1. A converter mouth protection device is characterized by comprising,

a protective cover;

one end of the beam is connected with a travelling trolley arranged on a guide rail above the converter, and the other end of the beam is connected with a protective cover;

and the counterweight device is arranged on the cross beam and is arranged opposite to the cross beam.

2. The converter mouth guard of claim 1, further comprising a drive mechanism for engaging the counterweight, the drive mechanism being disposed on the beam for adjusting the position of the counterweight.

Disclosure of Invention

To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a converter mouth guard, comprising,

a protective cover;

one end of the beam is connected with a travelling trolley arranged on a guide rail above the converter, and the other end of the beam is connected with a protective cover;

and the counterweight device is arranged on the cross beam and is arranged opposite to the cross beam.

In an embodiment of the invention, the protection device further includes a driving mechanism sleeved on the counterweight device, and the driving mechanism is disposed on the cross beam to adjust the position of the counterweight device.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the driving mechanism includes:

the two axial ends of the screw rod are respectively provided with a screw rod supporting seat fixedly connected to the cross beam, and a nut of the screw rod is fixedly connected with the counterweight device;

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided for illustrative purposes, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the present disclosure.

The converter vaporization flue is one of main supporting equipment for converter steelmaking, and the equipment is used for collecting high-temperature flue gas to the maximum extent during working, bearing the highest furnace gas temperature and severe and frequent temperature changes, and simultaneously having the worst working condition and being most prone to bonding splashing steel slag. During the repair of the steel-making converter, the masonry of the furnace bricks of the converter and the vaporization flue of the converter above the converter are synchronously repaired, and meanwhile, in the assembly of the masonry or the vaporization flue of the converter, in order to conveniently lift the required materials, guide rails can be respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the converter, walking trolleys are placed on the guide rails, and beams can be arranged between the walking trolleys for lifting the materials.

After the converter is built, dense-arrangement pipe water testing work of the vaporization flue is needed, and at the moment, in order to prevent sundries or water in the vaporization flue from falling into the converter from a converter mouth, the converter mouth of the converter needs to be protected, so that the protection device is provided for protecting the converter mouth.

Referring to fig. 1, the protection device includes a protection cover 2, a beam 1 and a counterweight device 5, one end of the beam 1 is connected to a traveling trolley disposed on a guide rail, the other end of the beam 1 is connected to the protection cover 2, the shape of the protection cover 2 is adapted to the size of a converter mouth, the protection cover is generally arranged in a circular shape, and the counterweight device 5 is mounted on one side of the beam 1 opposite to the protection cover 2 for balancing the beam 1. It should be noted that, the driving device, such as a motor, is installed on the traveling trolley, the driving device of the traveling trolley is connected with the control handle through a signal line, when the converter mouth needs to be protected, a technician drives the traveling trolley through the control handle, and the traveling trolley drives the protective cover 2 to move towards the converter through the cross beam 1 until the protective cover 2 is placed above the converter mouth.

Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the shield 2 is composed of a support frame 22 connected to the beam 1 and a thin plate laid on the support frame 22, the support frame 22 is substantially x-shaped, and the support frame 22 is formed by welding a light circular tube. In order to facilitate the falling of objects on the upper part of the vaporization flue or the falling of leaked water flow into the protection cover 2 and then the falling of the leaked water flow from the protection cover 2 to the outside as soon as possible, the central point of the protection cover 2 can be protruded towards the direction of the vaporization flue to form a conical shape. In this embodiment, the cross beam 1 is connected with the traveling trolley through a hoisting main beam 11. Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the protection device further includes a driving mechanism disposed at the bottom of the cross beam 1, the driving mechanism is fixedly connected to the cross beam 1 and disposed near the traveling trolley, the counterweight device 5 is sleeved on the driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism adjusts the position of the counterweight device 5. Referring to fig. 3, the driving mechanism includes a speed reduction motor 41 and a lead screw 43, wherein the lead screw 43 may be, for example, a ball screw, the axial ends of the lead screw 43 are respectively connected to a lead screw support base 42 fixedly connected to the cross beam 1, the speed reduction motor 41 may be directly mounted on the cross beam 1 or fixedly connected to a lead screw support base 42, an output shaft of the speed reduction motor 41 is connected to the lead screw 43 on the lead screw support base 42 through a coupling for driving the lead screw 43 to rotate, and the counterweight device 5 is sleeved on the lead screw 43 and connected to a nut of the lead screw 43. When the protective cover 2 is used, the speed reducer is controlled to rotate according to the weight of the protective cover 2 to adjust the counterweight device 5 to be located at the position of the screw rod.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, the counterweight device 5 includes a counterweight block 50 and a pair of mounting seats 52, the mounting seats 52 are respectively mounted on two radial sides of the cross beam 1 and symmetrically arranged and connected to nuts on the lead screw 43, and the bottom of the mounting seat 52 is connected to the counterweight block 50 through fasteners such as bolts and screws. If the counterweight device 5 does not need to be adjusted in position by the driving mechanism, the mount 52 may be directly connected to the cross member 1. It should be noted that, the clamping plates 51 can be clamped on the upper and lower surfaces of the counterweight block 50, the counterweight block 50 can be fixed into a whole by using a fastener, the mounting plate is connected with one of the clamping plates 51 through a screw, the mounting plate is not directly fixedly connected with the counterweight block 50, and the counterweight block 50 can be conveniently replaced according to actual conditions.

