step 2: adding citric acid, bergamot essential oil and bacteriostatic agent into deionized water, and mixing uniformly;

and step 3: and (3) adding a surfactant into the solution obtained in the step (2), and stirring for 60-100min under vacuum to obtain the water-based paint.
