Background

The integrated suspended ceiling is a combination of a HUV metal square plate and an electric appliance. The heating and ventilation device comprises a sub-buckle plate module, a heating module, a lighting module and a ventilation module. The installation is simple, arranges in a flexible way, easy maintenance becomes the mainstream of bathroom, kitchen furred ceiling. Nowadays, with the increasing development of the integrated ceiling industry, a whole-house ceiling, a balcony ceiling, a restaurant ceiling, a living room ceiling, a passage ceiling and the like gradually become the mainstream of home decoration. The problem that the color of the gypsum board is monotonous and the gypsum board turns yellow when water leakage happens is changed, and the integrated ceiling becomes a new trend in the market for changing the defect that the color of the ceiling is monotonous.

The integrated suspended ceiling has various types and styles and different functions. The integrated suspended ceiling installed in the bathroom is generally integrated with electronic equipment such as a fan heater and the like, and has a warm air function. However, people only use the warm air blower to warm when taking a bath in cold winter. The fan heater is idle in the weather with proper temperature and high temperature. Just so lead to the vent of integrated furred ceiling to open for a long time, the steam that produces during the shower can rise all the time and enter into integrated furred ceiling inside, especially in the frequent summer of bathing. And water vapor is condensed and accumulated in the integrated ceiling, so that the electronic equipment is easily corroded, rusted and even short-circuited. This is the main reason why the fan heater function which is not used for a long time is easy to break when the fan heater is started for use in winter. Therefore, it is necessary to reform an integrated ceiling for an existing bathroom under the condition of reasonable cost, so that water vapor in the fan heater in the integrated ceiling cannot enter the integrated ceiling even when the fan heater is not used for a long time.
