Technical Field

The invention relates to a novel temperature measuring device.

Background

In the liquid film mass and heat transfer research process, the temperature of the liquid film needs to be measured. The temperature difference of different positions of the liquid film is not large, and if a plurality of temperature measuring elements are used for measurement, the problem that the error is too large and the measurement is inaccurate can be caused due to the difference of individual temperature measuring elements.

When the same temperature measuring element is used for measurement, because the liquid film is a cone, the temperature measuring point of the temperature measuring element is required to be adjusted in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the thickness of the liquid film is only 100-200 mu m, the temperature measuring area is small, and the fact that the temperature measuring point can be accurately measured on the liquid film by adopting a manual mode is difficult to ensure.

In addition, because mass transfer and heat transfer are dynamic processes, and the temperature changes along with the advance of time, the shorter the temperature measurement response time is, the better the temperature measurement response time is, so that the measurement speed of multiple points can be accelerated, and the time consistency of the measurement temperature of the multiple points on the liquid film is ensured.

The horizontal control motor 9 is a servo motor and is responsible for rotating in the horizontal direction. The vertical control motor 12 is a servo motor and is matched with a precise lead screw to control the temperature measuring device to move in the vertical direction. Through the combined control of 2 motors, the temperature measurement of any position in a certain range can be realized. The servo motor is adopted to drive the temperature measuring device, so that the temperature measuring device can be accurately and repeatedly positioned to a certain point for measurement, and the representativeness and the accuracy of data are enhanced.

The horizontal control motor 9 and the vertical control motor 12 can also be stepping motors according to actual needs.

When the device is used, the temperature measuring element 16 contacts the liquid film, and the data of the liquid film can be measured up and down back and forth through the movement of the horizontal control motor 9 and the vertical control motor 12.

Through the device, the resolution of the horizontal control motor can be 0.018 degrees, the vertical control motor is matched with the sliding rail, the vertical resolution can be 0.18mm, and the temperature of a liquid film with the thickness of 0.18mm and 20 microns at any interval in a space can be measured through matching of the horizontal control motor and the vertical control motor. The device is controlled by a PLC, can automatically carry out sequential measurement according to relevant parameters of shape adjustment of different liquid films, and can also manually control the position.

Compared with direct fixed point measurement, the mechanism can adjust the position of the measuring point on line according to different shapes of the liquid film, the use is more convenient and rapid, and the same temperature measuring element can eliminate errors among different elements. Compared with the manual adjustment of the position of the measuring point, the mechanism has the precision which is not available manually, and the operation is quicker.
