1. A pulsator washing machine (100), comprising:

a case (10), said case (10) defining a housing chamber (101) open at the front;

an upper door body (20), the upper door body (20) being rotatably mounted to a front side of the cabinet (10) between a first open position and a first closed position to open or close an upper portion of the front side opening;

a lower door body (30), the lower door body (30) being rotatably mounted to a front side of the cabinet (10) between a second open position and a second closed position to open or close the remaining portion of the front side opening;

a drum assembly (40), wherein the drum assembly (40) is arranged in the accommodating cavity (101) and is provided with a clothes treatment cavity (401) with an open top, and the top opening of the clothes treatment cavity (401) is spaced from the top wall of the box body (10) so as to be suitable for adding clothes from the top opening of the clothes treatment cavity (401) when the upper door body (20) is located at the first open position.

2. The pulsator washing machine (100) according to claim 1, further comprising a first driving device connected to the upper door (20) for driving the upper door (20) to rotate relative to the cabinet (10).

a lower door body rotatably mounted to a front side of the cabinet between a second open position and a second closed position to open or close the remaining portion of the front side opening;

the cylinder assembly is arranged in the accommodating cavity and provided with a clothes treatment cavity with an open top, the top opening of the clothes treatment cavity is spaced from the top wall of the box body, the cylinder assembly is selectively connected with the lower door body and can rotate between the second opening position and the second closing position along with the lower door body when the cylinder assembly is connected with the lower door body, and the control method comprises the following steps:

controlling the lower door body to be connected with the cylinder assembly, and enabling the upper door body to rotate to the first opening position and the lower door body to rotate to the second opening position;

after clothes are put into the clothes treatment cavity, the upper door body is controlled to rotate to the first closing position, and the lower door body is controlled to rotate to the second closing position;

controlling the lower door body to be separated from the barrel assembly, and operating a washing program;

after the washing program is operated, the lower door body is controlled to be connected with the barrel assembly, and the upper door body is rotated to the first opening position and the lower door body is rotated to the second opening position.

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention aims to provide the pulsator washing machine which is convenient for taking and placing clothes and good in user experience.

The invention also provides a control method of the pulsator washing machine.

Further, the second driving device 60 includes a telescopic driving rod 61 and a driving motor, the driving motor is used for driving the driving rod 61 to stretch, one end of the driving rod 61 is connected with the bottom of the cylinder assembly 40, and the other end of the driving rod 61 is connected with the box 10, so that when the driving motor drives the driving rod 61 to stretch, the driving rod 61 pushes the cylinder assembly 40, and the cylinder assembly 40 rotates relative to the box 10 until the cylinder assembly 40 rotates to the second opening position.

In some examples, the second electromagnetic door lock 12 is disposed on the cabinet 10, the second electromagnetic door lock 12 is located below the first electromagnetic door lock 11, the second electromagnet is disposed on the lower door 30, and the second electromagnet is attracted to the second electromagnetic door lock 12, so that the lower door 30 can be kept at a first closing position, the lower door 30 is prevented from being automatically opened, and sundries are prevented from falling into the clothes treatment cavity 401 through the lower door 30, and meanwhile, in the washing process, the washing noise can be reduced after the lower door 30 is closed.

The second electromagnetic door lock 12 "below" the first electromagnetic door lock 11 may include that the first electromagnetic door lock 11 and the second electromagnetic door lock 12 are in direct contact, or may include that the first electromagnetic door lock 11 and the second electromagnetic door lock 12 are not in direct contact but have a certain gap.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the inner side wall of the box 10 is provided with an arc-shaped sliding rail 13, the barrel assembly 40 has a connecting portion, the connecting portion is matched with the arc-shaped sliding rail 13, the connecting portion can be a roller, and the connecting portion is matched with the arc-shaped sliding rail 13, so that sliding resistance of the barrel assembly 40 during rotation can be reduced, and noise can be reduced.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cartridge assembly 40 includes: a frame 41 and a cylinder body 42, the frame 41 being selectively connected to the lower door 30, the cylinder body 42 being disposed in the frame 41, and the cylinder body 42 having a laundry treating chamber 401.

In some examples, the frame 41 is provided with a connecting latch 51, the lower door 30 is provided with a connecting latch 52, the frame 41 is connected with the lower door 30 when the locking bar 511 of the connecting latch 51 is extended and inserted into the locking groove of the connecting latch 52, and the frame 41 is separated from the lower door 30 when the locking bar 511 is retracted and separated from the locking groove.

