1. A converter mouth protection device is characterized by comprising,
a protective cover;
one end of the beam is connected with a travelling trolley arranged on a guide rail above the converter, and the other end of the beam is connected with a protective cover;
and the counterweight device is arranged on the cross beam and is arranged opposite to the cross beam.
2. The converter mouth guard of claim 1, further comprising a drive mechanism for engaging the counterweight, the drive mechanism being disposed on the beam for adjusting the position of the counterweight.
3. The converter mouth guard of claim 2, wherein the drive mechanism comprises:
the two axial ends of the screw rod are respectively provided with a screw rod supporting seat fixedly connected to the cross beam, and a nut of the screw rod is fixedly connected with the counterweight device;
the speed reducing motor is arranged on the cross beam or the screw rod supporting seat, and an output shaft of the speed reducing motor is connected with the screw rod on the screw rod supporting seat through a coupler.

The converter mouth protecting device according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the counterweight device comprises a counterweight and a pair of mounting seats, one of the mounting seats is symmetrically mounted on both radial sides of the cross beam, and the counterweight is connected to the bottoms of the two mounting seats by fasteners.
5. The converter mouth guard of claim 1 wherein the shield is suspended from the cross-beam by a hook.
6. The converter mouth protecting device of claim 3, wherein an electric cabinet is mounted on the cross beam, and the electric cabinet contains a switch device for controlling the switch of the speed reducing motor and a controller for adjusting the parameters of the speed reducing motor.

Background

one end of the beam is connected with a travelling trolley arranged on a guide rail above the converter, and the other end of the beam is connected with a protective cover;
and the counterweight device is arranged on the cross beam and is arranged opposite to the cross beam.
In an embodiment of the invention, the protection device further includes a driving mechanism sleeved on the counterweight device, and the driving mechanism is disposed on the cross beam to adjust the position of the counterweight device.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the driving mechanism includes:
the two axial ends of the screw rod are respectively provided with a screw rod supporting seat fixedly connected to the cross beam, and a nut of the screw rod is fixedly connected with the counterweight device;
the speed reducing motor is arranged on the cross beam or the screw rod supporting seat, and an output shaft of the speed reducing motor is connected with the screw rod on the screw rod supporting seat through a coupler.
In an embodiment of the invention, the counterweight device includes a counterweight block and a pair of mounting seats, one of the mounting seats is symmetrically mounted on two radial sides of the cross beam, and the counterweight block is connected to the bottoms of the two mounting seats by fasteners.
