Background

The suede leather is a general name of leather with a fine suede-like surface, and is a suede leather with a front surface and a meat surface, wherein part or all of grain surfaces of the suede leather are ground. The multifunctional pigskin, cowhide and sheepskin are made by chrome tanning method, and the suede leather is only sanded and dyed, and has no chemical coating, so that it has good air permeability and good flexibility. The finished suede leather product is comfortable to wear and has good sanitary performance, so that the finished suede leather product is widely applied to manufacturing leather shoes, leather clothing, leather bags, gloves and the like. The cow leather is one of the most commonly used leather raw materials in production and life, because the cow leather has relatively low price and rich sources, and leather products produced by the cow leather are firm and durable and are deeply favored by wide consumers. The cowhide suede leather is also a raw material which can be frequently seen in daily leather shoes and sports shoes. The cowhide suede leather has good performances of ventilation and sweat absorption, and can keep warm, so that the cowhide suede leather is widely used in shoe styles of spring, summer, autumn and winter. However, the leather has hard surface and not ideal hand feeling, and in order to make the cowhide suede leather have better use hand feeling, the leather is treated by a greasing process and selection of grease so as to be soft and oily. The common technological process is that the shaved leather is treated through sanding, retanning, neutralization, water washing, dyeing, greasing and fixing, then the hand feeling is treated by grease, and then the shaved leather is treated through water washing, drum discharging, milling and the like to form the leather. However, in the cowhide treatment process, due to poor compatibility of materials among the working procedures, after each working procedure is finished, water is required to be washed and changed to enter the next working procedure, namely, the leather blank can be produced after 4-5 times of water washing, so that the water consumption is increased, the working hours are prolonged, the unabsorbed materials in each working procedure, particularly the heavy metal trivalent chromium, are discharged, and meanwhile, the content of pollutants such as residual grease, filling materials, dyes and the like in the discharged liquid is high, so that the waste water treatment cost is greatly increased.

At present, various auxiliaries such as small-molecule chromium masking agents like sodium formate and sodium acetate or macromolecular organic carbon chrome tanning auxiliaries like fatty aldehyde tanning agents and acrolein modified polymer tanning agents are generally adopted to promote chromium absorption and reduce chromium consumption and chromium emission, but the carbon leather chrome tanning auxiliaries cannot well improve leather performances such as fullness, foaming feeling, filling property, flexibility, velvet feeling and folding resistance.

the neutralization treatment process comprises the following steps: adding 150% of water, 2% of sodium formate and 2% of neutralizing aid, rotating the rotary drum for 60min, then washing for 10min and heating to 60 ℃;

the dyeing and fat-liquoring treatment process comprises the following steps: adding 150% of water with the temperature of 40 ℃, 1.5% of dicyandiamide tannin, 2% of amphoteric synthetic tannin, 4% of tannin extract, 2% of dye, 1% of epoxy silicone oil and 2% of polyurethane crosslinked silane, rotating a drum for 50min, adding 2% of sulfonated oil, 2% of phosphate and 5% of synthetic oil, rotating the drum for 50min, adding 0.8% of formic acid, stopping the drum, and standing for 3 hours.

Furthermore, the epoxy silicone oil added in the tanning process accounts for 3-4% of the mass of the leather material; the isocyanate crosslinking silane accounts for 1-2% of the mass of the leather; 3-5% of the mass of the polyurethane cross-linked silica gel leather.

Further, the epoxy silicone oil added in the re-kneading process accounts for 1-2% of the mass of the leather; the greasing silicone oil accounts for 1-2% of the mass of the leather material; the mass of the retanning silica gel is 3-4% of that of the leather.

The preparation method of the environment-friendly suede leather has the beneficial effects that:
