7. The aqueous ink composition containing an ultraviolet-resistant pigment according to claim 1, wherein the filler is any one of clay, montmorillonite, zeolite, and vermiculite, or a mixture of two or more thereof in any mass ratio.

8. The method for preparing an aqueous ink composition containing an ultraviolet-resistant pigment according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:

(1) dissolving an organic pigment by using alcohol solvent with half of the mass of the organic pigment, uniformly stirring, mixing with a siloxane coupling agent, heating in a water bath at 50-70 ℃ for 1-4 hours while stirring until the end of gel hydrolysis to obtain the ultraviolet-resistant pigment, wherein the molar ratio of the organic pigment to the siloxane coupling agent is 1: 2;

(2) and weighing the ultraviolet-resistant pigment obtained in the last step, the water-based resin or emulsion, the solvent, the auxiliary agent and the filler with the particle size of 0.1-5 microns according to the mass ratio, stirring and mixing, uniformly mixing, and grinding at the rotating speed of 1000-3000 r/min for 2-6 hours to obtain the water-based ink composition containing the ultraviolet-resistant pigment.

9. The use of the aqueous ink composition containing an ultraviolet ray resistant pigment according to any one of claims 1 to 7 for gravure printing.

10. The method of use according to claim 9, wherein the pattern depth of the plate roll is 40 to 50 μm and the printing speed is 50 to 150 m/min.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of water-based ink, and particularly relates to a water-based ink composition containing an ultraviolet-resistant pigment, and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

With the development of water-based ink, the cooperativity of corresponding materials used together with water-based resin is increasingly emphasized. Among the materials used in aqueous inks, pigment is an important material that cannot be ignored, and is influenced by the pigment and the environment in which it is used, except for the importance of the synergy between the pigment and the resin. Wherein, the ultraviolet ray can cause the fading of the common water-based ink and shorten the service life of the common water-based ink.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the present invention is to provide an aqueous ink composition containing an ultraviolet-resistant pigment. The specific technical scheme is as follows:

an aqueous ink composition containing an ultraviolet-resistant pigment comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35-56% of water-based resin or emulsion, 10-30% of ultraviolet-resistant pigment, 15-30% of solvent, 2-5% of auxiliary agent and 10-20% of filler; the UV resistant pigment has the structure of (RO) 3Si-X-Si(OR) 3X is an organic pigment molecule and R is an alkyl group of 1 to 3 atoms.

Preferably, the organic pigment is any one of pigment red, pigment yellow and pigment blue or a mixture of two or more of the pigments in any mass ratio.

Preferably, the aqueous resin or emulsion is any one of or a mixture of two or more of aqueous acrylic resin, styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion, aqueous polyurethane, aqueous polyester resin, aqueous alkyd resin, aqueous chlorinated polypropylene resin, alkenoic acid ester and methacrylate polymer emulsion in any mass ratio.

Preferably, the solvent is water and butanone, wherein the water accounts for 10-20% of the total mass of the water-based ink composition, and the butanone accounts for 5-10% of the total mass of the water-based ink composition.

Preferably, the auxiliary agent comprises a defoaming agent, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent and a thickening agent.

More preferably, the defoaming agent and the wetting agent are acetylene glycol and account for 1.5 percent of the total mass of the water-based ink composition; the dispersant is phosphate ester, which accounts for 0.9 percent of the total mass of the water-based ink composition; the thickener is ethoxylated alcohol and accounts for 0.6 percent of the total mass of the water-based ink composition.

Preferably, the filler is any one of clay, montmorillonite, zeolite and vermiculite or a mixture of two or more of the clay, the montmorillonite, the zeolite and the vermiculite in any mass ratio.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based ink composition containing the ultraviolet-resistant pigment. The specific technical scheme is as follows:

a method for preparing an aqueous ink composition containing an ultraviolet-resistant pigment, comprising the steps of:

(1) dissolving an organic pigment by using alcohol solvent with half of the mass of the organic pigment, uniformly stirring, mixing with a siloxane coupling agent, heating in a water bath at 50-70 ℃ for 1-4 hours while stirring until the end of gel hydrolysis to obtain the ultraviolet-resistant pigment, wherein the molar ratio of the organic pigment to the siloxane coupling agent is 1: 2;

(2) and weighing the ultraviolet-resistant pigment obtained in the last step, the water-based resin or emulsion, the solvent, the auxiliary agent and the filler with the particle size of 0.1-5 microns according to the mass ratio, stirring and mixing, uniformly mixing, and grinding at the rotating speed of 1000-3000 r/min for 2-6 hours to obtain the water-based ink composition containing the ultraviolet-resistant pigment.

The invention also provides application of the water-based ink composition containing the ultraviolet-resistant pigment. The specific technical scheme is as follows:

the water-based ink composition containing the ultraviolet-resistant pigment is applied to gravure printing.
