1. A mounting bracket, comprising:

the mounting partition plate is vertically arranged, an opening is formed above the mounting partition plate, and mounting grooves are formed in three sides of the opening;

the mounting bracket comprises a plate body, a convex frame extends out of one side of the plate body, a clamping block is arranged at the side end of the convex frame, and the clamping block is matched with the mounting groove to detachably fix the mounting bracket on the mounting partition plate.

2. The mounting bracket of claim 1 further comprising a horizontal plate connected to the plate body.

3. The mounting bracket of claim 2, wherein the end of the horizontal plate away from the plate body is connected with a wire connecting bracket bent upwards or downwards.

4. The mounting bracket of claim 2, wherein the upper portion of the plate body is provided with a groove, the side of the horizontal plate is provided with a projection, the projection is clamped with the groove, and a filter plate is mounted on the horizontal plate.

7. The mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the plate body is provided with a square hole corresponding to the inner side of the convex frame, and a heat sink is fixed to the edge of the square hole by a connecting device.

8. The mounting bracket of claim 1 wherein the mounting bracket is an injection molded part and the mounting spacer is a sheet metal part.

9. The mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the mounting partition is provided with heat dissipation holes corresponding to the mounting positions of the main board.

10. The mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the panel mounts the main panel in a grid configuration.

11. An air conditioner comprising an outdoor unit and an electric box, wherein the electric box employs the mounting spacer and the mounting bracket as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 10.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliance packaging, and particularly relates to a mounting bracket suitable for mounting an outdoor unit electrical box and an air conditioner.

Background

At present, the air conditioner outdoor unit on the market has the electrical box which is mostly a sheet metal box arranged on the side wall of the shell of the air conditioner outdoor unit, a controller mainboard is flatly arranged in the sheet metal box, and the controller mainboard and electrical elements are sealed in the sheet metal box, so that the heat dissipation performance of the controller mainboard is poor. In addition, the outdoor unit is placed outdoors to operate, so that a mainboard in the electrical box of the outdoor unit is easy to generate dust accumulation in an outdoor dust raising environment to cause short circuit hidden trouble. Meanwhile, the side air outlet outdoor unit has compact internal space, and the enclosed metal plate electric appliance box occupies larger space. And closed sheet metal electrical apparatus box still has the problem that need utilize instrument dismouting electrical apparatus lid to lead to the operation complicacy when installing the wiring after sale.

Therefore, the main board of the sheet metal electrical box of the conventional air conditioner outdoor unit is poor in heat dissipation performance and easy to accumulate dust, the sheet metal electrical box occupies a large space for the side air outlet outdoor unit, and the operation of disassembling and assembling the electrical box cover during after-sale installation and wiring is complex, which is a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a mounting bracket suitable for mounting an outdoor unit electrical appliance box and an air conditioner, and aims to solve the technical problems that a main board of a sheet metal electrical appliance box of the conventional air conditioner outdoor unit is poor in heat dissipation performance and easy to accumulate dust, the sheet metal electrical appliance box occupies a large space for a side air outlet outdoor unit, and the operation of dismounting and mounting an electrical appliance box cover during after-sale wiring is complicated.

In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: providing a mounting bracket comprising:

the mounting partition plate is vertically arranged, an opening is formed above the mounting partition plate, and mounting grooves are formed in three sides of the opening;

the mounting bracket comprises a plate body, a convex frame extends out of one side of the plate body, a clamping block is arranged at the side end of the convex frame, and the clamping block is matched with the mounting groove to detachably fix the mounting bracket on the mounting partition plate.

Further, the mounting bracket further comprises a horizontal plate connected to the plate body.

Furthermore, one end of the horizontal plate, which is far away from the plate body, is connected with a wiring support bent upwards or downwards.

Preferably, the upper portion of plate body is equipped with the recess, and the side of horizontal plate is equipped with the lug, and the lug is installed on the horizontal plate with recess looks joint filtering board.

Further, the filtering plate is fixed on the horizontal plate through a clamping device, and the working surface of the filtering plate faces the lower side of the installation partition plate.

Compared with the prior art, the mounting bracket and the air conditioner provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects: the mounting bracket saves the box cover and the box body part of the sheet metal electric appliance box, saves the mounting space, solves the problem of inconvenient installation of the sheet metal electric appliance box caused by compact internal structure of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and simultaneously makes the mainboard vertically arranged and the filter plate inversely arranged on the mounting bracket, thereby reducing the dust accumulation of the mainboard and the filter plate and reducing the hidden trouble of short circuit of the mainboard and the filter plate, improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the mainboard and the filter plate, and being safe and reliable.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 4 and the embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a mounting bracket 1, including:

