Background

The anti-galactorrhea pad is an essential daily article for controlling galactorrhea during female lactation, and is generally divided into four parts, namely a surface layer, a diversion layer, an absorption core body and a bottom layer, wherein the layers are bonded together by spraying glue, and the bottom layer is attached with gum and release paper. The bottom layer plays a crucial role in the structure of the whole anti-galactorrhea pad, and has great influence on preventing the penetration of the latex and improving the wearing comfort.

The conventional spill-proof breast pad bottom layer material in the market and research is a polyethylene film, but the air permeability is poor; even though some of the spill proof pad chassis layers use nonwoven materials for improved breathability, they have poor permeation resistance and low hydrostatic pressure resistance. Therefore, there is much room for improvement in the underlying material.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the prior anti-galactorrhea pad has the technical problems of poor air permeability, poor permeability resistance, poor hydrostatic pressure resistance and the like.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a bottom layer composite material of an anti-galactorrhea pad, which is characterized by having a three-layer composite structure, wherein the first layer is a spunmelt fabric close to an absorption core, namely the composite material of a spunbonded fabric and a meltblown fabric, the two outer surfaces of the spunmelt fabric are both spunbonded fabrics, the second layer is a meltblown fabric, and the third layer is a spunbonded fabric.

Preferably, the first layer, the second layer and the third layer are all made of polypropylene. The polypropylene fibers themselves have water repellency.
