An automatic conveyor is described in the patent (ZL 201420759635.5), but the following problems are found in the use of such an automatic conveyor: the design of the tensioning device of the automatic conveyor cannot achieve the aim, and an auxiliary device needs to be additionally arranged to achieve the tensioning degree of a chain on the automatic conveyor; the installation mode of the driving device of the automatic conveyor is a lateral vertical type, the stress is unbalanced in the operation process, and the stable and reliable operation of the equipment is reduced. The driving device is arranged at the inner side of the automatic conveyor frame, so that the installation and the maintenance are inconvenient; the mounting position of the chain wheel assembly of the automatic conveyor is difficult to position, and the automatic conveyor needs to be adjusted periodically when working, so that the downtime is increased, and the working efficiency is reduced; the automatic conveyor is not provided with the liquid receiving disc, and the scalding liquid on the seed plate group after scalding falls to the automatic conveyor and the ground, so that the conveyor and the ground are corroded, the service life of the automatic conveyor is shortened, and the working environment of workers is influenced; the plate detection device is arranged in the middle of the conductive rod, and the middle of the conductive rod sags due to bending deformation of the conductive rod after a period of time, so that the proximity switch on the sensor device cannot detect signals, and the stripping efficiency of the unit is influenced. Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1-6, the automatic seed plate conveyor of the invention comprises a frame 1, two tensioning devices 3 and 14, two chains 5, a driving device 15, a sensor bracket 11 and a proximity switch 12; the frame 1 comprises two girders, two chains 5 are symmetrically arranged on the two girders respectively, two tensioning devices 3 and 14 are symmetrically arranged on the two girders respectively through bolts for a pressing plate, the two tensioning devices 3 and 14 are arranged at the same ends of the two girders, the excircle of a chain wheel shaft of each tensioning device 3 and 14 is matched and arranged with the upper hole of the frame 1 respectively, the chain wheel of each tensioning device is arranged on the inner side of the frame 1 during installation, the upper pressing plate of each tensioning device is matched and arranged with the upper side surface of the frame 1 respectively, and the pressing plate is fixed on the frame 1 through bolts. The two tensioning devices 3 and 14 are used for quickly and accurately adjusting the tightness degree of the chain 5, and if the chain is too loose, the two tensioning devices are simultaneously moved in the direction away from the driving device, and if the chain is too tight, the two tensioning devices are simultaneously moved in the direction of the driving device. The driving device 15 drives the two chains 5 to move simultaneously, and the driving device 15 is arranged at the lower part of the frame 1; a sensor support 11 is installed at one end, far away from a tensioning device, of a girder of the machine frame 1 through a bolt 8, a gasket 9 and a spring gasket 10, a proximity switch 12 is installed on the sensor support 11, the proximity switch 12 is located above the chain 5, and the proximity switch detects the outer end face of the tail end of the conducting rod during working. When the proximity switch 12 installed on the sensor bracket 11 senses a signal that the seed plates arrive, the automatic conveyor stops operating, the seed plates are taken away by the robot on the unit, and the automatic conveyor operates again.

Frame 1 is including the first girder and the second girder that are parallel to each other, the frame landing leg is all connected to the bottom of first girder and the bottom of second girder, two overspeed device tensioner 3, 14 are including first overspeed device tensioner 3 and second overspeed device tensioner 14, two chains 5 include first chain and second chain, install four sprocket components on the automatic conveyer altogether, wherein two sprocket components pass through for the clamp plate bolt symmetry to be installed in frame 1 girder one end, two other sprocket components pass through the clamp plate symmetry to be installed on the frame landing leg of frame 1, four sprocket component cochain shaft excircles respectively with the cooperation installation of frame upper bore during the installation, sprocket component cochain wheel is in the inboard of frame 1, sprocket component top board respectively with the side cooperation installation on the frame, the clamp plate is fixed in the frame with the bolt. Each chain link of the two chains 5 is provided with a groove, and a conductive rod is hung at the corresponding groove of the two chains 5. The sensor support 11 is arranged at the tail end of the conductive rod, so that the phenomenon that the sensor cannot sense signals due to deformation of the conductive rod after the automatic conveyor works for a period of time is prevented.

The liquid receiving disc 7 is installed on the conveyor, and the liquid receiving disc 7 is installed at the bottom of the conveyor. After the plate group after being scalded is hoisted to the automatic conveyor, the scalping solution on the plate group can flow into the liquid receiving disc 7 to prevent the scalping solution from flowing to the rack and the working ground.
