises a venue selection module and a payment module; the operation end control device comprises a communication module and a control module; the communication module is connected with the control module; the control module is electrically connected with the light switches of all the sites in the venue.

Preferably, the operation end control device further comprises a control display panel, a load equipment fault alarm device, an arrival time reminding device and a booking two-dimensional code; the control display panel, the load equipment fault alarm device and the arrival time reminding device are all connected with the control module.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the invention provides a venue light reservation control system, which includes a user-side reservation system 100, a platform server 200, a database server 300, a merchant management system 400, and an operation-side control device 500. Specifically, the database server 300 is used for storing data output by the platform server 200 and outputting the data to the platform server 200. The user-side reservation system 100 is mounted on a user-side device 600, the merchant management system 400 is mounted on a merchant-side device 700, and the user-side device 600, the merchant-side device 700, the database server 300, and the operation-side control device 500 are all in communication connection with the platform server 200. Specifically, the user-side device 600 and the merchant-side device 700 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or a personal computer. The communication connection mode can be through WIFI, broadband network or mobile communication's communication connection.

As shown in fig. 2, the client reservation system 100 is an application program, which includes a reservation venue module 120. The reservation venue module 120 includes a venue selection module 121 and a payment module 122. The site selection module 121 is used for the user to select a site in the venue after selecting the venue. The payment module 122 is used to select a venue and pay the corresponding venue usage fee.

As shown in fig. 3, the operation terminal control device 500 includes a communication module 510 and a control module 520. The communication module 510 is connected to the control module 520. The control module 520 is electrically connected to the light switches 800 of each site in the venue. The light switch 800 may be one or more. Specifically, the communication module 510 is used for communicating with the platform server 200, and the communication module 510 may be a wireless communication module, a bluetooth module, or a network card module. The communication module 510 receives the instruction from the platform server 200 and transmits the instruction to the control module 520. The control module 520 is used for storing and executing instructions, and the control module 520 may be a control chip. The control module 520 controls the light switch 800 to be turned on before the start time appointed by the user and controls the light switch 800 to be turned off after the end time appointed by the user. The venue light reservation control system has the advantages of convenience in booking a venue, simplicity in operation and labor saving.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the console side control device 500 of the venue light reservation control system further includes a control display panel 530, a load device failure alarm device 540, an arrival time reminding device 550, and a two-dimensional order code 560. The control display panel 530, the load device failure alarm 540 and the arrival time reminding device 550 are all connected with the control module 520. Specifically, the control display panel 530 is a touch panel for displaying the operation information of the operation terminal control device 500 and manually operating the switch of the control light switch 800. The load device failure alarm device 540 includes a sensor connected to the lighting lamp in the venue, and when the lighting lamp in the venue fails and cannot be turned on, the sensor outputs failure information to the control display panel 530, and the control display panel 530 displays the failure information to remind the worker. The arrival time reminding device 550 comprises a timer and a reminding device, and the working principle is as follows: at a certain moment before the appointed end time from the site, for example, 10min before the end time, the timer outputs information to the control module 520, and the control module 520 controls the reminding device to work to prompt the user to turn off the light. The alerting means may be a broadcast speaker.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the user-side appointment system 100 of the venue light appointment control system further comprises a personal center module 110. The personal center module 110 includes an order management module 111, a load management module 112, a point redemption module 113, a redemption management module 114, a balance module 115, and a feedback management module 116. Specifically, the order management module 111 is used to view orders and chargebacks. The recharge management module 112 is used to view and manage recharge records. The points redemption module 113 is used for redeeming points for gifts. The redemption management module 114 is used to view and manage redemption operations. Balance module 115 is used to view the balance. The feedback management module 116 is used to submit, view and manage feedback opinions of venues. The personal center module 110 facilitates the user to manage the related information such as personal orders, points, balances and the like, and is convenient to use.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the merchant management system 400 of the venue lighting appointment control system is a software program including a member management module 410, an order management module 420, a statistical analysis module 430, a venue management module 440, an inventory management module 450, and a staff management module 460. Specifically, the member management module 410 is used for managing member profiles. The order management module 420 is used for managing order data. The statistical analysis module 430 is used for statistically analyzing the order situation. The venue management module 440 is used to manage operations of the venue. The purchase-sales-stock management module 450 is used to manage the purchase-sales-stock situation of the venue. The staff management module 460 is used for managing information of staff and clients in the venue. The merchant management system 400 facilitates merchant management of venues, customers, and insiders.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the predetermined venue module 120 of the venue light appointment control system further includes a location module 123, a venue selection module 124, a navigation module 125, a venue search module 126, and a top up module 127. Specifically, the positioning module 123 is configured to obtain user position information. The venue selection module 124 is used for the user to select a venue. The navigation module 125 is used to navigate to a specific location of the venue. The venue search module 126 is used to search for a designated venue. The recharge module 127 is used for recharging.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the venue selection module 121 of the venue lighting appointment control system includes a date selection module 1211, a venue type module 1212, and a venue selection module 1213. Specifically, date selection module 1211 is configured to select a date for booking a court, and court type module 1212 is configured to select a type of court, including a football court, a basketball court, a badminton court, and/or the like.
