Technical Field
The invention relates to a shell instrument, in particular to a puncture outfit shell and a puncture outfit, and belongs to the field of medical equipment.
Background
A puncture instrument is a surgical instrument used to establish access to the abdominal cavity. The penetrator generally includes two parts, a cannula assembly and a piercing mandrel. The general clinical use mode is as follows: a small incision is made in the abdomen of the patient, and the distal end of the piercing mandrel is inserted through the cannula assembly, exposing the distal end of the piercing mandrel from the distal end of the cannula assembly. The doctor holds the near end of the puncture core rod and applies puncture operating force to the puncture device, so that the far end of the puncture core rod is inserted into the abdominal cavity and drives the far end of the sleeve assembly to enter the inside of the abdominal cavity, the puncture core rod is pulled out, and the sleeve assembly forms a passage for the surgical instrument to enter and exit the abdominal cavity.
In operation, it is usually necessary to establish and maintain a stable pneumoperitoneum so as to form a sufficient operation space inside the abdominal cavity, and in order to avoid pneumoperitoneum leakage, a transition cap capable of further sealing is usually connected to the cannula cartridge at the proximal end of the cannula, and is arranged between the cannula cartridge and the puncture core rod holding part. In the disclosed prior art, a first seal is disposed in the cannula cartridge, and a second seal is disposed in the conversion cap, wherein the first seal generally provides a sealing function when no puncture core rod or surgical instrument is present in the cannula assembly due to the difference between the two sealing structures, the second seal generally provides a sealing function when a surgical instrument is present in the cannula assembly, the cannula cartridge and the conversion cap cooperate to ensure pneumoperitoneum stability, and the cannula cartridge and the conversion cap are connected and locked by a locking mechanism. Firstly, when the sleeve bin is connected with the conversion cap, the connection part of the sleeve bin and the conversion cap needs to ensure good sealing performance, meanwhile, a locking mechanism is generally needed in an operation to realize the separation of the sleeve bin and the conversion cap, after the conversion cap is detached, a tissue sample can be more conveniently taken out, and the damage of the tissue sample in the taking-out process is reduced.
The existing locking mechanism is complex to assemble, the requirement on the processing precision of parts is high, meanwhile, in order to realize the locking function, the locking mechanism is usually movably arranged inside a shell of the puncture outfit, in the using process of the puncture outfit, the locking mechanism is easy to generate unnecessary shaking or moving, thereby the normal work of the locking mechanism can be influenced, the locking mechanism is not beneficial to the disassembly and assembly between a conversion cap and a sleeve bin, in addition, the existing locking mechanism is usually required to realize the selective connection between the conversion cap and the sleeve bin by means of a rotary locking mode, the locking mechanism realizes the disassembly and assembly by adopting a mode of stirring a rotary button in the using process, and the clamping state is easy to occur in the stirring operation.
