c. when the cooling tower is started to spray water for cooling, compressed air is firstly started, cooling water is then started, the rotating speed of the variable frequency water pump is slowly increased, and temperature drop is observed; when the water spraying is stopped, the cooling water is turned off first, and then the compressed air is turned off;