The mounting seat 52 mainly includes a first plate 522 and a second plate 521, as shown in fig. 2, the first plate 522 and the second plate 521 are vertically disposed, the first plate 522 is used for fixedly connecting the counterweight block 50, and meanwhile, the mounting seat 52 further includes a plurality of reinforcing plates 523 connected to the first plate 522 and the second plate 521, so as to enhance the structural strength of the reinforcing plates 523 and improve the carrying capacity of the mounting seat 52.

When the speed reducing motor 41 drives the screw rod 43 to rotate, the nut on the screw rod 43 drives the mounting seat 52 to move, and because the weight of the counterweight block 50 is larger, if the gravity of the counterweight block 50 is directly applied to the screw rod 43, the rotating torque required to be applied by the speed reducing motor 41 is increased, and the power consumption of the speed reducing motor 41 is increased. Therefore, in the present embodiment, both side surfaces of the cross beam 1 are respectively formed with an inwardly recessed groove 12, as shown in fig. 6, the cross section of the cross beam 1 is formed into a substantially i-shape, and the groove 12 extends along the length direction of the cross beam 1. On the second plate 521 of the mounting seat 52 a pair of rollers 53 is mounted, which rollers 53 are adapted to the recess 12 of the cross beam 1, so that the recess 12 can guide the counterweight 5. In addition, the beam 1 is arranged above the balancing weight 50, and after the roller 53 is contacted with the groove 12, most gravity of the balancing weight 50 can be borne, so that the gravity borne by the screw rod 43 can be reduced, and the rotating torque and the power consumption of the speed reducing motor 41 can be greatly reduced.

In this embodiment, an electric cabinet 3 may be further installed on the cross beam 1, as shown in fig. 1, the electric cabinet 3 includes a switch device for controlling the on/off of the reduction motor 41 and a controller related to adjusting parameters of the reduction motor 41, and the parameters of the reduction motor 41 may be a rotation speed, a forward rotation, a reverse rotation, and the like. The controller is connected with a control handle through a signal wire, the control handle can be correspondingly provided with an adjusting piece for controlling the parameters of the speed reducing motor 41, and technicians can operate the controller through the control handle.

In this embodiment, the protection device may further include a first limit switch 15 and a second limit switch (not shown in the figure), both the first limit switch 15 and the second limit switch are installed on the beam 1, wherein the first limit switch 15 is used to calibrate a first position where the counterweight block 50 is balanced on the screw rod 43 when the protection cover 2 is provided, as shown in fig. 5, and the second limit switch is used to calibrate a second position where the counterweight block 50 is balanced on the screw rod 43 when the protection cover 2 is not provided. In particular, its limit switch may be arranged in a recess 12 of the beam 1. After the converter is built and constructed, before the vaporization flue dense-arrangement pipe water testing work is carried out, the beam 1 is hung on a travelling trolley on a guide rail above the converter by using a lifting hook, the protective cover 2 with the corresponding diameter is selected according to the diameter of a converter mouth, and the position of the balancing weight 50 is adjusted by the speed reduction motor 41 through the screw rod 43 according to the weight and the moment balance of the protective cover 2, so that the balance of the beam 1 is ensured. The technical personnel control the vehicle to move towards the furnace mouth along the guide rail through the control handle of the travelling crane trolley until the protective cover 2 is arranged above the furnace mouth, and at the moment, the bottom of the protective cover 2 contacts the top end of the converter. Subsequently, the technician can use the control handle to control the speed reduction motor 41, and drive the counterweight block 50 to move towards the side of the protection cover 2 until the beam 1 on the side of the protection cover 2 is separated from the gap of the hook 24, and at the same time, drive the beam 1 to withdraw by using the mobile trolley, so that the protection cover 2 is separated from the hook 24.
