Background

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the stripper which has the advantages of product integrity maintenance, high stripping efficiency and the like.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a demoulding machine comprises a frame, a needle stick demoulding unit arranged on the frame, a feeding mechanism used for conveying baking trays loaded with products to the needle stick demoulding unit, and a discharging mechanism used for outputting the products obtained by the needle stick demoulding unit from the feeding mechanism; the needle prick demoulding unit comprises a needle prick lifting mechanism, a needle prick station switching mechanism and a needle prick demoulding mechanism; the needle punch lifting mechanism is in driving connection with the needle punch demolding mechanism and is used for driving the needle punch demolding mechanism to move towards the baking tray to obtain a product or move away from the baking tray to drive the obtained product to be separated from the baking tray; the needle prick station switching mechanism is in driving connection with the needle prick demoulding mechanism and is used for driving the needle prick demoulding mechanism to move to the feeding mechanism or the discharging mechanism; the needle prick demoulding mechanism comprises a needle prick guide plate provided with a plurality of guide holes, a needle prick assembly arranged above the needle prick guide plate, and a needle prick driving mechanism in driving connection with the needle prick assembly; the needle punching driving mechanism is used for controlling the needle punching assembly to move in the guide holes so as to realize that the needle punching assembly obtains products from the baking tray or is separated from the obtained products.

According to the scheme, the needle punching assembly is driven by the needle punching demoulding mechanism to be punched into a product along the guide hole, and the needle punching lifting mechanism drives the needle punching demoulding mechanism to deviate from the product to move so that the product is separated from the baking tray, so that the problems that the product is demoulded by using an adsorption demoulding mode in the related technology, the integrity of the product is damaged, and the equipment is blocked are solved, the dropping of a decorated object on the surface of the product is favorably avoided, the integrity of the product is ensured, the damage of the product to the equipment is reduced, and the maintenance cost of the equipment is reduced; in addition, the contact between the demolding mechanism and the product can be enhanced by pricking the product through the needle pricking component, and the stability and the demolding efficiency in the needle pricking demolding process are improved.

Optionally, the needle pricking component comprises a needle frame in driving connection with the needle pricking driving mechanism, and a plurality of arc-shaped needles longitudinally mounted on the bottom surface of the needle frame; different arc-shaped needles correspond to different guide holes; the guide hole is an arc-shaped hole, and the arc direction of the guide hole is the same as that of the corresponding needle insertion; the arc-shaped needle can be driven by the needle pricking driving mechanism through the needle frame and extends out of the lower part of the needle pricking guide plate through the guide hole.
