Background

After the coke oven is large-sized, in the coking production process, the coal charging amount of a single-hole coking chamber is larger, a large amount of high-temperature raw coke gas (800-850 ℃) is generated, and the raw coke gas easily overflows from the upper part of a coke side oven door frame to cause the smoke of an oven body.

The upper part of the original furnace door frame is sealed by adopting a mode of grouting by common clay fire clay and phosphoric acid, the sealing effect is poor, the period is short, grouting and sealing are needed again generally within 30 days, and the labor intensity of furnace body smoking and operating personnel is increased to a certain extent.

The invention aims to solve the problems of poor durability caused by sealing in a traditional common clay fire clay and phosphoric acid grouting mode in the prior art, and provides a sealing component at the upper part of a coke oven door frame, a manufacturing tool and a manufacturing method thereof.

Compared with the common clay fire clay and phosphoric acid grouting method, the coke oven door frame upper sealing component has longer service cycle, reduces the cost and the labor intensity of operating personnel; the invention not only solves the phenomenon of frequent smoking on the upper part of the furnace door frame, reduces the smoking of the furnace body and the labor intensity of operators, but also has obvious sealing effect and longer cycle time compared with the original sealing method, and the sealing method needs to be reprocessed within about 6 months, thereby greatly reducing the smoking of the furnace body and the labor intensity of the operators.
