preferably, the mixing in step (2) is carried out at a temperature of 40-45 ℃ for a time of 5-10 min.

10. The method of manufacturing according to claim 8 or 9, comprising the steps of:

(1) adding water, thickener and humectant into vacuum emulsifying pan, mixing and homogenizing at 80-85 deg.C for 5-10min to obtain homogeneous solution;

(2) and (2) cooling the homogenized liquid obtained in the step (1) to 40-45 ℃, then adding the rest components, stirring and mixing for 5-10min, cooling to below 38 ℃, discharging, and filling into an aluminum foil bag in which non-woven fabrics are placed in advance to obtain the whitening and wrinkle-removing facial mask.

The invention can make the face skin smooth and bright, has obvious effect of eliminating wrinkles, has the effect of moistening the skin, has no toxic or harmful raw materials, no side effect, and is safe and reliable.

CN108245476A discloses a whitening and spot-fading mask and a preparation method thereof, the whitening and spot-fading mask comprises high-concentration beauty fluid, mask paper paste and a packaging bag, wherein the high-concentration beauty fluid comprises a gel, a humectant, a preservative, emollient oil, a pH regulator, a whitening and spot-fading substance and the balance of distilled water, and the whitening and spot-fading substance comprises pearl powder, vitamin E, water-soluble β -glucan, protein powder, saffron crocus and lutein.

However, most of the existing facial masks have single efficacy, and cannot achieve the whitening and anti-wrinkle effects at the same time, and consumers prefer to obtain a multi-effect facial mask which can achieve the whitening and anti-wrinkle effects at the same time. Therefore, a mask having whitening and wrinkle-removing functions is to be developed to meet the market demand.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a skin conditioner for whitening and removing wrinkles, a mask and a preparation method thereof. The skin conditioner and the facial mask provided by the invention can reduce the melanin content of the skin, increase the expression of the fibrin and achieve the effects of whitening and removing wrinkles by reasonably proportioning the components. 0.01-0.5 part of α -arbutin, 1-5 parts of nicotinamide, 0.01-1 part of aminoethyl phosphinic acid, 0.01-0.2 part of fullerene, 0.01-1 part of acetyl hexapeptide-8, 0.01-1 part of BUDDLEJA OFFICINALIS (Buddleja OFFICINALIS) extract and 0.01-1 part of LACTOBACILLUS/rice fermentation product (Lactobacillus/RICE FERMENT).

α -arbutin has effects of inhibiting tyrosinase activity, inhibiting melanin generation and deposition, removing mottle and freckle, and has good therapeutic effect on scar caused by ultraviolet burn, and good antiinflammatory, repairing and whitening effects.

Nicotinamide, also known as nicotinamide, is an amide compound of nicotinic acid, is a skin anti-aging ingredient recognized in the field of beauty skin science, and can relieve and prevent dark, yellowish and vegetable colors of skin generated in the early aging process of skin. And meanwhile, the damaged stratum corneum lipid barrier can be repaired, and the skin resistance is improved.

Compared with α -arbutin, the aminoethyl phosphinic acid does not inhibit tyrosinase, but is responsible for converting tyrosinase into DOPA and DOPA quinone, so that the dopamine can be stabilized, and the conversion of the dopamine into melanin is prevented.

The fullerene can eliminate free radicals and avoid the influence of the free radicals on the skin, so that the problems of darkness, color spots and the like are reduced, the fullerene can prevent wrinkles from being generated and reduce the activity of collagen catabolic enzymes in the skin, so that the decomposition loss of the collagen in the skin is avoided, and the wrinkles can be improved after the wrinkles are generated.

The lactobacillus/rice fermentation product is a product obtained by fermenting lactobacillus with rice as a substrate, is a lactobacillus metabolite, is very complex rather than single component, is rich in various vitamins and proteins, has balanced nutrient content, inhibits free radicals, improves skin quality, and is an excellent comprehensive conditioner.

The components are creatively combined in a specific proportion, are matched with each other, have synergistic interaction, can effectively lighten melanin and wrinkles by inhibiting and eliminating melanin, increasing fibroblasts, smoothing fine lines and other action mechanisms aiming at the internal and external causes of the melanin and the wrinkles of the skin, and enables the skin to be white, fine and compact.

