Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of corrugated paper processing, in particular to a corrugated board and a processing technology thereof.

Background

The corrugated board is also called corrugated board, is formed by bonding at least one layer of corrugated paper and one layer of box board paper, and has better elasticity and extensibility. and finally, fixing the other panel on the corrugated board, the transverse paperboard strip and the vertical paperboard strip by using paper-plastic adhesives.

s01, preheating the corrugated medium paper by a preheater, and pressing the preheated corrugated medium paper into a corrugated board 1 by a corrugating machine;

s02, manufacturing a panel 2, namely coating a paper-plastic adhesive on the surface of one of the paper boards through a gluing machine, covering a cotton gauze 21 on the glued side of the paper board, scattering water-absorbent resin particles 221 on the glued side of the paper board, spreading the water-absorbent resin particles 221 on the paper board to enable the water-absorbent resin to be distributed in grids of the cotton gauze 21, then coating the paper-plastic adhesive on the spread water-absorbent resin particles 221 again, and finally covering the other paper board on the spread water-absorbent resin particles 221 to manufacture the panel 2, wherein the panel 2 sequentially comprises a paper board layer 23 made of the paper board, a bonding adhesive layer 22 formed after the paper-plastic adhesive is bonded and the paper board layer 23 made of the paper board from top to bottom;

coating a water-based flame retardant on the surface of the paperboard layer 23 to form a flame retardant layer 24;

coating paper plastic on the surface of the flame retardant layer 24, then adhering the waterproof film 251 on the flame retardant layer 24, then coating paper plastic on the surface of the waterproof film 251, and then adhering the kraft paper 252 on the waterproof film 251;

the panel 2 is manufactured by sequentially arranging kraft paper 252, a waterproof film 251, a flame-retardant layer 24, a paperboard layer 23, an adhesive layer, the paperboard layer 23, the flame-retardant layer 24, the waterproof film 251 and the kraft paper 252 from top to bottom;

s03, manufacturing the transverse cardboard strip 3, namely cutting the cardboard into a plurality of first side plates 31 with the same size, and adhering the two first side plates 31 and the first paper tubes 32 together with paper and plastic to manufacture the transverse cardboard strip 3;

s04, gluing a plurality of transverse cardboard strips 3 to one panel 2 by paper-plastic adhesive, wherein the distance between every two adjacent transverse cardboard strips 3 is equal; a yielding groove 33 for embedding the vertical cardboard strip 4 is cut on each transverse cardboard strip 3; then adhering a plurality of vertical cardboard strips 4 to the panel 2 by using paper plastics, so that each vertical cardboard strip 4 is perpendicular to each transverse cardboard strip 3 and is embedded in the abdicating groove 33;

adhering the corrugated boards 1 to the panel 2 with paper and plastic cement respectively so as to be respectively in a grid-shaped area formed by a plurality of transverse paperboard strips 3 and vertical paperboard strips 4;

finally, another panel 2 is adhered to the corrugated board 1, the transverse paperboard strips 3 and the vertical paperboard strips 4 by paper and plastic cement.
