b. installing a clamping mechanism: supporting the connecting plate at one end of the conveyor belt, and inserting the positioning lugs into the corresponding positioning grooves;

c. dispensing: the conveying belt drives the clamping mechanism to convey forwards, the PCB is conveyed to the position below the dispensing machine, under the action of the dispensing machine, the printing glue is printed on the corresponding position on the PCB, and the printing glue is one of solder paste and red glue;

d. and (4) checking: after dispensing, the conveying belt conveys the PCB out of the lower part of the dispenser, the dispensing position and the dispensing are checked, the next operation is carried out after the PCB is qualified, and the dispensing is carried out again after unqualified products are cleaned and blown;

e. component mounting: conveying the PCB subjected to qualified dispensing to the lower part of a chip mounter by a conveying belt for mounting components;

f. reflow soldering: conveying the mounted PCB to a reflow soldering furnace for reflow soldering under the action of a conveyor belt, and soldering components on the PCB;

AOI test: conveying the welded PCB to an AOI (automated optical inspection) detector for detection, carrying out the next operation on qualified products, and carrying out defective product maintenance on unqualified products;

h. turning the paster: and C, taking down the PCB after the AOI detection is qualified together with the clamping mechanism from the conveyor belt, unscrewing the fastening bolt, pulling out the positioning plate from the positioning groove, turning the PCB by 180 degrees, repeating the steps a to g, and finishing the paster processing of the PCB.
