9. A method of preparing an ink-receptive non-spreading ink as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 8, comprising the steps of: mixing the original ink with the primary wine to obtain the ink without spreading ink stain.

10. Use of the ink-nondiffusion ink of any one of claims 4 to 8 or the ink-nondiffusion ink prepared by the method of claim 9 for writing or drawing.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of ink, in particular to application of a first-run wine as an ink adaptation liquid, ink-stain non-diffusion ink and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

The traditional ink or ink block used for writing and drawing is generally diluted by water, however, the water cannot be fully fused with the ink, and the water can dilute glue in the ink or ink block, so that the adhesive force of the glue in the ink or ink block is obviously reduced or even lost, and the ink diluted by the water is easy to run or bleed during the use process.

The invention aims to provide application of a turn of liquor as an ink adapting liquid, ink-stain-non-diffusion ink and a preparation method and application thereof.

Detailed Description

The invention provides application of a round of wine as an ink adaptation liquid.

In the invention, the liquor of one round is preferably the liquor of one round of Maotai-flavor liquor brewed by the Maotai-town ancient brewing process in Guizhou province.

In the invention, the first round of wine contains ethanol, methanol, acid and ester, and the volume percentage concentration of the ethanol is preferably 55-56%; the mass concentration of the methanol is preferably 0.5-2.0 mg/L, more preferably 0.5-1.5 mg/L, and most preferably 0.7-0.8 mg/L; the concentration of the acid is preferably 4-10 mg/L, more preferably 4-8 mg/L, and most preferably 5-6 mg/L in terms of acetic acid; the concentration of the ester is preferably 10-15 mg/L, more preferably 11-14 mg/L, and most preferably 12-13 mg/L in terms of ethyl acetate. In the present invention, the composition of the run of wine preferably further comprises impurities. In the invention, the impurities are preferably solid matters, lead and cyanide, the concentration of the solid matters is preferably 0.01-0.03 mg/L, the concentration of the lead is preferably less than 0.008mg/L, and the concentration of the cyanide is preferably less than 0.93 mg/L.

The invention provides ink without spreading ink stains, which comprises original ink and a round of wine; the first run of wine contains ethanol, methanol, acids and esters.

In the present invention, the raw ink preferably comprises an ink stick or an ink stock solution, more preferably an ink stock solution; the ink stock preferably comprises a smoke ink or an ink. In the invention, the solid content of the ink stock solution is preferably 15-20%, more preferably 16-19%, and most preferably 17-18%. The source of the ink stick and ink stock solution is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products well known to those skilled in the art may be used.

In the invention, the volume ratio of the ink stock solution to the liquor of the round is preferably 1: (0.05 to 0.2), more preferably 1: (0.05 to 0.15), most preferably 1: (0.06-0.1).

The ink block and the wine in one round are not particularly limited, and the ink block can be diluted to be in a usable state by adopting the amount of the ink adapting liquid well known in the field.

The ink-stain-non-diffusion ink provided by the invention takes the liquor of one round as the ink adaptation liquid, the acid contained in the liquor of one round can enable the glue activity in the original ink to be higher, the adhesive force of the ink is improved, when writing or drawing is carried out on special paper or canvas, the ink-stain-non-diffusion ink is smooth and non-dispersed, is adhesive and non-stagnation, does not have the phenomenon of ink running or feathering, and has good application prospect.

The invention provides a preparation method of ink stain non-diffusion ink, which comprises the following steps: mixing the original ink with the primary wine to obtain the ink without spreading ink stain.

The invention provides the application of the ink-stain non-diffusion ink in the technical scheme or the ink-stain non-diffusion ink prepared by the preparation method in the technical scheme in special paper or canvas.
