Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of textiles, and particularly relates to a reflective fabric for textile.

Background

With the improvement of the quality of life and the development of material technology, the requirements of people on dressing and dressing become stricter at a little. As a manufacturing material of the clothes, the fabric not only can explain the style and the characteristics of the clothes, but also directly controls the expression effects of the color and the shape of the clothes. However, the traditional fabric is single in function, only has the effect of beauty and comfort, and is more and more difficult to meet the diversified requirements of people in different environments and under different conditions. The functional fiber and the fabric show the inherent advantages in this respect, and can meet the increasingly diversified and even harsh requirements of people on the fabric. At present, multifunctional textiles such as waterproof and flame retardant textiles are widely applied to various fields such as clothing fabrics, life fabrics (umbrella fabrics, tents, kitchen fabrics, dining table fabrics and decorative fabrics), industrial fabrics, labor protection fabrics and military fabrics.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a reflective fabric for textile, which has excellent reflective performance, improves the water washing resistance and the wear resistance of the reflective fabric, and further prolongs the service life of the reflective fabric.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

the textile reflective fabric comprises a polysulfone amide yarn layer, an epoxy resin layer, a polyurethane coating and a reflective material layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein the reflective material layer is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-45 parts of glass beads, 1-20 parts of graphene, 3-10 parts of polypropylene fibers and 15-34 parts of polyethylene glycol.

Preferably, the polyurethane coating is added with 50-70 parts of dimethylformamide, 10-18 parts of glass fiber for spinning and 1-7 parts of graphite in parts by weight.

Preferably, the polysulfone amide yarn layer is prepared by soaking polysulfone amide yarns in mixed slurry of polyethylene glycol/polyacrylic acid, padding and drying.

Preferably, the molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol is 3000-4000.

Further preferably, the weight ratio of polyethylene glycol/polyacrylic acid is 1: 1-3.

According to the reflective fabric provided by the invention, the outer reflective material layer is added with the graphene, the polypropylene fiber and the polyethylene glycol besides the glass beads, so that the overall wear resistance of the fabric can be obviously improved by more than 5%.

Preferably, each component for preparing the reflecting material layer also comprises 0.5-2.2 parts of wear-resistant auxiliary agent.

The wear-resistant auxiliary agent adopts the conventional auxiliary agent in the field and can be directly purchased in the market.

Preferably, the wear-resistant additive is nano silicon dioxide.

Preferably, the graphene has a particle size of 1-10 microns.

Preferably, the preparation method of the yarn used by the reflective material layer comprises the following steps: mixing polyethylene glycol, graphene and polypropylene fibers, stirring uniformly at the temperature of 200-250 ℃, adding glass beads, mixing uniformly, drying, and spinning to obtain the yarn.

Preferably, the thickness of the reflective material layer is 1/10-1/8 of the total thickness of the reflective fabric.

Compared with the prior art, the textile reflective fabric provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that:

according to the reflective fabric provided by the invention, the graphene, the polypropylene fiber and the polyethylene glycol are added in the reflective layer besides the glass beads, so that the overall wear resistance of the fabric can be obviously improved; and the toughness, the wear resistance and the waterproofness of the fabric can be obviously improved by adopting a multi-layer combination mode below the reflective layer. And test results show that the polyurethane layer added with the glass fiber is arranged below the reflective layer, so that the excellent reflective performance of the fabric can be ensured.