The weight portion of the buddleja officinalis extract is 0.01-1 part, and may be, for example, 0.01 part, 0.02 part, 0.05 part, 0.08 part, 0.1 part, 0.14 part, 0.18 part, 0.2 part, 0.3 part, 0.4 part, 0.5 part, 0.6 part, 0.7 part, 0.8 part, 0.9 part or 1 part.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the skin conditioner also comprises 0.01-1 part of radix sophorae flavescentis (Sophora angustifolia) root extract, 0.01-1 part of GLYCYRRHIZA INFLATA (Glycyrrhiza INFLATA) root extract, 0.01-1 part of SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS (Scutellaria BAICALENSIS) root extract and 0.01-1 part of ALOE BARBADENSIS (Aloe BARBADENSIS) leaf extract.

The sophora flavescens root extract contains active ingredients such as matrine, oxymatrine, hydroxymatrine and the like, and can balance oil secretion, dredge and astringe pores, clear away toxin impurities in skin, relieve skin itch, promote the growth and repair of damaged vascular nerve cells, recover the activity of subcutaneous capillary cells and promote the skin to be compact and smooth.

The scutellaria root extract is 0.01-1 part by weight, for example, 0.01 part, 0.02 part, 0.05 part, 0.08 part, 0.1 part, 0.14 part, 0.18 part, 0.2 part, 0.3 part, 0.4 part, 0.5 part, 0.6 part, 0.7 part, 0.8 part, 0.9 part or 1 part, etc.

The aloe vera leaf extract may be 0.01 to 1 part by weight, for example, 0.01 part, 0.02 part, 0.05 part, 0.08 part, 0.1 part, 0.14 part, 0.18 part, 0.2 part, 0.3 part, 0.4 part, 0.5 part, 0.6 part, 0.7 part, 0.8 part, 0.9 part or 1 part, etc.

In a second aspect, the invention provides a whitening and wrinkle-removing mask, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

1-14% of the skin conditioner of the first aspect, 2.5-10% of a humectant, 0.1-0.3% of a pH regulator, 0.06-0.45% of a thickener, and the balance water.

The humectant may be present in an amount of 2.5 to 10% by weight, for example 2.5%, 2.8%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, 7%, 7.5%, 8%, 9%, 9.5% or 10% by weight.

(2) and (2) mixing the homogenized liquid obtained in the step (1) with the rest components, filtering and discharging, and filling into an aluminum foil bag in which non-woven fabrics are placed in advance to obtain the whitening and wrinkle-removing facial mask.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the temperature for mixing and homogenizing in step (1) is 80 to 85 ℃, and may be, for example, 80 ℃, 81 ℃, 82 ℃, 83 ℃, 84 ℃, or 85 ℃; the time is 5-10min, such as 5min, 6min, 7min, 8min, 9min or 10 min.

Preferably, the mixing and homogenizing in the step (1) are carried out in a vacuum emulsifying pot.

Preferably, the temperature of the mixing in the step (2) is 40-45 ℃, for example, 40 ℃, 41 ℃, 42 ℃, 43 ℃, 44 ℃ or 45 ℃ and the like; the time is 5-10min, such as 5min, 6min, 7min, 8min, 9min or 10 min.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the skin conditioner provided by the invention is reasonably compatible with α -arbutin, aminoethyl phosphinic acid and nicotinamide as triple whitening components, can inhibit tyrosinase activity, reduce pigmentation, inhibit dopa enzyme, reduce pigment formation, promote pigment decomposition, whiten and brighten skin;

2. the skin conditioner provided by the invention is compounded with double anti-aging components of fullerene and acetyl hexapeptide-8, the fullerene removes free radicals, provides anti-oxidation protection, delays aging and wrinkles, and the acetyl hexapeptide-8 improves the area and depth of the wrinkles and lightens the wrinkles; meanwhile, the whitening and wrinkle-removing mask provided by the invention has dual effects of whitening and wrinkle resistance, and two skin care requirements can be met by one mask.