In some examples, the cartridge body 42 includes an outer cartridge 421, an inner cartridge 422, and a third drive 424. The outer tub 421 is installed in the frame 41, the outer tub 421 is fixedly connected to the frame 41 through a suspension assembly 425, the outer tub 421 is kept stable during rotation of the tub assembly 40, the inner tub 422 is disposed in the outer tub 421, the inner tub 422 defines the laundry treatment chamber 401, the bottom of the inner tub 422 has a pulsator 423, a third driving device 424 is disposed at the bottom of the outer tub 421, and the third driving device 424 is used for driving the pulsator 423 to rotate, so that laundry is washed through rotation of the pulsator 423.

Further, during the washing and dewatering process, the third driving device 424 can also drive the inner drum 422 to rotate, so as to dewater and dry the clothes, and other structures in the drum body 42 are the same as those of a conventional pulsator washing machine in the field, and are not described herein again.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pulsator washing machine 100 further includes a weight block 70, the weight block 70 is disposed at the bottom of the cabinet 10, and the weight block 70 is disposed at a side away from the lower door 30, so that the pulsator washing machine 100 is balanced to prevent tipping when the lower door 30 and the tub assembly 40 are located at the second opening position.

According to the control method of the pulsator washing machine 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the pulsator washing machine 100 includes: the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body 10, an upper door body 20, a lower door body 30 and a cylinder assembly 40.

The cabinet 10 defines a receiving chamber 101 opened at a front side, the upper door body 20 and the lower door body 30 are mounted at the front side of the cabinet 10, the upper door body 20 is rotatable between a first open position (shown in fig. 7) and a first closed position (shown in fig. 2), so that the upper portion of the front-side opening of the casing 10 can be opened or closed, the lower door body 30 can be rotated between a second opened position (shown in fig. 7) and a second closed position (shown in fig. 2), so that the remaining portion of the front side opening can be opened or closed, the drum assembly 40 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 101, the drum assembly 40 has a laundry treating chamber 401 having an open top, the top opening of the laundry treating chamber 401 is spaced apart from the top wall of the cabinet 10, the drum assembly 40 is selectively coupled to the lower door 30, when the cylinder assembly 40 is connected to the lower door 30, the cylinder assembly 40 can rotate between the second opening position and the second closing position along with the lower door 30.

The control method of the pulsator washing machine 100 includes the steps of:

s1, controlling the lower door body to be connected with the cylinder assembly, enabling the upper door body to rotate to a first opening position, controlling the lower door body to rotate to a second opening position, and synchronously rotating the cylinder assembly to the second opening position;

s2, after clothes are put into the clothes treatment cavity, the upper door body is controlled to rotate to a first closing position, meanwhile, the lower door body is controlled to rotate to a second closing position, and the barrel assembly synchronously rotates to the second closing position;

s3, controlling the lower door body to be separated from the barrel assembly, and operating a washing program by the pulsator washing machine;

s4, after the washing program of the pulsator washing machine runs, the lower door body is automatically controlled to be connected with the barrel assembly, so that the lower door body rotates to a second opening position, the barrel assembly rotates to the second opening position, and the upper door body rotates to a first opening position, and therefore a user can take clothes in time.

According to the control method of the pulsator washing machine, the function of taking and placing clothes at the front side of the pulsator washing machine is achieved by controlling the synchronous rotation of the barrel assembly and the lower door body; after the washing, the barrel component can be automatically opened, so that the clothes taking and airing of a user are facilitated, the user is prevented from forgetting to take the clothes, peculiar smell appears in the clothes treatment cavity due to the fact that the clothes exist for a long time, and the use experience of the user is improved.

According to one embodiment of the invention, when the washing program is operated, if the clothes are required to be added midway, the upper door body is controlled to rotate to the first opening position, so that the clothes can be added from the top opening of the clothes treatment cavity, the washing program does not need to be paused, the washing effect is not influenced, and the user experience is good.

According to one embodiment of the invention, after the clothes are put into the clothes treatment cavity, the closing action of the upper door body lags behind the closing action of the lower door body, so that the upper door body and the barrel assembly are prevented from interfering to influence the closing of the barrel assembly in the closing process.

A specific embodiment of a pulsator washing machine 100 according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 9.

The pulsator washing machine 100 includes: the device comprises a box body 10, an upper door body 20, a lower door body 30, a cylinder assembly 40, a first driving device, a second driving device 60 and a balancing weight 70.

The box 10 limits the chamber 101 that holds of front side open-ended, and the inside wall of box 10 is equipped with arc slide rail 13, and the front side border department of the inside wall of box 10 is equipped with first electromagnetic door lock 11 and second electromagnetic door lock 12, and first electromagnetic door lock 11 is located the top of second electromagnetic door lock 12, still has detection device in the box 10.

The weight block 70 is disposed at the bottom of the cabinet 10, and the weight block 70 is located at a side far from the lower door 30, so that when the drum assembly 40 is opened, the pulsator washing machine 100 is balanced to prevent tipping.

