Technical Field

The invention relates to a multifunctional rock cutting test bed, and belongs to the technical field of rock cutting research equipment.

Background

With the rapid development of the shipping industry in China, the capital construction projects such as ports and channels are developed vigorously, so that the demand for dredging ships in China is increasing day by day. The cutter suction dredger and the drag suction dredger are two most commonly used dredging boat types, but have the problems of weak capability, low efficiency, serious abrasion and the like in the rock cutting process. However, as the port channel is gradually widened and deepened at home and abroad, the dredging engineering of rock substrate is continuously increased. Therefore, research on new rock cutting equipment is urgently needed to improve the rock dredging efficiency and reduce the rock dredging cost.

At present, most of the domestic dredging industry researches are large-scale test platforms, and the large-scale test platforms have complex structures, complex operation and higher cost; and the cutting is carried out on silt more, and the rock cutting cannot be realized. The rock cutting test bed used in the fields of coal mining and tunnel engineering has a single motion form and cannot meet the requirement of multi-degree-of-freedom motion of dredging equipment.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention does not provide a multifunctional rock cutting experiment table, which can research the influence of factors such as cutter head types (a reamer head and a drag head), cutter tooth shapes (sharp teeth and wide teeth), cutter tooth arrangement (single teeth and multiple teeth), cutting modes (rotation and straight lines), cutting angles (horizontal and inclined) and the like on rock cutting, and finally achieve the purpose of optimizing a rock cutting device.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of complex structure, high cost, poor stability, poor cutting effect, overlarge dredging experiment platform and the like of a rock cutting device in the prior art, and provides a multifunctional rock cutting test bed.

The technical scheme is as follows:

a multifunctional rock cutting test bed comprises a base plate, a cutter module and a rock module, wherein a threaded hole is drilled in the base plate and used for installing the cutter module and the rock module.

The cutter module comprises a support frame fixed on the bottom plate through bolts, a cutter feeding device fixed on the support frame through bolts, and a cutter rotating device fixed on the cutter feeding device through bolts.

Further, the cutter feeding device comprises a plunger cylinder, a plunger rod and a single-tooth cutter head fixed on the plunger rod by screws, and the cutter rotating device comprises a hydraulic motor and a rotating cutter head.

The cutter module can realize rotary cutting and linear cutting and single-tooth cutting and multi-tooth cutting in a linear cutting state through the cutter feeding device and the cutter rotating device.

The rock module comprises a box body fixed on the bottom plate through bolts, a rock translation device installed on the box body in a bolt connection mode and the like, a rock lifting and inclining device fixed on the rock translation device through bolts, and rocks fixed on the rock lifting and inclining device through the rock fixing device.

Further, the rock translation device comprises a motor fixed on the box body through bolts, a primary gear reduction device and a gear rack device.

Further, one-level gear reduction unit includes gear one, gear two and major axis, gear one and gear two meshing, the major axis is connected with gear two, drives gear one through the motor, then drives gear two and rotates, and the major axis follows gear two and rotates simultaneously, gear rack device includes gear three, rack and minor axis, the minor axis is connected with gear three, gear three and rack toothing. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the cutter module can realize rotary cutting, linear cutting, single-tooth cutting and multi-tooth cutting in a linear cutting state by changing the cutter, and the rock module can realize left-right translation, up-down expansion and inclination of rock and fixation of the rock. The influence of factors such as the shape of a cutter, the arrangement of cutter teeth, the cutting mode and the like on the rock cutting is researched through the functions, and the aim of optimizing the rock cutting device and the miniaturized dredging experiment platform is finally achieved.

As shown in figure 1, the multifunctional rock cutting test bed comprises a base plate 1, a cutter module 2 and a rock module 3, wherein a threaded hole is drilled in the base plate 1 and used for installing the cutter module 2 and the rock module 3.

As shown in fig. 2, the tool module 2 includes a support frame 2-1 fixed to the base plate by bolts, a tool feeding device fixed to the support frame 2-1 by bolts, and a tool rotating device fixed to the tool feeding device by bolts.

The cutter feeding device comprises a plunger cylinder 2-2, a plunger rod 2-3 and a single-tooth cutter head 2-6 fixed on the plunger rod 2-3 through screws, and the cutter rotating device comprises a hydraulic motor 2-4 and a rotating cutter head 2-5. The feeding of the cutter is realized through the cooperation of the plunger cylinder and the plunger rod, and the rotation of the cutter is realized through a hydraulic motor.

The cutter module 2 can realize rotary cutting and linear cutting and single-tooth cutting and multi-tooth cutting in a linear cutting state by the cutter feeding device and the cutter rotating device. The rotary cutting state is shown as 2, the single-tooth linear cutting state is shown as 4, and the multi-tooth linear cutting state is that a plurality of single-tooth tool bits 2-6 are arranged on the plunger rod 2-3 in the single-tooth linear cutting state.

As shown in fig. 3, the rock module 3 includes a housing 3-1 bolted to the base plate 1, a rock translation means mounted to the housing 3-1 by bolting or the like, a rock lifting and tilting means bolted to the rock translation means, and rocks 3-13 fixed to the rock lifting and tilting means by the rock fixing means.

The rock translation device comprises a motor 3-2, a primary gear reduction device and a gear rack device, wherein the motor 3-2 is fixed on the box body 3-1 through bolts.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the primary gear reduction device comprises a first gear 3-3, a second gear 3-4 and a long shaft 3-5, wherein the first gear 3-3 is meshed with the second gear 3-4, the long shaft 3-5 is connected with the second gear 3-4, the first gear 3-3 is driven by a motor 3-2, then the second gear 3-4 is driven to rotate, and the long shaft 3-5 and the second gear 3-4 rotate simultaneously. The rack and pinion arrangement includes a pinion gear three 3-7, a rack gear 3-8, and a stub shaft 3-6. The short shaft 3-6 is connected with a gear three 3-7, and the gear three 3-7 is meshed with the rack 3-8. The translation of the rocks 3-13 is achieved by rock translation means. When the rock 13 needs to be translated to the left (right), the left (right) motor 3-2 is activated.

As shown in fig. 7, the rock lifting and tilting device comprises a rock fixing plate 3-11 and a lower base plate 3-9, the lower base plate 3-9 is fixed on a rack 3-8, a plurality of sets of plunger cylinder devices are arranged between the rock fixing plate 3-11 and the lower base plate 3-9, the plunger cylinder devices comprise plunger cylinders 3-15 arranged on the lower base plate, plunger rods 3-10 sleeved in the plunger cylinders 3-15, round balls 3-14 arranged above the plunger rods 3-10, and rock fixing plates 3-11 above the round balls 3-14. The lifting and tilting of the rocks 3-13 is achieved by means of rock lifting and tilting devices. The lifting of the rocks 3-13 is realized by synchronous stretching of the four plunger cylinders, and the inclination angle of the rocks 3-13 is adjusted by asynchronous stretching of the four plunger cylinders.

As shown in fig. 8, the rock fixing device includes a pressing block 3-12 and a rock 3-13 fixed to a rock fixing plate 3-11 by bolts. The fixation of the rocks 3-13 is achieved by means of rock fixation means.
