该发明是这样的，一种膨胀螺钉，呈空心柱体（1），略小于墙面的钻孔；空心柱体在外面的一端的圆中心连接一螺栓（2）;空心柱体的外表面有二到四个开口，每个开口内有一小于开口的铁片（4），铁片只有一边用弹簧（5）连接空心柱体的开口边沿；空心柱体内置一胶状气囊（7），气囊连接的气嘴（3）从有螺栓的那一端穿出，便于气体压入。铁片背面处理很粗糙。

工作原理，从气嘴打入气体或液体，使气囊膨胀，从而把铁片紧紧地压在墙壁上。