the vertically installed partition plate 2 is referred to as a reference position with respect to an installation reference position of the outdoor unit, i.e., is perpendicular to a bottom plate of the casing of the outdoor unit. An opening 21 is provided above the base, and three sides 211 of the opening 21 are respectively provided with a mounting groove 212, as shown in fig. 2. The mounting spacers 2 are preferably sheet metal members with short bent edges for supporting the mounting bracket 1 and separating the mounting bracket 1 from other devices and apparatuses in the outdoor unit 8.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3 together, in the present embodiment, the mounting bracket 1 includes a plate body 3 (as shown in fig. 3), a protruding frame 31 extends from one side of the plate body 3, three locking blocks 311 are disposed at the side end of the protruding frame 31 and correspond to the three mounting grooves 212 on the opening 21 of the mounting partition 2, and the locking blocks 311 and the mounting grooves 212 cooperate to detachably fix the mounting bracket 1 on the mounting partition 2. In a preferred embodiment, a pair of mounting grooves 212 are formed on the top of a pair of side edges 211 on both sides of the opening 21 of the installation partition 2, another mounting groove 212 is formed on the side edge 211 on the bottom of the opening 21, correspondingly, a pair of locking blocks 311 are formed on the top of a pair of side edges 211 on both sides of the protruding frame 31, and another locking block 311 is formed on the side edge 211 on the bottom of the protruding frame 31.

In this embodiment, a square hole 312 or a rectangular hole is formed on the plate 3 corresponding to the inner side of the protruding frame 31, and a heat sink 7 is fixed to the edge of the square hole 312 by a connection device, which may be a snap-fit structure or a bolt or screw structure. The controller mainboard 33 of electrical apparatus box is vertically installed on plate body 3 for reduce the laying dust of mainboard 33, avoid its unexpected short circuit. In a preferred embodiment, the heat sink 7 includes a plurality of heat dissipation plates arranged at intervals, the main plate 33 dissipates heat to the air around the main plate, the heat is conducted to the air at the square hole 312, and one end of the heat sink 7 exchanges heat with the hot air at the square hole. As a preferred embodiment, the mounting partition 2 is provided with heat dissipation holes 22 corresponding to the mounting positions of the main board 33, and the position of the main board 33 on the plate body 3 adopts a grid structure 34, so that the heat dissipation capability of the main board 33 is further improved.

In this embodiment, the mounting bracket 1 further includes a horizontal plate 4, the upper portion of the plate body 3 is provided with a groove 32, the lateral surface of the horizontal plate 4 is provided with two protrusions 41, and preferably, the two protrusions 41 are spaced from each other and are engaged with the groove 32. As an embodiment, the groove 32 is disposed at the top end of the plate body 3, the protrusion 41 is flexibly connected with the horizontal plate 4, and the protrusion 41 extends from the side surface of the horizontal plate 4 to the upper side of the groove 32 and is clamped in the groove 32, so as to facilitate the detachment between the horizontal plate 4 and the plate body 3 during after-sales maintenance. As another embodiment (not shown in the figures), the groove 32 may also be disposed at the side end of the upper portion of the plate body 3, in which case the protrusion 41 may be integrally connected or rigidly connected with the horizontal plate 4, and be inserted into the groove 32 from the side of the groove 32 to achieve the fixed connection between the horizontal plate 4 and the plate body 3. As other examples, the horizontal plate 4 may be replaced by a sloping plate having an angle greater or smaller than 90 degrees with respect to the plate body, i.e. sloping upwards or downwards.

In this embodiment, a filtering plate 5 passes through clamping device to be fixed on horizontal plate 4, and the working face of this filtering plate 5 is towards the below of installation baffle 2, and the dust that is stained with of the working face of reducible filtering plate 5 avoids its unexpected short circuit. In a preferred embodiment, the horizontal plate 4 is provided with a mounting opening, and the filter plate 5 is installed in the mounting opening in an inverted manner with its heat dissipation surface facing upward of the installation partition 2. In an embodiment, horizontal plate 4 is equipped with a plurality of draw-in grooves at the edge of installing port, and the latch device of filtering board 5 corresponds the complex cardboard with the draw-in groove including the side of card income filtering board 5, has reduced the use of screw, has improved the installation effectiveness. As another example, the chucking plate is also fastened to the horizontal plate 4 by screws.

As the preferred embodiment, the one end of horizontal plate 4 far away from plate body 3 is connected with the wiring support 6 of buckling downwards, and whole installing support 1 is the open "nearly" style of calligraphy from plate body 3, horizontal plate 4 extension to wiring support 6 is whole, has reduced the installation space of electrical apparatus box. As another embodiment, the terminal bracket 6 may also be bent upward from the end of the horizontal plate 4 away from the plate body 3. The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises an outdoor unit 8 and an electrical box, wherein the electrical box adopts the installation partition plate 2 and the installation support 1, and a sheet metal box cover structure is omitted. The mounting partition 2 is installed at the bottom of the cabinet 81 to separate the mounting bracket 1 from the blower 9 and the heat exchanger inside the cabinet 81. The wiring bracket 6 is used for fixing and accommodating a control cable or a pipeline between the controller main board 33 and the compressor 10, so that after-sale maintenance is facilitated.

The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