The upper door body 20 and the lower door body 30 are both installed on the front side of the cabinet 10, the first driving device is connected to the upper door body 20, the first driving device can drive the upper door body 20 to rotate between a first open position (shown in fig. 7) and a first closed position (shown in fig. 2), so as to open or close the upper part of the front side opening of the cabinet 10, the upper door body 20 is provided with a first electromagnet, the first electromagnet can be attracted to the first electromagnetic door lock 11, so that the upper door body 20 is kept at the first closed position, and the upper door body 20 is further provided with a control key.

The lower door body 30 may rotate between a second open position (shown in fig. 7) and a second closed position (shown in fig. 2) so as to open or close the remaining portion of the front opening, and a second electromagnet is provided on the lower door body 30, and the second electromagnet is attracted to the second electromagnetic door lock 12 so that the lower door body 30 may be maintained at the first closed position.

The cartridge assembly 40 is disposed within the receiving cavity 101, and the cartridge assembly 40 is rotatable between a second open position (shown in fig. 7) and a second closed position (shown in fig. 2).

The cylinder assembly 40 includes a frame 41 and a cylinder body 42, the frame 41 is selectively connected to the lower door 30, the top of the frame 41 is spaced from the top wall of the cabinet 10, the frame 41 has a connecting portion, the connecting portion is engaged with the arc-shaped slide rail 13 of the cabinet 10, the front side of the frame 41 is provided with a connecting lock 51, the connecting lock 51 has a retractable lock bar 511, the rear side of the lower door 30 is provided with a connecting lock catch 52, the connecting lock catch 52 has a lock groove, when the lock bar 511 is extended and inserted into the lock groove, the frame 41 is connected to the lower door 30, and when the lock bar 511 is retracted and separated from the lock groove, the frame 41 is separated from the lower door 30.

The cylinder body 42 is arranged in the frame 41, the cylinder body 42 comprises an outer cylinder 421, an inner cylinder 422 and a third driving device 424, the outer cylinder 421 is fixedly connected with the frame 41 through a suspension assembly 425, the inner cylinder 422 is arranged in the outer cylinder 421, the inner cylinder 422 defines a clothes treatment cavity 401 with an open top, the top opening of the clothes treatment cavity 401 is spaced from the top wall of the box body 10, the bottom of the inner cylinder 422 is provided with a wave wheel 423, the third driving device 424 is arranged at the bottom of the outer cylinder 421, and the upper end of the third driving device 424 extends into the inner cylinder 422 and is connected with the wave wheel 423.

The second driving means 60 includes a telescopic driving rod 61 and a driving motor for driving the driving rod 61 to be telescopic, one end of the driving rod 61 is connected to the bottom of the frame 41, and the other end of the driving rod 61 is connected to the cabinet 10, so that when the driving rod 61 is driven by the driving motor to be telescopic, the cartridge assembly 40 is rotated with respect to the cabinet 10, thereby rotating the cartridge assembly 40 to the second opened position.

When needing to wash clothes, operating the control piece, the detection device detects the locking state of connecting the lock body and connecting the hasp simultaneously:

when the locking rod is detected to be inserted into the locking groove, the second driving device is controlled to drive the cylinder assembly to rotate to a second opening position, the upper door body synchronously rotates to a first opening position, the lower door body synchronously rotates to a second opening position, and a user puts in clothes;

when the lock rod is detected to be separated from the lock groove, the lock rod is controlled to stretch and inserted into the lock groove, then the second driving device is controlled to drive the barrel assembly to rotate to the second opening position, the upper door body synchronously rotates to the first opening position, the lower door body synchronously rotates to the second opening position, and the user puts in clothes.

After the clothes are put in, the second driving device drives the barrel assembly to rotate to the second closing position, the lower door body synchronously rotates to the second closing position, then the first driving device is controlled to drive the upper door body to rotate to the first closing position, and the phenomenon that the closing of the upper door body interferes with the closing of the lower door body and the barrel assembly is avoided.

After the upper door body is closed, the lock rod is controlled to be separated from the lock groove, and then the washing mode is selected for washing.

In the washing process, if clothes are required to be added midway, the control piece is operated, the first driving device drives the upper door body to rotate to the first opening position, so that the clothes can be added from the top opening of the clothes treatment cavity, after the adding is finished, the first driving device drives the upper door body to rotate to the first closing position, and the washing process is not interrupted.

After washing, the automatic control lock rod is inserted into the lock groove in an extending mode, the lower door body is connected with the barrel assembly, the lower door body and the barrel assembly automatically rotate to the second opening position, the upper door body rotates to the first opening position, and therefore a user can conveniently take clothes and dry the clothes in time.

After the clothes are taken, the control key on the upper door body is touched lightly, the upper door body rotates to the first closing position, the lower door body rotates to the second closing position, and the washing is finished.

Other configurations and operations of the pulsator washing machine 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
