The extractor hood further comprises a smoke machine controller and a shooting device, the shooting device is used for shooting operation pictures of users on the virtual operation interfaces, or shooting operation videos of the users on the virtual operation interfaces, or shooting the operation pictures and the operation videos of the users on the virtual operation interfaces, the virtual operation processor is connected with the shooting device, and the virtual operation recognition controller is used for carrying out data processing on the operation pictures collected by the shooting device, or carrying out data processing on the operation videos collected by the shooting device, or carrying out data processing on the operation pictures and the operation videos collected by the shooting device, recognizing gesture operations of the users on the virtual operation interfaces and determining control instructions corresponding to the gesture operations on the current virtual operation interfaces. The main controller is further configured to, when the control instruction determined by the virtual operation processor is to replace the projection screen, obtain corresponding display information from the storage module or the network module as the projection screen, and send the projection screen to the projection apparatus 11; when the control instruction determined by the virtual operation processor is used for controlling the range hood body 10, the control instruction for controlling the range hood body 10 is sent to the range hood controller; the range hood controller is specifically configured to control the driving device in the range hood body 10 to perform corresponding control operations according to the control instruction sent by the main controller.

The projection device 11 may be a Digital Light Processing (DLP) device, and the projected moving image has bright, fine, natural and vivid colors and good projection effect.

The shooting device can be an infrared sensor, or a video camera, or comprises an infrared sensor and a video camera. The infrared sensor is used for shooting an operation picture of a user on the virtual operation interface, and the light projected by the projection device 11 is filtered by the internal filter membrane and only comprises a visible light part, so that the infrared sensor can capture and shoot the operation process of the user, and the operation picture of the user is separated from the virtual operation interface; the video camera is used for shooting an operation video of a user on the virtual operation interface, a camera of the video camera actively emits infrared light to enhance the infrared light irradiated on the user body, so that an action image operated by the user can be further separated from the virtual operation interface, a plurality of user operation images with black and white monochromatic backgrounds are obtained, the virtual operation processor can process the obtained plurality of user operation images by adopting an image difference technology, the gesture operation of the user on the current virtual operation interface is recognized, then data analysis is carried out by combining the current virtual operation interface, the gesture operation and the position of the user, a control instruction corresponding to the gesture operation is determined, and the recognition accuracy is high.

Based on the above embodiments, the range hood of the embodiments of the present invention further includes a speaker, and the speaker is configured to play the sound files stored in the main controller, such as the alarm information and the sound in the video.
